Twilight Beach Australia 🇦🇺

There are two car parks to access Twilight Bay beach. The first is located on Twilight Beach Rd and it is in the middle of the bay. It is a small car park without services from which a short staircase leads to the beach.
Here the beach is large and beautiful, but open to waves and winds. Most people who go to this beach use the much larger car parking at the end of Cove Ln, at the base of the promontory that divides this beach from Observatory Beach. Here there are the toilets and a short wooden staircase leads to the southern end of Twilight Beach.
Although here there is the typical sign present in Australian beaches with snakes on the dunes and sighting of sharks in the water, this part of the beach is very protected from winds and waves and therefore optimal for swimming. The small promontory and some rocks in the water a few tens of meters from the shore protect this part of the beach from big waves and winds, making it optimal for bathing. While we were there two large white-bellied sea eagle (Halideetus leucogaster) flew over the beach and the small promontory for several minutes. Certainly this is a very beautiful large beach whose most beautiful and suitable part for bathing is the south end
There are many stunning beaches along the Ocean Road and after a spectacular day at Cape Le Grand we enjoyed the ride along the coast and stopped several times to take photos. Twilight Bay was my favorite spot. It looks stunning with the rock formation and the incredible colours.
