The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the spa is great and the massage is one of the best on the island (shafa). The location is great and close to the airport and the sports activities spot. Walk in closet and bathroom is as big as the living room with shower and a jacuzzi. Only downer is the toilet - the flushing system is old lever which is very slow to flush your "goods" and eventually got stuck and flood the toilet. Had to go to level 1 to the public toilet very early in the morning as we can't wait for an hour for the plumber to fix it. Overall nice experience#kedahtourism

Located very near to Langkawi Skycab so you may plan your trip conveniently. ❤️ Attractions - Besides Langkawi Sky Cab, this hotel located nearby to Langkawi Water Park and Crocodile Farm. You may find mangrove tour activity nearby this area. Hotels - Based on my personal experience,this hotel is more adult preference based on the pool and the private beach. Its a good hotel to relax and enjoying the nature. Food & Restaurants - Breakfast spread was all good! Not so much variety however the food quality and taste wise is very good. Shopping - At Langkawi, we just spend few hours to shopping at Haji Ismail Group to buy souvenirs #awesomepic #langkawi #staycation

#100WaysOfTravel Book into The Danna Langkawi. Ok, we admit that we are biased. We’ve been swayed by afternoons spent lazing next to Langkawi’s biggest pool, gazing out to sea or up at tropical forest covered mountains. We were wooed by the colonial design that has a fresh modern feel with its high ceilings, oversize doors and warm breezes flowing in from the ocean. We were charmed by the staff who, from check-in to check out, managed to achieve the elusive goal of balancing efficient service with genuine friendliness. The luxury treatment started as soon as we were met at Langkawi’s busy airport. Being met by two friendly faces who whisked us into the cool of their waiting car (with water and an obligatory cold towel) was extremely welcome. After a scenic and comfortable 45 minute drive, we arrived at The Danna on Langkawi’s West Coast and to possibly one of the best hotel check-ins we’ve ever experienced. It was friendly, efficient, included a personal welcome and discussion about our dietary requirements from the department head in charge of food and beverages and ended with a mini neck and shoulder massage from one of the spa team. The generosity we experienced at check-in was everywhere. In the afternoon at the pool, staff wander around with ice cold water and trays of crispy light samosas to snack on and in the evening, happy hour at the pool bar treats you to half price cocktails. Everywhere we went we felt like the staff made the effort to personally get to know us. Our princess had such royal treatment from The Danna resort team, thank you 💖

The Danna Langkawi, for me, a very special place that’s so dear to me. It’s a standalone 5-star small resort that nestles proudly in Pantai Kok of Langkawi where you’ll see 360• amazing, picturesque view of Langkawi 101, the Machinchang Mountain, and also the Langkawi Marina. The impeccable experience starts from the moment you perform your check-in, until your last waive of goodbye. Imagine sitting comfortably at their lounge area served with refreshing welcome dream, pampered with welcome shoulder massage, and bright smiles of all staff there. Definitely a one of a kind experience. As for the suite, called Countess, is a very beautiful, enormous room on top floor with unobstructed view of the Andaman sea. The room comes with two balconies, a huge living area, an office, a pantry, a walk-in closet, a big jacuzzi, and a bed chamber with a 4-poster king bed, will definitely satisfy your stay with the utmost luxury imaginable. The hotel not only has a private beach but also enjoys the entire bay – backed by a primordial tropical rainforest, it's especially convenient to go to the market, airport, or the marine national park! The Ritz-Carlton Langkawi is just perfect for a romantic getaway, I stayed in a beach pool villa for five days and four nights, with a huge private pool that not only leads directly to the beach but also offers a stunning sea view, allowing you to watch the sunset every day! The hotel deserves more than 5 starts, just a perfect place to spend a short holiday, the hotel is super clean and comfortable and luxury. The hotel itself is beautiful. It has its own private beach and amazing swimming pool with the view of the sea and mountains. There is a more shallow section also for kids. The staff at Dana Hotel were amazing. They were always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Whether it was booking activities or giving recommendations, they made sure we had a great experience. Overall, my stay at Dana Hotel in Langkawi was fantastic. Amazing hotel at Langkawi. First the place itself is beautiful and the hotel location..blissful. Always opt for the sea view rooms. That overlooks the swimming pool and into the beach. Across the beach and water you can catch a glimpse of the island with water activities. The cable car station is very nearby as well. The staff is excellent and their food is great as well. Ensure you visit this once at least.
