Yufeng Mountain.
Yufeng Mountain is located in the northwest of Kunshan City, with a height of 80.2 meters. The mountain is covered with lush greenery and the rocks are as white as jade, hence the name Linglong Stone. The mountain is known as a "real mountain that looks like a fake mountain". During the Southern Liang Dynasty, Huiju Temple was built, which was said to be the first of the "480 temples of the Southern Dynasty". Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty visited here and wrote the phrase "kites fly and fish jump". In the 32nd year of the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty (1906), it was opened as a park. Because the mountain is shaped like a saddle, it is named "Ma'anshan Park". In the 25th year of the Republic of China (1936), it was renamed "Tinglin Park" in memory of Mr. Gu Yanwu. The main entrance has a "Yufeng Jia Chu" screen wall, and the east side has a Qiong flower (also known as Kunshan Stone, and Tili Lotus), which is more than one meter high. Every year from April to May, the tree is full of silver flowers, and eight flowers bloom in a group, hence the name "Ju Baxian". The building on the west side is the ancestral hall of Gu Dingchen, a minister of the Ming Dynasty, which was built to commend Gu Dingchen's achievements in building the city and resisting the Japanese. In front of the mountain, there is a statue of Gu Yanwu, and the screen wall is engraved with Gu's famous saying: the rise and fall of the world, the responsibility of the husband (Li Yimang's book). Gu is a person from Qian Dun (also known as Qian Dun) in Kunshan. He is known as one of the three great thinkers and patriotic scholars in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, along with Wang Fuzhi and Huang Zongxi. His works are extremely rich, and his famous sayings have a great influence on later generations. Yufeng Mountain is divided into east and west peaks, the east is Bo Yunfeng, and the west is Zi Yunyan. There is a pavilion halfway up Bo Yunfeng, which was built by Tao Shu, the governor of the two rivers during the Daoguang period of the Qing Dynasty. There is Liu Guo's tomb on the east side of the mountain. Liu is a famous patriotic poet of the Haofang School in the Southern Song Dynasty. He is known as the Dragon State Taoist, and he is friendly with Xin Qiji and Lu You. He has written works such as "Longzhou Ci". There is a cave next to it, and the clear spring flows down from the top of the cave. The cave is written in seal script: Shuiliandong; there is a huge stone wall standing above it, engraved: Nie Yunfeng. To the north is the Gu Tinglin Memorial Hall. There are two Kunshi in the square pavilion in front of the hall, which are 2 meters high and named "Linglong Yingrun", which are treasures among the stones. To the south is a pond, where lotus flowers are planted everywhere. It is said that this is a rare flower named Qianbanlian in Tianzhu, with double sepals and pistils. It was planted by Gu Aiying, a famous scholar of the Yuan Dynasty, in Zhengyi, and then transplanted here. Zi Yunyan is the main peak of the mountain, with many dangerous rocks and strange rocks. The natural scenery is better than the east peak. There are Cuiwei Pavilion, Yufeng Pavilion, and Wen Zao Feng.

Kunshi Hall.
Kunshi Hall (also known as Linglongshi Hall) is located in the East Chamber of Tinglin Garden. It was built in 1997. In 2005, the Kunshan Municipal People's Government allocated special funds for its renovation and re-exhibition. Kunshi is produced in Ma'anshan in Tinglin Garden, Kunshan. It is white as jade, so Ma'anshan is also known as Yufeng Mountain, which has a history of thousands of years. Kunshi is naturally porous, white as snow, yellow as jade, crystal clear, pure and clean, with various shapes and no identical shapes, which is very ingenious. It has the characteristics of wrinkles, thinness, transparency, leakage, and hunchback, so it is also called Qiaoshi, Yushi, and Linglongshi. It has always been regarded as a good product for artistic appreciation, desk cleaning, and garden stones. The two Kunshi stones "Spring Clouds Out of the Cave" and "Autumn Water Horizontal Waves" displayed in the Kunshi Hall have no age verification, but they have been recorded in the old records of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It is estimated that they have a history of more than 400 years and can be regarded as typical treasures of Kunshi.

Kunshan Huazang Temple
Kunshan Huazang Temple evolved from the original Huiju Temple sub-temple located in Ma'anshan, Kunshan. Huiju Temple was built in the 10th year of the Tianjian period of the Liang Dynasty (511 AD). The monk Huixiang from Wuxing was the founder of this temple. Huixiang was the teacher of Emperor Wu of Liang, Xiao Yan. Emperor Wu of Liang bestowed an iron incense burner, a silk-embroidered Buddha statue, two hectares of land, a mountain, and a thousand branches of wood to the temple. When Huixiang first came to Kunshan, he meditated in a stone chamber on the side of Ma'anshan, accompanied by two tigers, desiring to establish a monastery but was unable to. It is said that on that night, there was a violent storm, the trees roared, and the sound of chopping was heard far and near, which puzzled everyone. The next day, at dawn, the foundation of the hall was completed, and the foundation stones of the steps were laid, with the help of the mountain god. Initially, there was a main hall and a small hall. During the Huichang period of Emperor Wuzong of the Tang Dynasty (841-846 AD), an edict was issued to destroy Buddhist temples across the country, and Huiju Temple was also affected.
During the Xuanhe period of the Northern Song Dynasty (1119-1125 AD), Master Xin rebuilt the sub-temple of Huiju Temple on the northeast slope of Ma'anshan into a lecture temple for sages from all directions and renamed it "Huazang Lecture Temple." In the autumn of the 5th year of Chunyou of the Southern Song Dynasty (1248 AD), the monk Liang Gong rebuilt the Great Buddha Pavilion and named it "Shenyun Daxiongshi Hall." In the 13th year of Hongwu of the Ming Dynasty (1380 AD), the monk Daye moved "Huazang Lecture Temple" from the northern slope of Ma'anshan to the top of Xishan. In the 22nd year of Wanli of the Ming Dynasty (1594 AD), the monk Jimu rebuilt the mountain gate and the Hall of Heavenly Kings. At the top of the mountain, there is a Lingxiao Pagoda, also known as the Supreme Treasure Pagoda, which is said to have been built by Huixiang in the 10th year of the Tianjian period of the Liang Dynasty (511 AD) or during the Tang Dynasty. In the 3rd year of Dade of the Yuan Dynasty (1299 AD), the monks Yanfu and Xifan rebuilt the pagoda. In the 32nd year of Wanli of the Ming Dynasty (1604 AD), the monk Jimu renovated the Lingxiao Pagoda into seven stories. In the spring of the 44th year of Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty (1705 AD), Emperor Kangxi visited Ma'anshan and climbed Wenbi Peak, leaving a poem. The county magistrate rebuilt the site into the "Imperial Pavilion," with Yuanju Mountain House on the right, the Three Officials Hall to the west, called Xiaoyuntai, and the Zhenwu Hall at the peak of Wenbi, with the Dizang Hall beside it, the Wenxing Hall next to it, and the Chunfeng Pavilion in front of it. To the left of Baili Building is Hanshou Mountain House, with the Half-Hidden Building in the middle, Yuangjing Nunnery to the east, later renovated into the Guanyin Hall, and Wenlong Pavilion to the west, with beautiful scenery beyond description.

Pavilion Lin Lotus Pond
Pavilion Lin Park is located in the northwest corner of Kunshan City, a water town in Jiangnan. In the park, Yufeng Mountain resembles a saddle. Situated in the Jiangnan water town, between Suzhou and Shanghai, it stands out as a solitary peak amidst a hundred miles of flat fields. It was first developed as Ma'anshan Park in 1906 and renamed Pavilion Lin Park in 1936 to commemorate Gu Yanwu. The park covers more than 850 acres. Pavilion Lin Park is known for its green waters and lush mountains, with natural scenery and winding waters surrounding it. It is praised as 'the most beautiful mountain in Jiangdong.' Garden expert Chen Congzhou described it as 'Jiangnan gardens are the best in the world, and two-thirds of the spring scenery is in Yufeng.' The park is home to many ancient and famous trees, surrounded by winding waters, with strange peaks and rocks in the mountains, and numerous historical sites and cultural landscapes. It is said to have seventy-two scenic spots and has always been a popular tourist destination. In addition to its beautiful natural scenery and legendary cultural landscapes, Pavilion Lin Park is also home to the 'Three Treasures of Yufeng': Kun Stone, Qiong Flower, and Twin Lotus.

Tinglin Park in the summer solstice
After a busy spring and early summer, if you don't go out now, you will enter the summer vacation when it's not suitable for traveling, so I decided on a trip to Kunshan for a food tour.
The first stop was the Aozao Restaurant, and then I discovered a 4A-level scenic area within walking distance. Although it's summer, there is no scorching sun for most of the time, and even though it's the plum rain season, the forecast for today was mostly cloudy with only a sprinkle of rain, making it a great day to stroll through the gardens.
Tinglin Park emphasizes both culture and nature, with several local sages' deeds. Some served in the capital to benefit the hometown folks, while others, though not in office, cared about the people's livelihood, leaving behind the timeless saying, 'The rise and fall of the nation is the responsibility of every individual.' However, possibly due to the plum rain season, the path up the mountain was closed, so I mostly walked on flat ground, enjoying the fresh air and lush greenery.

A hundred miles of flat fields, a peak stands out alone: Tinglin Park
Tinglin Park is located in the northwest corner of Yushan Town, Kunshan City, Suzhou, covering an area of more than 850 acres, even encompassing the entire Yufeng Mountain. Yufeng Mountain is the only mountain within the Kunshan region, and although it is only 80 meters above sea level, it is shaped like a saddle and was once called Ma'anshan.
In the thirty-second year of the Guangxu era of the Qing Dynasty (1906), this place was already established as a park, named 'Ma'anshan Park'. Later, to commemorate Gu Yanwu, a thinker from the late Ming and early Qing dynasties who proposed the idea that 'everyone is responsible for the fate of the country' and hailed from Kunshan (styled Tinglin), it was renamed 'Tinglin Park'.
Tinglin Park was built around the mountain, and Yufeng Mountain was historically said to have 'seventy-two scenic spots'. Kun stone, qiong flowers, and twin lotuses are known as the 'Three Treasures of Kunshan', and all three are found in Tinglin Park.
After years of construction, there are now nearly a hundred attractions in the park: the Gu Yanwu Memorial Hall, the statue of Zu Chongzhi, the tomb of Liu Guo, a Southern Song Dynasty lyricist, the Kunqu Museum, the Kun Stone Pavilion, the Bonsai Garden, Huacang Temple... The cultural landscape is rich.
The Miaofeng Pagoda, also known as the Zhiping Tower, is called the 'Descendants' Pagoda' by the locals. Descendants are related to bloodlines and foundations, which shows that this pagoda, initially built in the second year of the Song Dynasty's Zhiping era, holds an extremely high status in religion and belief.
The base of the Miaofeng Pagoda is the former site of Miaofeng Nunnery. The pagoda has seven levels and eight sides, is nine meters high, and is made of bluestone. It has been repaired and rebuilt several times throughout the dynasties, and each layer is engraved with forty Buddha statues of various expressions, preserved in their original form.
Becoming a paradise for the people should be the best destiny for Tinglin Park.

Kunshan's Treasure Garden is huge and beautiful, and also offers half-price or free admission
The Tinglin Park, located in the northwest of Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province, covers an area of 850 acres. It is built around Yufeng Mountain. In 1906, Ma'anshan Park was established, and in 1936, it was renamed Tinglin Park in memory of Mr. Gu Yanwu. It is a very beautiful and large urban garden park. The bamboo forest in the park is extremely well-maintained, with tender green bamboo leaves and bluish-grey bamboo poles, pruned to achieve a pleasing density. The reflection of bamboo in the water, the sound of the wind passing through, and the chirping of birds make one feel exceptionally refreshed and delighted. The park's waterways are filled with lotus flowers, which are incredibly beautiful and spectacular when in full bloom.
🌟 Highlight Features: Suzhou-style garden
📝 Note tips: Half-price concessions for residents of Jiangsu Province
Students and the elderly get free admission
❤ Recommended Reason: The best attraction in Kunshan

Kunshan Tinglin Park
The scenery is pleasant, the landscape is elegant, the reed forest is like mushrooms. It seems like a forest park where you can stroll around for a whole day. But you have to come early, oh climb the mountain⛰️ to feel the city view from above, walk the paths, look at the lush trees🌲 and flowers🌺. This is one of my favorite places, always a good spot to clear my mind.

A bowl of Ao Zao noodles, half a day in Tinglin Garden
🌈Highlights and Features:
1. If you come to Kunshan, China, the most characteristic delicacy has to be the Ao Zao noodles. Although the noodles from Ao Zao House are often criticized by locals, who may list many smaller noodle houses such as Tongfeng, Lucheng, Tianxiang House, Longwang, Weishun, etc., as being more authentic, if you rarely eat Suzhou-style noodles, I still recommend trying Ao Zao House. After all, you won't be as particular as the locals, and you don't have the habit of eating at a certain place, so it doesn't make much difference which one you choose. The taste won't vary much, but at least Ao Zao House is photogenic.
2. After enjoying Ao Zao noodles, walk a few hundred meters north to reach Tinglin Garden in Kunshan. The 80-meter-high Yufeng Mountain within the city, commonly known as Ma'anshan, has been renovated on the south and west sides in recent years, making the environment even more beautiful. Inside, there are newly built attractions such as the Gu Yanwu Memorial Hall, Kunqu Museum, and the Kun Stone Exhibition Hall, which is one of the 'Three Treasures of Kunshan'. The blooming seasons of the other two 'Three Treasures of Kunshan', the Qionghua and the Bindi Lotus, are in mid to late April and July to August, respectively, and they are both very beautiful. There are small bridges, flowing water, and bamboo forests on the north side of Yufeng Mountain, and the summit has Wenbi Peak. The climb is not tiring, and the scenery on the mountain is worth seeing.
🚗Address and Transportation:
Tinglin Garden is in the center of Kunshan city, so many buses go there. If you take the subway line 11 to Yushan Square Station, walk about 1 kilometer north, and you will find Ao Zao House located between Yushan Square and Tinglin Garden.
🎫Ticket Information:
Tinglin Garden entrance fee is 20 yuan, and the price for a single serving of Ao Zao noodles is around 20 yuan, while a double serving is about 30 yuan.

Tinglin Park is located in the northwest corner of Kunshan city, with Yufeng Mountain resembling a saddle, standing uniquely prominent. It was established as Ma'anshan Park in 1906 and renamed Tinglin Park in 1963 to commemorate Gu Yanwu. The park is surrounded by green waters and mountains, with naturally beautiful scenery, and is encircled by meandering waters, reflecting the mountains, earning the reputation of 'the most exquisite mountain beauty in the east of the river'. Garden expert Chen Cong appraised it as 'the best garden in the south of the Yangtze River, with half of the spring beauty residing in Yufeng'.
💯 Park highlights:
① The park features Yufeng Mountain, Wenbi Peak, and Laoren Peak, among others. Climbing up the shady green stone paths is not too tiring, but also not too easy, with just the right amount of exercise intensity. After reaching the summit, you can overlook Kunshan with a great view
② Kunqu Museum: Designed by experts from Shanghai Tongji University, the museum is inspired by the Kunqu water mill tune, introducing stream water into the museum and using traditional ancient architectural gardening. With the stage at the center and the viewing tower as a backdrop, the surrounding buildings, platforms, corridors, and terraces, along with the stream and green trees against white walls, reflect each other beautifully
③ Gu Yanwu Memorial Hall: In front of the hall, there is a granite statue of Gu Yanwu on the East Lawn, standing tall and symbolizing Gu Yanwu's indomitable national spirit
④ Kunshan Civil Affairs Bureau Marriage Registration Office Tinglin Park Marriage Registration Point: This is the second marriage registration point in Kunshan. The marriage registration point organically integrates garden culture, Jiangnan culture, 'Kunshan's three treasures' culture, and local marriage culture to create a garden-style marriage registration space
⑤ Park Train: The train circles the mountain, with a total length of 2.4 kilometers, costing 15 yuan per person. Sitting on the train with the wind blowing is quite comfortable. After all, the park is too big, and the train can save some energy
⑥ Boating: Each small boat costs 50 yuan for half an hour. Boating on the lake is simply a must for weekend leisure
⑦ Ancient Ginkgo Tree: There is a thousand-year-old ginkgo tree in the park, which must be stunning when its leaves fall in autumn
You can climb mountains, row boats, take the park train, enjoy the gardens, and admire the flowers. Tinglin Park is really amazing!

Kunshan's most beautiful spring scenery is in Tinglin Park
Spring's color feast—Kunshan Tinglin Park👍👍
Located around Kunshan's only Mount Ma'anshan. It is one of the most beautiful and charming gardens in the south of the Yangtze River I have ever seen, follow me and explore it together!
🍃Take Suzhou Metro Line 11 for a half-day tour to Kunshan Tinglin Park.
➡️Board the subway at the Expo Center in Huaqiao, it took 40 minutes to reach Kunshan Yushan Square.
Exit from Gate 3 and walk straight for 100 meters to Kunshan's Tourist Service Center, where I exchanged the group-purchased Kunshan Tourism Annual Pass, which allows free access to dozens of attractions.
Next, I walked through the town one by one, and after coming out, I walked along Tinglin Road for about 10 minutes to reach Tinglin Park, where I could enter the park by facial recognition.
Tinglin Park was previously called Mount Ma'anshan Park, and in 1936 it was renamed Tinglin Park in memory of Gu Yanwu, so if you walk a few more meters forward, you can see the statue of Gu Yanwu.
Then there is his memorial hall, and inside Tinglin Park hides the culture of Kunshan, besides Gu Yanwu's memorial hall. Further ahead is the Kunqu Museum, where you can learn what Kunqu is.
Walking further, you come to the famous Yufeng, located between the water towns of Jiangnan and the Shanghai-Suzhou area, with a hundred miles of flat fields and one peak standing out. Perhaps this is the mountain of Kunshan. The steps up the mountain are a bit steep, with several spots particularly worth visiting for photos, and it's especially comfortable to overlook a corner of Kunshan from the top of the mountain.
The way down the mountain is relatively easier, and directly below you will see the legendary Peony Pavilion, which is also the season when the lotus flowers are in full bloom. The lotus flowers in Tinglin Park are also among the best in Kunshan, with many flowers and a large area that is particularly ornamental. I sat in the park for two or three hours and still hadn't finished walking, and there are other attractions like the Kunshi Pavilion and Huacang Temple, etc., waiting for everyone to explore!
🎋After touring Yufeng Mountain, of course, you have to try Kunshan's Hao Hao noodles, which legend has it that Emperor Qianlong once ate a bowl of spicy abalone noodles here incognito. We also arranged for a bowl. There were especially many people in line at noon, Hao Hao noodles are one of China's top ten noodles and are also a provincial-level intangible cultural heritage of Jiangsu.

Kunshan City Walk: Yushan Square - Tinglin Road
Saturday, with the high sky and crisp autumn air, I took the Suzhou Metro Line 11 to walk around Kunshan city.
I boarded the train at Huaqiao Metro Station after nine o'clock, and it took thirty-five minutes to reach Yushan Square Station. The station hall is designed in a modern style with elements of Kunqu opera art, even the benches are characters of Sheng, Dan, Jing, Mo, and Chou.
Exiting from Exit 2 (Exit 3 is closed), I strolled along Tinglin Road. Passing through Xianhou Street and Dongxitang Street, I experienced the typical small bridges and flowing water of the Jiangnan style. Not far away, I passed by the old Kunshan brand, Aozao Restaurant. At a quarter past ten in the morning, it was already bustling with people inside. Not feeling hungry, I decided to visit the park first.
I arrived at Tinglin Park and found the scenery outside to be quite nice, so I didn't enter through the East Gate but walked along Ma'anshan Road instead. Lotus ponds, lawns, streams, stone bridges, pavilions, and even a closed temple, Huazang Temple. Even the Starbucks on the roadside had the ancient charm of Jiangnan style.
I reached the West Gate of Tinglin Park and spent over three hours touring. The garden is very nice (big enough to warrant a separate note). After one o'clock in the afternoon, I exited from the East Gate and managed to get into Aozao Restaurant half an hour before it closed at two, to enjoy a bowl of Aozao noodles. The taste was very good, and I also avoided the long queue during peak hours.
After the meal, I strolled along Chaiwang Road and was turned away at the Kunshan Calligraphy and Painting Institute near the Hutong Building. I turned onto Congming Alley to give myself a bit of enlightenment 😂.
On the way back to Yushan Square Metro Station, I made a special trip to queue up for a small bag of freshly fried chestnuts. The price was very affordable, 14 yuan per jin, while another store across the street was charging 31, making me wonder why there was a queue here. Sweet and glutinous, the taste was fantastic! A perfect autumn weekend city walk.

There is a picturesque Tinglin Park in Kunshan City
Tinglin Park, the oldest garden in Kunshan, Jiangsu, is known as the 'best beautiful mountain in Jiangdong'. It was built in 1906, originally named Ma'anshan Park, and has a history of more than a hundred years. In 1936, it was renamed Tinglin Park in memory of Gu Yanwu, a thinker in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. Tinglin Park covers more than 850 acres and is located at No. 1, Ma'anshan East Road, Kunshan. Inside the park, the scenery is picturesque and the scenery is simple and elegant. There are Tinglin Sir (Gu Yanwu) Memorial Hall, Kunqu Museum, and famous scenic spots such as Suiyuan, Yinghua Pavilion, and Cuiwei Pavilion.
Walking into Tinglin Park, there are many tourists. Fitness, garden tours, playing music and singing, it's lively. After all, it's an old garden, but you can see old trees and ancient woods everywhere. There is an ancient ginkgo tree on the southern foot of Yufeng in the park. It is said that it has been a thousand years old and is still growing vigorously.
Tinglin Park also has three treasures: Kunshi, Qionghua, and Bindi Lotus. Kunshi, unique to Tinglin Park, Yufeng Mountain in Tinglin Park is the original treasure of Kunshi. Kunshi, also known as Linglong Stone. Its natural multi-porous, color white as snow, yellow like jade, crystal clear, no shape, mostly a foot or so. It is reported that Kunshi has been mined for nearly a thousand years and has always been regarded as a good appreciation of art.
Qionghua, also known as Jubaixian, is mainly distributed in the south of the Yangtze River. The largest Qionghua in Tinglin Park is more than four meters high. The plant nameplate shows that it has a history of more than 360 years. Such an ancient and rare thing is rare in the south of the Yangtze River and even in the whole country. In Tinglin Park, there are also two special Qionghua gardens for tourists to enjoy. It is said that there is also an ancient Qionghua in the Slender West Lake Park in Yangzhou, which was planted by the host Dao Hong Chan in the Kangxi period (1709), but its age and scale cannot be compared with the ancient Qionghua in Tinglin Park.
Bindi Lotus, on the east side of the park, in front of the Kunshi Museum, there is a square lotus pond of hundreds of square meters. The Bindi Lotus in this lotus pond was originally planted in Zhengyi Ancient Town, more than ten kilometers southwest of Tinglin Park, and was privately owned by Gu Aiying, a poet in the late Yuan Dynasty. It was planted in its Dongting, also known as Dongting Lotus. In the 1950s, it was moved from Dongting, Zhengyi Town to the lotus pond in Tinglin Park. Kunshan Bindi Lotus was also transplanted to famous gardens in the south of the Yangtze River such as Suzhou Humble Administrator's Garden and Hangzhou West Lake.

Among the four famous stones, why is Kunshi the most praised?
Kunshi once became a symbol of the high-mindedness of literati and the spirit of wildness in the mountains and forests. Lu You used his heart to contain the spirit, as if he were facing Songhua, and the poem said, 'Yanshan calamus is famous for Kunshan, and Chen Sou brings it to comfort the solitude.'
His teacher was once obsessed and crazy, begging for it in every possible way. After getting the stone, he placed it on his desk to play with, and wrote, 'Scattered books are lined up in the window, and the rubbing comforts the decay.'
Yang Bei, the younger brother of Yang Yi, a famous minister of the Northern Song Dynasty, was a master of seven-character quatrains. He generously recognized Bi He's beauty of jade, and the poem said, 'The mountain light in the cloud is about to flow, and it is difficult to seek a piece of jade at that time.'
Zhang Yu of the Yuan Dynasty got a Kunshi about a foot high and was extremely excited. He wrote, 'With Mr. Zuo's strange stone for offering, the East China Sea in his sleeve is like a treasure.'
Gu Ying, a Yuan Dynasty ticket friend who loved strange peaks and stones, introduced the lotus with the same stem, and was one of the three richest men in the south of the Yangtze River. In his Jade Mountain Thatched Cottage, he collected the famous 'Cloud-making Stone', often organized Jade Mountain Poetry Gatherings, and wrote poems for appreciation. Later, when Qianlong went down to the south of the Yangtze River, the green lotus in the Meishi Garden in Hangzhou, and the sister stone 'Qingzhi Xiu and Qingyun Piece' loved by Mi Wanzhong, were all netted back to the Yuanmingyuan and the Summer Palace.
In the Ming Dynasty, stone appreciation became a fashion. Wang Chideng came to Yufeng to visit the ancient times and wrote, 'The land thinks that Jin Zeng clothed, and the mountain will get the name of jade.' Wu Kuan, a calligrapher of the Ming Dynasty, ascended to the ancient times, and wrote, 'The jade stone of Kungang has not been burned together, and the ancient trees and dangerous vines are covered with white clouds.'
Gui Zhuang, the great-grandson of Gui Youguang, and Gu Yanwu were known as 'Gui Qi and Gu Gui'. He used objects to express his aspirations and wrote, 'The divine work and the ghost axe have been chopped for a thousand years, and the chicken bones and peach blossoms are all natural', which is the most moving.
Kunshi is as clear as jade, as full and moist as snow, and is known as one of the four traditional famous stones in our country with Taihu Stone, Lingbi Stone, and Ying Stone. It is also known as one of the three famous stones in the south of the Yangtze River with Rain Flower Stone and Taihu Stone.
Kunshi is easy to break, the main component is silicon dioxide, in the crystal cave of the quartz vein, the crystal cluster formed is Kunshi. And the Kunshi produced in places like Gaoting Mountain in Hangzhou, Longyan in Fujian, and Langya Mountain in Anhui is called 'pseudo-Kunshi'.
Kunshi is warm and elegant, exquisite and full of holes, full of elegance, with the charm of emptiness and the feeling of jade. The beauty of Kunshi, in the cloud head and rain foot, perfectly fits the stone appreciation concept of 'thin, wrinkled, leaky, transparent' and 'hump and drunk'.
According to the texture of Kunshi crystal clusters and vein pieces, they are named Chicken Bone Peak, Snowflake Peak, Jellyfish Peak, Walnut Peak, Bayberry Peak, Bird Droppings Peak, etc.

The art of bonsai, originated in our country, is a treasure in the art of gardening, is a "three-dimensional painting, silent poetry", is the creation of the clever fusion of human spirit and nature, is the aesthetic creation of poetic painting, is the creation of a full of meaning.
Although bonsai is small, its artistic conception is unlimited, and the mystery of life can be seen in a square inch. Through creative composition, with the cultural connotation of the material itself, full of charm of the name, deepen and render the poetic and emotional situation of the work.

Tinglin Park: The treasure of Kunshan, the charm of history
Tinglin Park in Kunshan, a place full of historical heritage and cultural atmosphere. As I step into this lush land, it's as if I've traveled through time and space, back to that flourishing era.
The east gate of Tinglin Park is its main entrance. As soon as I entered, I was attracted by the tall statue of Gu Yanwu. He is dressed in a long robe, holding a scroll in his hand, with a firm gaze, as if he is telling his philosophy: "The rise and fall of the world, the common man has responsibility". Continuing inside, I came to the Kunshi Museum, Kunqu Museum, and Gu Yanwu Memorial Hall. Each place is full of a sense of historical weight, as if telling the history and culture of Kunshan.
Inside the Kunshi Museum, various strangely shaped Kunshi are displayed. Some are as high as mountains, some are winding like flowing water. Each piece of Kunshi has its own unique characteristics, which can't help but marvel at the wonders of nature. In the Kunqu Museum, I even appreciated the charm of Kunqu. The melodious singing and graceful posture made me feel as if I was in that ancient and beautiful scene.
Walking out of the museum, I strolled along the lake. The lake is sparkling, and occasionally a few ducks swim leisurely. The distant Yufeng Mountain, like a beautiful scroll, unfolds before my eyes. I can't help but sigh, this is really a fairyland on earth!
Unconsciously, the sun sets, and I reluctantly leave Tinglin Park. This trip has given me a deeper understanding of the history and culture of Kunshan. Tinglin Park is not only a beautiful park, but also the pride of the people of Kunshan. I believe that everyone who comes here will be attracted by its beauty and history, and deeply fall in love with this land.
