The Sydney Headquarters Boutique Hotel is particularly well located, right next to the Harbour Bridge. Staying here, you can dine on the pier or visit the nearby dining and entertainment areas of The Rocks. The favorite is the hotel's pontoon, ideal for exploring Sydney's harbour, where you can sunbathe or swim directly to the sea. The room is my favorite style, the light and elegant ocean wind, full of ocean taste, a simple stack of several cushions on the double bed, white desk, blue sofa, small fresh ins wind value. The hotel's The Gantry restaurant is the perfect choice for the Harbour Bridge and Darling Harbour. It is a chef's hat (the Australian standard for measuring restaurant standards, somewhat similar to Michelin). Chef Chris Irving from Canada has a special liking for local Balmain bugs and Moreton Bay bugs, as well as a variety of high-end seafood including Sydney Rocks, Eastern Lobster and Hervey Bay (QLD) scallops, plus superb Cooking skills are not to be missed. Order a glass of wine, then sit down and taste slowly, listen to music, look at the beauty, and be happy with bubbling.
