My stay in Macau Roosevelt Hotel is super amazing ,clean room and clean bed linen , very satisfied in the verranda, the view at night in the verranda so amazing! The swimming is so cool to relax and swim and take photo's, the place is instagrammable. The food so delicious. Its a buffet breakfast and i rate it 10/10. It's my 3'rd time to this hotel . The Macau Roosevelt Hotel is one of the lowest profile hotel in Macau. It is hidden and located at the Northwest of Taipa, Macau. Although it is hard to access to the nearest local restaurants and grocery stores, however, the hotel has its best view to the view of Hengqin, China. Staying at The Roosevelt Jokey Club Macau is one of the best room view in my life! The hotel room with huge balcony. When open the balcony door, the incredible Cotai golden night view just right in front of my eyes. The hotel room is awesome. Clean and tidy with completed amenities. The Marilyn Suite that we booked to celebrate my sister-in-law's birthday is truly one of the best suites in Macau Roosevelt. It's so huge and it has two bedrooms that our family enjoyed. Had a wonderful Mother's day celebration at Macau Roosevelt Hotel with families. We booked 5 rooms in total, 1 is Marilyn Suite and the rest are premium room with balcony. The Marilyn suite was quite big, cleaned and well maintained. Easy check in and check out experience. Room attendant was nice & approachable. Niche & Beautifully Decorated 5-Star Hotel

I was caught by its price and niche decorated room on Trip.com. Most of the time, the pictures are for your references or illustration purposes, but it turns out to be otherwise. 👍 From the exterior to interior, it feels luxurious and niche, the lobby design is aesthetic, from the elevator to the corridor, until you reached your room, you will find that each room door has a different design, and the door is freaking thick and heavy! 👍 The room we got has a great seaview with plenty of amenities and powered curtain, mattress is extremely comfortable, the bathroom has a big bath tub, separated toilet and shower room. 👍 Gym is huge but they open to outsiders to join as member, swimming pool is big too. There are a few restaurants within the hotel, we tried the Canton Cuisine which is really good, price is somewhat similiar to the restaurant outside. However there are a cons 👎 about the hotel, and some can be improved. 👎 Firstly, the receptionist who handled my check-in did not explain well about the complimentary items and caused confusion, I had to double check twice with 2 different staffs to assure that mini bar items was entitled for once only throughout the stay (regardless how many nights), and the bath salt was entitled for only One bottle per night (Each room has 2 bottles). 👎 Second, the limited frequency of shuttle bus is another issue. Unlike other hotels, either they have their own shuttle bus or shared shuttle bus. The time stated is not punctual, driver will not stop at each designated stop if there is no passengers, as the hotel are frequented by travellers, how can passengers identify the hotel's shuttle bus in a glance. Most confusing part is when you saw the shared shuttle bus has Macau Roosevelt logo but the driver advised you to wait for their shuttle instead. 👎 Lastly, the location. The location is off from busy area, it is quiet and good for relaxing but transportation remain as an issue. Shuttle bus has limited frequencies, last bus is around 6-7pm depends on the routes. Nearest LRT station is about 10 minutes walk. There are no convenience store nearby even within the building, so get your necessities elsewhere before heading back. Hope the management would look into this, at least convert the kids play zone (formerly a casino) to something that could benefits the guests and residents nearby. #macauroosevelt #hotelreview #macauhotels
