I can't wait to go back! The exhilarating "Skyline Luge Busan" 🛷💨 Skyline Luge is an activity originating from New Zealand where you slide down a 2.4km slope while controlling your speed. You can enjoy the thrill by speeding up or take a leisurely ride while admiring the surrounding scenery. The course includes curves and tunnels, and with four different tracks, you can experience a variety of routes, making it incredibly fun. It was so enjoyable that I even considered going for additional rides! 1️⃣ Getting Tickets 🎫 This time, I used the Visit Busan Pass, which required exchanging the voucher for tickets. I presented the voucher and was asked whether I preferred the Luge or Zipline. Worth a visit to check it out. 3️⃣ Damagada A seaside general store with affordable items and a great shopping experience. 4️⃣ Footbath Cafe View A footbath cafe with a sea view, perfect for relaxing. The package includes a drink, and the sunset view is particularly stunning. 5️⃣ Thrill on the Mug The seaside coffee shop I was most looking forward to. If the weather is good, you can see the sunset, which is truly beautiful. Day 2: We took a slight detour to capture the capsule train. 1️⃣ Liberta (My third favorite spot during this Busan trip) A three-story blue-themed seaside coffee shop. Their coffee and croissants are excellent. 2️⃣ Capsule Train (WeePo to CheongSaPo) Getting off the train feels like arriving at a mini Kamakura. 3️⃣ Simmian Walk a bit to the left front, and you'll reach a garden-like area that's a popular photo spot. 4️⃣ Caffeine Charger Here, you can enjoy the beautiful view of Gwangalli Bridge and even catch fireworks. 5️⃣ Yacht G We took the latest boat ride, but the fireworks were brief, so we didn’t capture much. I recommend taking the 8:00 PM ride to see multiple yachts setting off fireworks.

It's incredibly easy to operate yet extremely thrilling, offering a satisfying experience of controlling speed as you slide down the slope. Plus, if you purchase a Busan Pass, you can get two more rides – a fun activity for both adults and children! Thrill level 100!! However, I personally think the cable car ride before the luge is also very interesting. With your feet dangling in the air and panoramic views of Lotte World amusement park, it's a must-do in Busan – the thrill is off the charts! If you're brave enough, you can also try the zipline. I recommend allocating at least 1.5 hours for Skyline Luge Busan Luge. Lotte Premium Outlets and Lotte World Busan are also nearby, about a 5-10 minute walk each. I highly recommend planning a day trip there to fully enjoy the experience and shop to your heart's content!

After a short briefing, you just hop on the luge and control your speed with the handles while cruising down the winding track. The curves make it exciting and fun at the same time! You can’t take photos while driving (for safety), but the scenery along the track is really nice. Don’t worry though - there are cameras placed along the route that capture photos and videos of you during the ride. After finishing, simply scan your helmet to view and purchase your photos. There are also several photo spots after the ride where you can take pictures and capture the memories before leaving. Going in October, even though it was a long weekend, wasn't too crowded in the morning. Exchanging tickets, boarding the cable car, and learning how to ride only took a few minutes. You can see Lotte World from one side of the cable car, and the other side is still a cable car ̀⌄ ́ After learning how to ride, we went straight on the track. It was quite a thrill and fun! I accidentally got stuck while changing cars, but luckily a passerby who spoke Chinese told me what to do. I was so grateful! Since it was my first time, I even bought photos of the cable car and the luge as souvenirs. I didn't see the zipline that day; maybe I can try that next time.

We decided to check out the Busan Sky Luge right after visiting the famous seaside temple nearby, and it turned out to be a really fun way to spend a few hours. You can choose between the classic sky luge experience, or the flying fox experience for those seeking more of a thrill. Although it may seem daunting to some, it is actually very safe and child friendly. The track is full of twists and turns, and as you make your way down, you’re treated to some really nice views of the Busan seaside along the way. Not only that, there’s also a theme park with a giant castle right next door! The luge carts are easy to control, so you don’t need any prior experience to enjoy it. Everything felt well-organised and safe, with friendly staff around to guide you through the process, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. They even had staff to explain the instructions in English and Mandarin as well which were really helpful to those who do not speak Korean. Overall, it’s a great mix of excitement and scenery — fun without being too extreme. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re travelling with family, friends, or even if you’re just looking to try something a little different in Busan.
