Is a classy dinner what you’d like to experience when you visit Guangzhou 🥂, and you have no idea where to go ? Well “Rosewood Guangzhou” is the place to go if not to be . Their hotel restaurant is situated on the 95th floor. The night views were amazing 🤩, however it is advisable to go there before 22:00, as the kitchen stuff stop taking orders at 21:30. It is also advisable to call in for table reservations, in order not to miss out on their mouth watering food ,dishes as well as their top notch services. The good thing about it is that most of their stuff can speak good English, so expect zero communication barrier/s. 😉 They are very accommodating (they’ve got western and Chinese restaurants). Their menu’s caters for vegetarians, vegans and none vegans/vegetarians, at a very affordable cost (300¥-1500¥) . The best Cantonese restaurant in Guangzhou Located in the tallest building in Guangzhou, Chow Tai Fook Finance Center, if you stay at Rosewood, you must try Guangyuxuan (2 Black Pearls + 1 Michelin Star). As the itinerary for the next day was too early, we couldn't make it to the hotel for dim sum, so we chose to have dinner at Guangyuxuan and have a buffet breakfast the next day. Tips: Be sure to call in advance to make a reservation during holidays. Service: When there are many guests, the serving speed is very slow. The signature angel pasta we ordered was not served until the end of the meal, which was a pity. The underground street passage connecting Huaduhui has many food and choices. There are also APM and subway stations a little further away. However, some of the passages are not air-conditioned, so you will be sweating when you walk there in the summer. The hotel lobby is on the 95th floor. It is relatively small and has no special decorations. It is relatively ordinary. Except for the lobby, the decoration of the hotel tends to be dark and dark. From the elevator to the corridor to the entrance of the guest room, I feel a strong sense of Chinese oppression, which is a bit uncomfortable. The hotel occupies the top 39 floors of the 530-meter-tall, 108-story CTF Finance Centre, dedicated to providing guests with a unique and superior modern hotel experience and services. Rooms: The hotel has a total of 251 various rooms and suites, located on the 96th to 106th floors. During this stay, I was in an Executive Deluxe Room on the 104th floor (reportedly, there are only 8 of these). The room layout adopts a courtyard-style arrangement, with rooms distributed in four directions centered around the elevator hall, each entrance hall resembling an independent 'small courtyard'. The room space is simple and warm, with an open design that gives the 89 square meters space the comfort of a suite. The lobby of the hotel is located on the 95th floor of Guangzhou East Tower A high-speed elevator takes only 42 seconds to ascend from the ground to the clouds Once in the lobby, you are already among the clouds, overlooking the Canton Tower Immersive Stay Experience This time, I stayed in the prestigious river view room, requesting a room ending in 24 This room type, with only one per floor, offers a view of the Canton Tower Guangzhou's nightscape and daytime views are consistently stunning The room's facilities are brand new, thanks to the hotel's opening in 2019, with electric curtains Bluetooth speakers, smart buttons, the room's amenities exude a sense of relaxation Stepping into the room, one immediately feels a sense of holiday relaxation and pleasure I had heard about the breakfast at Guangzhou's Exquisite Hotel and had to try it The selection is incredibly rich, with a variety of Chinese and Western delicacies The fruit selection is also extensive, and I particularly loved the delicious grapes The only downside was the Cantonese dim sum, which was quite ordinary in taste It felt like eating inauthentic dim sum outside of Guangzhou Morning tea dim sum is a symbol of Guangzhou's cuisine, and for a luxury hotel in Guangzhou To have only this standard of dim sum was a bit disappointing Overall, my stay at Guangzhou's Exquisite Hotel was very happy The views and the newness of the room facilities are highly recommendable On my next visit to Guangzhou, I might choose the Exquisite Hotel again!
