Located at 3, Jalan PJS 11/15, Bandar Sunway, 47500 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Sunway pyramid hotel is one of my favorite hotels in PJ area. Upon arrival, the staff would offer to ask if you would like to put your luggage at concierge before you queue to check in. As this hotel is really popular, I usually need to spend 10mins. After checking in, the bellhop would assistance to bring your luggage up. service has been consistent and up to standards. Rating 4 out 5

Breakfast is located at the Resort Cafe in Sunway Resort Hotel. It's link to Sunway Shopping Centre which is convenient for shopping and having meals. #klinsider I must say we had a wonderful and enjoyable stay over here.We took the 3D2N with lagoon admission,totally worth it. Their reception team was very helpful and friendly during checking in and out, and we had their Duty Manager who gave a surprise to our doorstep by complimenting a birthday cake for my 9 year old Daughter. Their concierge was super friendly too. To summarize it, the Front Office team was superb❣️ Overall worth for the every penny spent, staffs are 5 stars, our family enjoyed all the while including our stay, sunway lagoon rides, water park, animal feeding breakfast buffet etc. If you’d like to try a great hospitality, do try SPH ❣️

there is one night where you just want to have a nice view of the beautiful building around you. capture this on my stay at sunway hotel. the night is full with colours from the buildings light i feel so grateful to capture this photo by myself. it doesn't need any filter. come to sunway hotel and have a wonderful stay. the service the staff is really great. yup i have fun also shopping here at sunway pyramid. shopping until you faint. there is so many place that we can go and relax and most important to embrace the beauty of the place. When you feel like that everything will be beautiful around you. believe me.

After shopping at Sunway Pyramid, you can head to Hai Di Lao for a meal; the side entrance of the hotel is conveniently located next to it. ✨ Highlights: Apart from shopping or ice skating at Sunway Pyramid, you can walk to Sunway Lagoon water park in about 11 minutes. 🛏️ Room Details (Photo 1): The room is clean and well-equipped (hair dryer, toothbrush, shower cap, etc.). The pillows are too soft for me. The bathroom is equipped with handrails, making it safe for elderly guests. 🏊🏻♀️ Facilities: There is a 24-hour front desk. Check-in time is at 3 PM, but if you arrive early, you can register early. You can store your luggage at the hotel and pick up your room key after 3 PM. The breakfast is varied, but you need to walk to Sunway Resort Hotel to have it. If you mind walking in the morning, I recommend staying at Sunway Resort Hotel. 🌂 Service Quality: The check-in process was a bit slow. One of the staff members was not busy and made eye contact with customers but did not proactively inform them that they could check in at her counter. So, don't waste time waiting; take the initiative to ask. Check-out is convenient; just drop the room key into the box in front of the hotel counter. 💰 Cost: A Deluxe Room with two single beds costs RM360.49 per night, including breakfast. 💬 Overall Evaluation & Suggestions: The hotel is in a prime location and is clean, making it suitable for business trips, leisure, or attending graduation ceremonies. Usually, hotel staff will proactively inform customers when they can help to check in at their counter. I hope the hotel will make an improvement. This is the first trip with my little one and without husband/dad! A memorable trip with my little one. We stay at Sunway Pyramid hotel which you can book tru trip.com or agoda and this is one of my favourite hotel in Kuala Lumpur. In this trip, we play what we want to play and eat what we want to eat~ everything is just under control and just doing very well~ She played merry go round and excavator, she played pirates boat too! This is the first time for her too to play all of this. Well done girl~ We bring her to Farm in the city, a lot of little animals to play with, you can feed the goat and rabbit, also you can touch them too! A wonderful day here. The daifuku in my photo is the best daifuku for me, the red bean paste is just so nice if compare to others because this is homemade, and the sweetness is just right for me too! ✔️ Subway Pyramid Hotel 📍 Persiaran Lagoon, Bandar Sunway, 47500 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia This 4-star hotel was surprisingly pretty well-maintained and had rather charming spaces to relax in! Conveniently located near the Sunway Lagoon theme park attraction and Pyramid shopping mall, I find it to be a more affordable option than the other hotels in this area. They even have a cosy linkway cafe for guests to grab a fresh cup of coffee or tea! The only thing is that the design of the rooms can be quite dated but other than that, it is sufficient for a short getaway here. First Happy potato in Malaysia!!

It’s available at Sunway Pyramid now! Expect queue around 5 mins, but waiting time for order served can up to 30mins, definitely one of the best fries in town! Well seasoned and crispy from the outside, soft in the inside. Prices are cheaper compared to other countries too. CNY decorations at Sunway Pyramid is lit, free Photo Booth (no longer available by now) for all visitors!

Overall Sunway Pyramid room facing Sunway lagoon is awesome for new.year eve or any lagoon fireworks display. The room standard still maintain even the price is high and still acceptable but not perfect.. But still many disadvantages. Another benefit staying here is easy access to Sunway pyramid shopping mall and also Sunway lagoon. Sunway Pyramid Hotel with Huge Family Room

#kualalumpurhotels We chose this hotel due to its close proximity to Sunway Lagoon and mall and the availability of family rooms. The room was very spacious with adequate amenities such as a coffee machine, fridge and microwave. The bunk beds were comfortable and just right for our kids. There is also a large sofa bed. The bathroom is huge with 2 separate cubicles for shower area and the toilet. Sadly there is no bathtub in such a huge bathroom. The best part of this hotel was the direct access to Sunway Pyramid Mall via a walkway that remained open even past midnight when everything was closed. This meant that the older kids could watch a midnight movie at the mall without the adults and return to their rooms safely. Everyone loved the convenience! Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay and we dont have to travel out for entertainment or food.
