Shwedagon Pagoda, Myanmar.
The Shwedagon Pagoda in Yangon is grand and beautiful. Taking photos at different times from evening to night offers varying beauty. Around the pagoda, there are many revered figures and sacred objects, such as the Buddha statue of Shin Saw Pu, the Nat spirit, the Giant Mother, Phra Sivali, and Phra Upagupta. Currently, it takes more than an hour to walk around, and even then, it's not enough to see everything. I plan to return to pay my respects again. The entrance fee is 20,000 kyats per person.

Shwedagon Pagoda is located at the centre of Yangon City, Myanmar. As Shwe means "gold" in Burmese.
I am not sure whether you can use a public transport or not to get here, but I recommend you to use online taxi instead called Grab and easy to access there. Also, you will need to use proper and polite way of dressing as this is kind of sacred place that you must obey the religion values.
You will need to pay for the entrance fee as a tourist. In my case, there was a guy approaching me to guide me along my visit. He will inform you as much as he can about the history of this temples. At the end, you will be asked for a tips for him. If you don't mind, you can just continue, but if you feel you are bothered, you should probably ignore and reject him that you don't need his guidance. Anyway, he will also help for what you need for example take picture of you, so it is a win-win.
There will be a lot of people coming to pray. And I suggest you to come here during evening time because the area is quite burning during the afternoon.
The Pagoda is built of Gold from many countries around the world. That thing is so interesting because many countries involved of this created Pagoda.

Shwedagon Pagoda is a must-visit in one's lifetime
❤Reason for recommendation: Yangon, formerly known as the capital of Myanmar, was called Dagon (also known as Dagon) in the 11th century, and is famous for the Shwedagon Pagoda.
🌟Highlight features: Shwedagon Pagoda is the national symbol of Myanmar, built in 585 BC, shaped like an inverted giant bell, constructed with bricks. After several renovations, the pagoda is now covered with over a thousand pure gold plates, with more than 7 tons of gold used. It is known as one of the treasures of Eastern art, along with Indonesia's Borobudur and Cambodia's Angkor Wat.
❤Reason for recommendation: For those who love this place, even a day is not enough, especially when seeing the ascetics in 40-degree heat, the kind of soul-stirring power that makes one pause and reflect.
'The ascetic practices self-suffering to cultivate blessings for all sentient beings.'

Shwedagon Pagoda is one of the most recognisable temple in the world. From Exterior you just feel like it is a pagoda fully cladded with Gold. Some shinning and beautiful. The Pagoda is situated on Singuttara Hill in the centre of Yangon. It is the most sacred Buddhist Temple in Myanmar. I visited this place few times when it was more accessible few years back. It was mesmerising to me and others worshipers and tourists alike.
It is dated back to 14th century and believed to enshrine the bodily relics of Buddha.
The whole site is mammoth, you will take at least a few hours in this glorious places and the place is fully packed with people every day especially during the special occasion such as the birthdate of Buddha.
The main Pagoda is 326 feet tall above the city and the plated the solid gold. simply unthinkable.

A definite landmark and a must visit. Suggestion is to visit close to sunset to catch the pagoda reflect the changing light. Stay through till nightfall (the temple is open till late) to watch the effect of the golden pagoda as it bathes first in fading natural light, and next, in electric floodlight. Experience the rituals, sights and sounds of Buddhist Burma (Myanmar) here, as locals visit to worship. Watch solitary monks in meditation, young monks sitting in worship.

In 2005, due to military defense and many other reasons, the capital of Myanmar moved from Yangon to Naypyidaw. This young capital city is now like an empty city;
there is a golden tower, called Nebi The Grand Tower is a replica of the Yangon World Peace Pagoda in 2009. Since the white elephant is a beast of the Burmese, on the side of the Shwedagon Pagoda, several large white elephants were housed. Although the Yangon Peace Pagoda is relatively famous for a long time, the Nayotadu Golden Pagoda has won by scale, luxurious style, and both inside and outside are decorated with gold, which is the landmark building of Nay Pyi Taw.
The Golden Pagoda stands on a mountain bag. In addition to the front stone steps, it can be upgraded. There are also air corridors that extend out, and the top is connected to the vertical elevator. The Jinta is surrounded by a wide platform, standing on the platform and overlooking the city. The
jinta is hollow and people can enter the inner Buddha. Inside the Jinta, the Buddha is carved into a Buddhist scripture and a Buddhist story. There are giant pillars in the sky. The giant pillars are divided into Buddha statues on both sides. They can worship the Buddha statues according to the wishes of the people. Of course, they can also turn to the four Buddha statues. Top ceremony. There was no incense in the tower, and there was no place to pray for it. There were only a few carpets on the ground, and people sat on the carpet and watched the worship silently.
When I arrived at the Shwedagon Pagoda, the storm just passed, and the reflection in the ground water gave her a better posture and unique beauty!

The Shwedagon Pagoda in Yangon and the Borobudur Tower in Indonesia and the Angkor Wat in Cambodia are called the three major monuments in Southeast Asia. The Burmese people regard it as a national pride because it enshrines many treasures of the world, such as Sakyamuni. Nie's eight heirs, detaining the Sun Buddha's staff, are waiting for the clean water of the Buddha, the Buddha's shackles. Looking far and wide, the Golden Pagoda is like an inverted clock. The whole tower is 112 meters high and is spread on 115 square meters. The most amazing thing is that the tower is covered with more than 1,000 pieces of pure gold foil. When the lantern was first set up, the whole building looked like a castle in a fairy tale. The treasure was flashing and solemn and luxurious. The night of the Shwedagon Pagoda is the most beautiful time of the day. Thousands of Buddhist believers pray here piously. The fragrance in the hands is stained with the light of the Yingyin fire candle. The smell of the agarwood is scattered all the time. The tired heart seems to find the destination. Generally, to calm down.

In Myanmar, every day, believers and tourists from all over the world prayed devoutly on the hot marble under the scorching sun. After a long history, the Yangon Shwedagon Pagoda has been repaired again and again, becoming more magnificent and magnificent. The Shwedagon Pagoda became the first holy place for tourists to come to Myanmar. It has been said that if you dont go to the Shwedagon Pagoda in Myanmar, you cant say that you have actually been to Myanmar.

The sun in the afternoon is a little sun-baked, so be sure to prepare sunscreen when you go out. In the afternoon, I went to Myanmar to play, and I went out to the security check. After passing this gate, I went to another country: Myanmar, a country with a strong cultural atmosphere.
Myanmar Temple in Myanmar, picking up the stairs and seeing a few nuns in the devout chanting, did not notice that there were tourists. Many temples in China are not allowed to take pictures. I asked what I could take before taking pictures. Looking at their focus, they even slowed down their steps, for fear that they would disturb their chanting.
It is the earliest commemorative building of overseas Chinese in Myanmar and perhaps one of the earliest commemorative buildings of overseas Chinese groups around the world. From the Meng to the same dynasty, the dynasties of the kings of Myanmar, all of them used this place as the capital, which was the political, economic and cultural center of Myanmar at that time. Since ancient times, there have been many people living here.

The splendid Shwedagon Pagoda, together with Indonesia's Borobudur Tower and Cambodia's Angkor Wat, is known as the jewel of oriental art. It is both a world-famous pagoda and a symbol of the Burmese state.
Burma people call the Golden Pagoda as "Rui Daguang Tower", "Rui" means "Gold" in Burmese, "Daguang" is the ancient name of Yangon, and the Shwedagon Pagoda is the pride of the Burmese.
Ruiguang Shwedagon Pagoda is a magical place, but the lively crowd has its own tranquility. Dressed in commemorative clothes, the face painted Tenaka, like a local, lived a day without distracting thoughts and self-satisfaction.
