It is the highest geographical point of the Canary Islands and all of Spain, the largest natural park, the leader in tourist popularity.
It is located on Tenerife. The peak of Teide (3718 m) is located in the center of the Las Cañadas caldera. There are no large animals - only lizards and hedgehogs, rabbits, wild cats. Beautiful and Lesser-Known Island - Tenerife
It takes four hours to fly from London to southern Tenerife. Tenerife is a gem of the Canary Islands, and the south is a paradise for travelers. The sunny weather, the clear blue sea, and the stunning natural scenery make every moment refreshing.
The most anticipated thing about visiting southern Tenerife is going whale watching! Witnessing the graceful postures of wild whales and dolphins in the embrace of the Atlantic Ocean is truly touching.
It is recommended to choose a full-day or half-day whale watching tour, where professional guides will explain the habits of whales and dolphins, making the whole journey both interesting and informative. Be sure to bring sunscreen and sunglasses, as the sea breeze is strong but the UV rays are strong! In addition to whales and dolphins, you may also encounter flying fish and sea turtles, making it a true "encounter with marine life"!
🌞 Beach Time: Los Cristianos and Las Americas have comfortable beaches and warm waters, perfect for sunbathing or trying water sports.
🍹 Food Experience: The seafood restaurants in the south are not to be missed, especially the local grilled octopus and "Papas Potatoes," paired with a glass of chilled sangria, a perfect match!
🏞️ National Park Adventure: If you have time, you can arrange a visit to Teide National Park. The volcanic landscape and sea of clouds make you feel like you are in another world.
• Transportation: It is recommended to rent a car for self-driving, which is more flexible and convenient to explore the south.
• Best Time: Suitable for travel all year round, especially in winter to escape the cold.
Every journey has its story, and the story of southern Tenerife is full of sunshine and sea breeze, unforgettable. Come and feel the charm of this ocean! ✨
Half is the tranquility of life, and half is the vastness of the sea.
The sunshine, sea breeze, and mountains and seas in the south,
Every moment is worth remembering.
