Hong Kong's First Russian Honey Cake Shop
Celebrating a birthday isn't just about the cake🎂, the most important thing is the surprise, and this Eastern European cake is also my first encounter👍🏻.
Since its establishment in 2021, this popular dessert shop now has three branches in Hong Kong and once achieved the impressive feat of selling 1,000 slices of cake a day. One of the founders is from Russia🇷🇺, who uses a secret family recipe to promote and honor their homeland's culture!
The cakes are made with high-quality imported ingredients and are freshly handcrafted every day👩🏻🍳, striving for perfection.
In addition to the signature honey cake, the shop also offers traditional Eastern European soft Napoleon, Napoleon, chocolate cake, and carrot cake, each of which I want to try🤤

🔸Pistachio Medovik - $368
The signature Russian honey cake, a five-inch cake suitable for two to four people. It is beautifully decorated with a variety of sweet fruits and crushed pistachios, and even the chocolate birthday plaque is delicious🤩.
The smooth and delicate pistachio cream has a unique fragrance, and is exquisitely sweet and rich. The cake is made of five to six layers of honey cake base🍪, which requires a lot of skill. Between each layer of honey cake base, thick honey cream🍯 is added, then sprinkled with crushed biscuits; the layers of cake base and cream are alternated, making it crispy and melt-in-your-mouth😋😋😋
