Usually when a new store overseas or outside who wanted to set foot in Seoul, Starfield COEX mall will have their first outlet in Seoul, then it will spread across other area. There are a lot of eateries, shops and outlets available and you can see many stores not available at other places in Seoul. There are also other malls called Parnas Mall and The Hyundai connected adjacent to it. There is also a Starfield Library which is a photispot for all visiting here.

#traveldiaries Starfield COEX mall has recently launches a gourmet street covering many restaurants such as Japanese, Chinese and local Korean, and there are so many of them to be chosen from that you need some time to pause and decide what to eat. There are 40 restaurants there for you to choose from, and everyone of them are famous. The street is decorated with plates and kitchenware features to let people having a feeling of visiting a gourmet street. A very nice concept in a mall.

A Renaissance style cafe at COEX Starfield, Berce Coffee

#cafestory We were strolling around Coex Starfield Mall and came across this cafe called Berce cafe, and we decided to rest our feet here. They have a Renaissance style interior design with many paintings and chandeliers. We ordered some teas (Rooibos and Peppermint), Kougne Amman and a cake for sharing. The desserts tasted well and the tea also has a very fruity aroma, and we enjoyed the interior vibe. A highly recommended cafe for those who wishes to have a rest at Coex Starfield Mall. #100waysoftravel

Most breathtaking library - Seoul

If you fancy a few hours in a library while sipping some coffee then Starfield Coex Mall is the place to be. This beautiful library is stunning and worth the hype. Take the Seoul Metro Line 2 to Samseong Station (삼성역), follow Exit 5 or 6 and you will arrive at COEX. Basically, as long as you follow the crowds, nothing can go wrong. Basically, COEX's Starfield Library is in the inner part, so walk inside, and enjoy the beautiful lights and huge stores on your way. They change the theme inside often which makes it so interesting. From the peaceful night lights reflecting on the Han River, to the busting Coex Starfield Mall. From the traditional palaces to the technological wonder of Dongdaemun Design Plaza. Seoul is amazing. Toyoko Inn (Yeongdeungpo) provided us with comfortable accommodation. P. F Changs and Daily Fix( Gangnam) had scrumptious food. Seoul 2022 was memorable... looking forward to Danang, Vietnam 2023.

This dining lab is really fast and delicious. Also good price in the shopping mall in Coex. All these menus are less than 15,000won. Amazing, isn't it? If you visit this mall, many restaurants are a bit expensive. But here is not. After ordering your meal through the machine, you can pick your menu by yourself. COEX Starfield Library

This Ginormous Library is found in the middle of COEX Central Plaza in South Korea, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Yeongdong-daero, 513. It is open to public and all are free to sit, rest, read books and take a break. A Futuristic library & cultural event space on 2 levels of a mall with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. It has a wide selection of books in various genres such as humanities, economics, hobbies, etc. are readily available. Whole sections of the library are dedicated to foreign books and famous authors. iPads can be used to read e-books. Close to 600 magazines, domestic and foreign, are available for browsing. All these qualities set Starfield Library apart from other ordinary libraries. Amazing! New library in Korea, in Suwon city, you can take the subway from Seoul. This library is called Byeolmadang (별마당) in Starfield shopping mall. This is 3 times bigger than Starfield Library in coex. They have 3 floors of library in the mall. It's only a little over an hour subway ride from Hongdae. If you’ve seen anything about Seoul you will have seen this book store, it’s all over Instagram and you really have to see it to believe it! The bookstore is located in the middle of the Starfield Coex mall, one of the biggest malls in Asia! Called the ‘The Byeolmadang Library’ the book store is a feast for the eyes, books lining the walls as far as the eye can see. The mall itself is also great for shopping with flagship locations for brands such as Zara, H&M, Uniqlo and Muji - along with smaller local Korean brands It’s worth visiting for the library alone, then stay for the shopping and food - we had incredible burgers a few minutes from the book store. 📍Address: The mall is right at the junction of two metro lines so you can get off at Samseong or Bonguensa station and follow the signs. #bookstoresandgalleries #seoul #books #korea #mytravelhacks #instaspot #landmark

I’ve seen this place so often in photos. But experiencing this in reality was still pretty spectacular. It wasn’t just about how photogenic this place was (really, every angle was picture perfect). The whole atmosphere of people immersing themselves in borrowed literature alongside other bibliophiles, and having the decorum to return them when they have finished was very impressive to watch.

#2024wish Coex Shopping Mall was the most beautiful shopping mall I went to in Seoul. It is very easy to reach and there is a direct entrance to the shopping center from the metro exit. It has a library that will fascinate you visually. You can buy your book and read it here whenever you want. There is even an Aquarium that hosts thousands of creatures and attracts the attention of children. Additionally, there are many tax-free shops for tourists coming to Korea. You should definitely come here, which is considered the largest underground shopping center in the world.
