A surreal place for rest and relax

A destination worth visiting. The sceneries are amazing and each cave features a very unique experience. The hospitality by the service crew is awesome. If you ever do drop by, you can taste their exquisite food at the Jeff’s Cellar. They have different rooms to cater to different needs. Key entry is using a wrist band which is waterproof. There’s also free potong ice-cream at their sweet spot. The ala-carte buffet breakfast is acceptable though I hope their food could be more flavourful. Overall, it’s a really unforgettable experience. Unfortunately, they do not allow children below 12 years old. #staycation #couplestrip

This is one of the best resorts with the hot spring in Malaysia, and its in Ipoh!! I stay in a Lake Villa; the room has a balcony under the hot natural water, a private plunge pool and a hot tub. Super luxurious resort! The room is so lovely; the design is traditional modern with some vibes of Balinese feel. The surrounding external villa is full of trees, so nature lushes with backdrop of limestones hills and live natural Hot pools. Breathtaking magical escape resort!

To be frank such memorable trip to Banjaran HotSprings Retreat located in Perak has been an amazing experience as the resort is beautiful, and I love exploring the grounds and all the facilities available here. We stayed in the lake villa, entry level room for 2 nights, and each villa comes with a private pool and a private hot springs tub and crisp linen. The turn down service was a thoughtful gesture. Even the buggy ride to my villa was a fun journey as I got to tour the resort on wheels. Had dinner in Jeff's Cellar which was definitely a memorable experience. The cave in which Jeff's Cellar is located is beautiful and awe inspiring and the food served is of a high quality as well. It was a memorable meal and every dish was on point. Of course, I must not forget to mention my breakfast experience as well. Champagne with breakie is always a great idea in my book and I walked away feeling satisfied and buzzed. In addition to the amazing facilities, the other standout aspect is the service I received. This resort integrated into jungle surrounding, architecture merged brilliantly without spoiling nature. A big shout out to the team who served us well during our stays and they are very well trained to give us the luxury experiences, always gives you a very much welcomed feeling. Finest service level at their top notch point.

The room was fantastic and very spacious, we had our own hot and cold pools. The bed was comfortable and enormous. On the hotel grounds, there is an incredibly lovely view. The utopia of Ipoh (The Banjaran)

Experience the wonder of nature and greenery in Ipoh. This resort gives you a very welcoming and exclusive vibe once you step into the resort. There is a buggy service to you villa, thus you don’t have to worry about walking back to your villa. If you choose to walk, the villa is approximately 5 minutes walking from the reception/restaurant. There are 5 caves to explore each with different theme. There is a gym and also yoga sessions available for resort patrons. There are 2 restaurants in the resort: Pomelo and Jeff Cellar (fine dining). Jeff cellar is fine dining with 9 course meal. You are required to wear closed shoes and no shorts are allowed. Pomelo is a casual restaurant. The breakfast is definitely a highlight. They are local and international fare.
