yummy and affordable seafood at sky mirror
#bucketlistreboot #seafooddinner #uniqueeats #skymirror #freshcatch #malaysiafinds #lifeaftefcovid
If you are bored of Singapore and tired of boring weekends, consider heading to sky mirror. Sky mirror will be a place where you can find nice quality and fresh seafood at an affordable price.
Personally tried and would recommend Hai Yong seafood restaurant as it has unique menu items like eel, mantis prawn and small tiny Sotong cooked in spicy kongpao chicken sauce - really nice and unique ;)
for those with big groups, you can also get the platter on their signboard as it has soup, crab, fish and different kinds of seafood.

In Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, there is a secret scene that has just been discovered. In the Straits of Malacca, one day, several fishermen found a sandbank in the middle of the sea. This sandbank only has tides in the first or second day of each month. It only appeared when it retired, and it was still hidden in the sea at other times.
When the fishermen discovered this uninhabited scene, they were somazed that they couldnt speak, because they were in the middle of the sea, connected to the sky, the sky was water, the water was shining, and the pure and beautiful virgin land.

The mirror of the sky in Selangor, Malaysia is considered a new landmark for the new network! It can only be seen in a month or so in a month. It takes more than two hours to get from Kuala Lumpur by bus. The road is far away, but when I see it, it feels too worthwhile! In fact, the mirror of the sky is a small island in the middle of the sea. When the island rises, it will be submerged. When it is just retreated, the thin layer of water on the sand surface will reflect the sky! The principle is similar to that of Qinghai Salt Lake! Friends who want to go can book a day trip online! As for when you go, you can see the professional customer service of the day trip travel agency! P.S. The boatman will prepare a lot of props for everyone, don't worry about monotony!

sky mirror
Named after its mirror-like reflection of the sky.
Sky Mirror is a mystery island that will only emerge for several days every month: During the 1st and 15th of a lunar month, as well as 4 days before or after these dates. It is also dubbed the Salar de Uyuni of Malaysia, after the similar natural wonder in Bolivia. #naturalwonders #beachlife #familytravel

Mirror at the sea
Went to Sungei Janggut and stayed at this resort 海浪滔滔 where boat trips to sky mirror and bird view with dinner and breakfast is included. We even spot 3 cute dolphins while on the way to sky mirror!
Resort is near Port Klang Malaysia. Resort is easy and it include boat tour to sky mirror, half board with nice garden or pool view. Look for Steve if you google for the resort

How to play on your first visit to Malaysia, a bloody lesson tells us not to just play in Kuala Lumpur
How exactly to play on your first visit to Malaysia, whether to join a tour group, go on a free-and-easy trip, hire a private car or take a taxi. One article solves it all.
🗓 Itinerary:
Day 1 - Arrival, Rest
Day 2: Kuala Lumpur City
New National Palace Not recommended⭐️, can't enter, just take a look from outside
Independence Square ⭐️⭐️⭐️ recommended, great for photo ops
Batu Caves Controversial, but I think it's good⭐️⭐️
Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur Must visit, best at night⭐️⭐️⭐️
Day 3: Putrajaya — Malacca
We hired a car to Malacca that day, passing through Putrajaya
Pink Mosque Must visit⭐️⭐️⭐️
Malacca Strait Mosque Must visit⭐️⭐️⭐️
Dutch Red Square Must visit⭐️⭐️⭐️
Other attractions in Malacca are okay, these are the ones I think are must-visits
Day 4: Fireflies — Sky Mirror — Feeding Pigeons
Sky Mirror in Malaysia Highly recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️ but weather-dependent
Feeding Eagles: ⭐️ so-so, not particularly recommended
Fireflies: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ really beautiful, can't capture its beauty in photos
Blue Tears: ⭐️⭐️ luck-dependent, still recommended and can be done together with fireflies, no need for a separate strategy
🚉 Transportation Tips:
For the city day, if English is not a big problem, consider using the local app Grab, it's very convenient, accepts Alipay, cash, etc. However, if you have an Apple phone, it's troublesome as my own phone is Huawei and I can't download the local apps.
For going to the suburbs, it's recommended to hire a car, find a Chinese driver, they are quite good, and some also recommend places to eat.
📝 Note tips:
Note, usually when coming to Malaysia it's through AirAsia, be aware, check if there is a luggage allowance, if not, do not bring a suitcase, it's very expensive. Liquids over 100ml must be checked in.

Malaysia Sky Mirror
First Malaysia family trip, one of the days to the sky mirror, at the pier sat for half an hour speedboat (extreme speed). Completely saw a group of people walking around the sea center 😃 very interesting. That day was hot and sunny I thought I would finish taking pictures quickly and leave 🥵 But everyone became more and more excited as they played, so they tanned for two hours. Everyone tanned to the skin 😆 But because everyone was very involved in playing, so they took out the photos Beautiful ❤️
Although this is not a new attraction but highly recommended for families 👍👍👍

Time to check out murals in Malaysia
#bucketlistreboot

Are you one that likes art? Love artwork related to to different countries? Love to check out murals in SG? Why not check out those in Malaysia if you have already ticked most murals in Singapore off your bucket list?
Check out the murals located at Malaysia sky mirror, where you can find murals near the jetty to the sky mirror area.
It is also good if you want to take a walk after a seafood meal here, which will definitely keep your bellies full without burning a big hole in your wallet.
Bring an umbrella in case it gets rainy with the weather being unpredictable these days.

Catch Pretty Sunset at Sky Mirror
#bucketlistreboot #sunsetsoutoftown #prettyviews #photospots #catchsunsetsifyouarelucky #weekendsoutofsg
Looking for a cheap vacation out of Singapore? If the time and tide is right, why not consider sky mirror? It is a place where people usually go and take reflective photos when the time is right - and the bonus is a pretty sunset as shown on pictures.
They also have chairs, props and backdrops placed so they offer you with good views you can consider to get the sunset.
This place is near Ipoh so you can plan to have a evening here if you are planning a trip to Ipoh, Malaysia. and yes as it is near the rivers, you can also get really fresh seafood here ;)

Went there for my company team building. actually is photo taking trip and seafood trip. It is an island near to Kuala Selangor. Distance less then 2 hrs from KL. love to go there again with friends or family as it is so fun and relax under the sun and calm sea in this little island. I m sure you will like it too. remember don’t go there alone. it is better to go in group min of 4 at least.
