The restaurant we recommend is Ốc Đào, pronounced "Oc Dao." It is a famous shellfish restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. The restaurant has plenty of seating, affordable prices, fresh and clean food. Some of the dishes we ordered include stir-fried shellfish with butter sauce, scallops with cheese, grilled shrimp, seafood fried rice, and porridge. They also have a unique dipping sauce made with lime and MSG, which is quite interesting. The portion sizes are moderate, and the taste is average—not particularly outstanding for us, but the prices are great. We went as a group of four, and it cost just over 200,000 VND per person, which is very affordable.
