This beautiful square is surrounded by historical buildings and is home to some of Valencia’s most popular attractions. One of the most impressive buildings on the square is the Basilica de la Virgen de los Desamparados. This stunning baroque church is dedicated to Valencia’s patron saint and is home to a beautiful statue of the Virgin Mary. Highly recommend to walk around this area and perhaps have coffee and food in the cafes around.
