The room is my favorite style, the light and elegant ocean wind, full of ocean taste, a simple stack of several cushions on the double bed, white desk, blue sofa, small fresh ins wind value. The hotel's The Gantry restaurant is the perfect choice for the Harbour Bridge and Darling Harbour. It is a chef's hat (the Australian standard for measuring restaurant standards, somewhat similar to Michelin). Chef Chris Irving from Canada has a special liking for local Balmain bugs and Moreton Bay bugs, as well as a variety of high-end seafood including Sydney Rocks, Eastern Lobster and Hervey Bay (QLD) scallops, plus superb Cooking skills are not to be missed.
