Museums are the best for kids
The first stop in Nanning is the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Museum. It's easy to make a reservation, and there aren't many people, so you can take your time to look around and collect stamps. Museums are indeed the best for kids. They look so cute when they are seriously visiting.

Weird and Cute | Explore the Treasures of Guangxi Museum
On the first day of arriving in Nanning, I thought it would be too late to visit Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area in the afternoon, and it was raining from time to time, so I chose to visit Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Museum after lunch.
In recent years, if I have enough time to travel, I will visit the provincial museums, which are of high quality and worth seeing. Although I am not a heavy museum lover, I am just a bystander. But I have to say that those treasures from ancient times attracted me with their weird and cute shapes.
🚗Transportation
Exit B of Minzu Square Station on Line 1 is next to the museum, and there are several bus lines nearby, which is very convenient.
⛰️Attraction
The museum is free, but you need to make a reservation on the official account, and it is closed on Mondays.
There are some free lockers on the right side of the first floor, where you can store your backpack and luggage, and visit the museum easily.
The museum's treasures include: Western Han Dynasty Bronze Phoenix Lamp with Feather Pattern, Wedge-shaped Double-shoulder Stone Spade, Beast Face Pattern Bronze You with Handle, Western Han Dynasty Large Bronze Horse, Western Han Dynasty Bronze Drum with Flying Egret Pattern, Western Han Dynasty Lacquered Bronze Tube with Handle, Human Face Pattern Bronze Bell with Ram Horn Button, Western Han Dynasty Fusang Tree-shaped Bronze Lamp, Western Han Dynasty Glass Cup with String Pattern, and Ming Dynasty Dehua White Glazed Guanyin Statue.
If you just want to wander around, you can reserve half a day. Visitors who like cultural relics and humanities can rent an audio guide to learn more. After visiting all the exhibition halls, you can leave the museum after passing through the cultural and creative store on the first basement floor.

Pure stamping post! Pure stamping post! Pure stamping post!
The Beast Head Exhibition Hall is so crowded that it feels like there are 100,000 people, and I dare not enter.
▶️p1: Blank book 15 yuan, can be purchased at the cultural and creative counter outside the Beast Head Exhibition Hall. This counter also has 10 beast head stamps, but you need to buy a postcard to stamp the corresponding stamp on the back of the postcard, a full set of 120 yuan.
▶️p3, p4, p5: After the museum opens, queue up to enter the museum (friends, the security check floor for entering the museum is the second floor), go directly to the fourth floor, and there is no one. The ink is very full, press lightly, it is recommended to bring some waste paper for trial stamping, free!
▶️p6, p7, p8: Back to the second floor, outside the Beast Head Exhibition Hall, next to the load-bearing pillar next to the escalator. p6 is an acrylic stamp, try a few more times before stamping. The on-site stamp pad is green, and I saw someone bring their own gold and silver stamp pads, and the effect is very good when stamped on black cards. After stamping, wipe it clean and put it back, thumbs up! The left side of p7 and p8 are all photosensitive stamps, all of the above are free!
PS: I went to make up the stamp! (p13) There is a feather-patterned bronze phoenix lamp stamp at the second floor VR glasses rental counter, thank you for the guidance of Teacher Xin in the comment area.
▶️p9: At the second floor MUS vending machine, you can get 38 yuan. There are 3 pieces on the first, second, and third floors, and the most important thing is that you can enjoy the stamping machine exclusively.
▶️p10, p11, p12: The first floor, that is, the cultural and creative shop and the exit floor, you can see it after passing the exit gate, free!
💞Pure stamping can come out in about an hour. Thank you friends for stamping civilization, and thank you parents for managing their children. Chaos is not a person!

Museum Day | Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Museum.
| Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Museum.
I didn't expect that the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Museum would also have a long queue during the National Day.
You need to make a reservation in advance, and then line up on site. The whole team went around several times before entering.
There are crowds inside, but the exhibits are still good. There are 12 exhibition halls and special exhibition halls. A collection of treasures from various periods.
I especially like the first exhibition hall to understand the past and present of Guangxi.
There is also a reading library on the fourth floor which is also very good

Checked in at the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Museum.
Highly recommend this must-visit place - Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Museum!
🌏The museum's exhibition hall is very large and the exhibits are super rich! From ancient bronzes and ceramics to modern calligraphy and paintings and folk cultural relics, everything is available! 😮I was simply amazed, every exhibit amazed me!
🎨Moreover, the museum's layout is also very attentive, each exhibition hall has its own theme and style, as if traveling through different times and regions. 🤩My favorite is the Ethnic Culture Exhibition Hall, which displays the traditional costumes, handicrafts and daily necessities of various ethnic groups in Guangxi, which is really beautiful!
👀Here, I not only learned a lot of historical and cultural knowledge, but also felt the unique charm of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. 🙌If you are also interested in history and culture, you must come and see!

So this is the 'ceiling' level cultural relic of Guangxi
When you visit Nanning, you definitely shouldn't miss the opportunity to photograph the treasures of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Museum.
Doesn't picture 7 look a lot like Trump?
The treasures of the museum:
🔸 Feather-patterned Bronze Phoenix Lamp🔸
This treasure from the Western Han Dynasty shares a creative similarity with the treasure of the Shanxi Museum—the Wild Goose and Fish Bronze Lamp. This pair of bronze lamps is designed to be eco-friendly, and the feather patterns on the lamps remain clear and visible despite the years, showcasing the superb craftsmanship of the Western Han period.
🔸 Flying Egret-patterned Bronze Drum🔸
Bronze drums are a cultural feature of Guangxi, and the Flying Egret-patterned Bronze Drum is among the best. The drumhead features a sun pattern with twelve points, and the body of the drum is engraved with patterns of feathered people rowing boats and dancing, as if displaying scenes of people dragon boating and dancing with joy at that time.
🔸 Painted Lifting Beam Bronze Cylinder🔸
This is a Western Han Dynasty vessel for holding liquor, modeled after bamboo sections. The patterns on the body of the cylinder are divided into four sections, upper and lower, and the details are full of artistic sense. What's more amazing is that there is a video explanation inside the cylinder body, allowing you to understand its story more deeply.
🔸 Beast-face Pattern Lifting Beam Bronze You🔸
A Shang Dynasty vessel for holding liquor, the ends of the lifting beam are shaped like ox heads, and the lid and belly are decorated with beast-face patterns. There are also inscriptions inside the lid, and the whole vessel exudes the charm of the Central Plains bronze culture.
🔸 Large Bronze Horse🔸
This bronze horse from the Western Han Dynasty, with a total height of 117 centimeters and a large, muscular build, is known as the 'Number One Horse of Lingnan.' The entire horse was cast in nine sections and then assembled, demonstrating the high level of craftsmanship of the Western Han period.
If you ever have the chance to visit Nanning and you like to see cultural relics, don't miss out on this place~
