This is the true meaning of LIVE photos! Iceland is so beautiful that it leaves you speechless
Experiencing the scenery in person 🌋 is far more spectacular than capturing it in photos 📸. LIVE photos can really preserve some of the shock and vibrant life 🌿!
📍 Diamond Beach
Recommendation Index: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
This is the most shocking landscape for me. My mind was filled with thoughts about how this thing was formed 🤨, how Diamond Beach really has 'diamonds' 💎. The fine, seamless black sand beach is dotted with crystal-clear ice diamonds 🧊, perfect for photos 📷. It's just beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful❗️❗️
📝 Tips: Later, I learned that the ice diamonds 💎 are not naturally frozen in the sea but are parts of the Vatnajökull glacier that have broken off, sculpted by seawater, and washed ashore 🏝.
🚗 Transportation: All the sights mentioned below are along Iceland's Route 1, the scenery is really nice, and the route is simple.
📍 Seljalandsfoss
Recommendation Index: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
It can be said to be the representative waterfall of Iceland 🇮🇸, a true water curtain cave 💦. When you get close to the waterfall, you can feel the majestic water flow crashing down, the mist hitting your face, it's really shocking❗️
🚗 Transportation: If driving, head southeast from Reykjavik along Route 1 to the Seljalands River, turn left onto Route 249 after crossing the bridge, and you'll be there.
📝 Tips: The parking lot charges a fee. Be sure to wear waterproof clothes, pants, and shoes! 🌂
📍 Skogafoss
Recommendation Index: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
One of the three major waterfalls in the Golden Circle 🔱, this waterfall is also called the 'Rainbow Waterfall' 🌈 because you can often see rainbows when the sun ☀️ is out. It has a fairy-like aura, perfect for photos 🤳! It's also a filming location for many movies 🎬, such as 'The Secret Life of Walter Mitty' and 'Game of Thrones', where Jon Snow and Daenerys 🐉 kiss at the Northern Waterfall! 💕💕
🚗 Transportation: It's about a 40-minute drive from Seljalandsfoss.
📍 Black Sand Beach
Recommendation Index: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Listed as one of the world's top ten most beautiful beaches by the American 🇺🇸 'Islands Magazine' 🤩, the endless black ◼️ is pure and transparent, silent, lonely, and free. The basalt columns nearby are also very beautiful, it's hard to believe such neat shapes are natural. 😯
🚗 Transportation: Located in the middle of Iceland's south coast, next to the town of Vik.
I hope everyone can go to the places they want to visit, have a pleasant journey!! 💖💖

Vatnajökull Glacier
Visiting the Vatnajökull Glacier is an astonishing adventure. Standing at the edge of the glacier, I was overwhelmed by the vast expanse of snow-covered scenery. The glacial lakes and glacier tongues on the ice cap create a magnificent landscape that is hard to believe. As I climbed onto the glacier and stepped onto the pristine snow, I felt the greatness and majesty of nature. Navigating between the glaciers, I was drawn to the ancient glacial formations, deeply feeling the passage of time and the changes of the Earth. Exploring the glacier, I also learned about the importance of the ice cap for Iceland's ecosystem, and the interaction between humans and nature. This trip made me deeply appreciate the grandeur and beauty of nature, and gave me a deeper understanding and appreciation of Iceland's natural landscapes. The magnificent views of the Vatnajökull Glacier will forever remain in my heart, becoming the most unforgettable memory of my journey.

Interstellar Crossing Vatnajökull
Vatnajökull National Park is the largest glacier in Europe and the third largest in the world, second only to the Antarctic and Greenland glaciers. It is also the filming location of the famous movie "Interstellar". Being there in person is truly surreal, and can only be described as mind-blowing. The main feature of Vatnajökull National Park is the diverse scenery formed by the combined effects of rivers, glaciers, volcanoes, and geothermal activity. In the park, you can also see various birds, Arctic foxes, and even reindeer. It is a great place to enjoy nature. Vatnajökull National Park includes the entire Vatnajökull glacier and its vast surrounding areas. The easiest way to visit is to take the Route 1 along the way to see Svartifoss waterfall, glacier lakes, diamond beaches, and more. If you want to visit the northern or western parts of the glacier, you need to drive a four-wheel drive vehicle, and it is only passable in the summer.
In "Game of Thrones", most of the scenes beyond the Wall and north of the Wall were filmed in Vatnajökull National Park, including the iconic location of the Wall. Visitors to Vatnajökull Glacier almost always try glacier hiking, admiring the bizarre glacier structures and the glacier texture mixed with volcanic ash. Under the guidance of professional guides, visitors need to wear professional climbing shoes and equip themselves with ice claws, ice axes and other tools. This is because there are many large cracks and deep holes on the surface of the glacier, and a slight mistake can lead to falling into them. Walking on the vast ice sheet, the eyes are filled with a white world, and time seems to be frozen, making people feel like they have returned to the distant ice age. In addition to the endless glacier, Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon (also known as Jökulsárlón Lake) at the southern end of Vatnajökull National Park is also one of the must-visit attractions for tourists. Jökulsárlón Lake is the largest glacier lake in Iceland. Riding on an amphibious boat, visitors can see the huge floating icebergs moving slowly on the blue water surface and get up close to the various shaped icebergs that have been floating for thousands of years. In addition, from November to March of the following year, visitors to Vatnajökull National Park can also enter the Blue Ice Cave for a visit.

Ice Hiking Adventure at Vatnajokull
and my last treat for ice was at #vatnajökull where i had my unforgettable glacier hike on Iceland's largest glacier and Europe's largest glacier mass (area of roughly 8300 sq. km). I was also introduced to using crampon & ice axe for the first time.
My advice, to save all the hassle just hop on the tour bus from Reykjavik & they'll bring you to the Skaftafell entrance. You are now ready to embark on a fascinating hike among the glacier tongue! Say hello to the majestic ice sculptures, ridges, deep sinkholes (Moulin) & "dirt cone"- pyramid form of ashes from volcanic eruptions

Iceland
Iceland belongs to Europe, but it is not located on the European continent geographically, but is a solitary island in the North Atlantic, closest to Greenland, the Faroe Islands, and the United Kingdom. Culturally, Iceland is generally considered one of the five Nordic countries, with many similarities in language and customs with Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. However, this small country has countless unique places. Geographically, it is located at the junction of the Eurasian and American geological plates, so volcanic activity is active. And its high latitude has given it countless glaciers, including the third largest in the world and the largest in Europe, Vatnajökull. This dual nature of fire and ice has earned it the titles of "Country of Ice and Fire" and "Arctic Fire Island". More noteworthy than these loud names is the unique natural scenery shaped by this duality, making Iceland a travel dream for countless people around the world. Coupled with the avant-garde culture here, friendly nationals, and highly progressive ideas, Iceland is not just beautiful in the travel industry, it is a travel attitude in itself.
Plane wreckage
In 1937, a US Air Force plane crashed on the black sand beach on the south coast of Iceland. Due to the high cost of repairs, it has been quietly parked here, becoming a popular tourist check-in spot. Not only that, "Game of Thrones", "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story", "Noah's Ark: The Journey of Creation" all have scenes on the black sand beach, becoming the favorite place for science fiction directors.
Some people say that if you can't go to outer space, go to Iceland.
Some people say that going to Iceland is a planned escape from the earth. I strongly agree, for me, Iceland is the place I have been to, the place on this earth that is least like the earth's surface. Over the past few years of traveling around the world, whenever I am asked which country I like the most, my answer is always - Iceland

The Vatna Glacier is Iceland's largest glacier and the largest glacier in Europe, the third largest glacier in the world.
After arriving at the camp on foot, the staff will send everyone equipment, crampons, hail, helmets, and then take the bus to the place to hike. After getting off at
, the car is divided into several teams, each team has a different team leader. The
glaciers often rain, and when there are sunny days, the weather outside is not the same as the weather on the glaciers. Therefore, the glacier raincoats must be brought on, and it is better to wear the jacket.
When you get on the glacier, the team leader will guide you through the crampons, and the crampons will be tied to the shoes. Hiking glaciers must wear crampons, otherwise the ice will be very slippery.
The route of each team on the glacier is different. The hiking glacier has no requirements for the hiking experience. The difficulty coefficient is very low. Just wear the crampons and follow the leader's footsteps on the ice and step on each step. Just fine.
Our hiking route is the first experience, there is no deep glaciers, so it won't be too tired, going back and forth for almost two hours.
