📝Korea Travelogue part22: Seoul History Museum📝
🖼️🖼️🖼️🖼️
The museum doesn't have a lot of artifacts, but mainly presents various materials, models, and scene reconstructions that introduce the history of Seoul. It is divided into four sections: Seoul during the Joseon Dynasty, Seoul during the opening of the port and the Great Han Empire, Seoul during the Japanese occupation, and Seoul as the capital of the Republic of Korea. The layout is clear and the interactive segments and display logic are exceptionally well done, making it a model in the museum world.

You can see the city models of Seoul from different periods and the original exhibitions of important scenes from each period, which is both educational and photogenic. Seeing Seoul during the Japanese occupation period is quite emotional, as its fate was not much different from that of China at the time, indeed the history of countries that have been through hardships is quite similar 😂
