The Harry Potter Studio Tour in Tokyo is incredibly interactive and full of surprises!
A must-visit for Harry Potter fans!!
I visited when it first opened, so the environment was very clean, and the staff were very friendly!
🏖️ Environment/Facilities: The scenes are very realistic, and the place is spacious. It's all indoors with air conditioning, so you don't have to worry about the heat. There are plenty of photo spots inside, some parts are exactly like the movie scenes, which is super impressive! Harry Potter fans will be blown away! There are also many interactive elements where you can experience things firsthand, which is very fun and amazing 💕
💰 Average Spending: When I went, it was around 350+ HKD, but it was totally worth it. Of course, the must-have expenses are the merchandise! I bought a wand and some small accessories, which totaled around 400-500 HKD. I really liked them, so it was worth it!

I’ve been a Potterhead eversince my childhood day, and finally after years becoming one, I can fullfil my childhood dream; go to Hogwarts on September 1st and wear the uniform pretending I’m one of Hogwarts student.
If you’re a Potterhead you must visit this place!! The tour was great and worth it. It feels unreal how I can see the sets of the movie in real life after years just seeing those only on the movie.#wbstudiotour #harrypotter

Harry Potter fans in Asia no longer need to travel all the way to the UK because the 'Tokyo Warner Bros. Harry Potter Film Studio' has opened in Tokyo, making it the first in Asia and the largest Harry Potter film studio in the world 🤩.
Unlike the Universal Studios in Osaka, the 'Tokyo Warner Bros. Harry Potter Film Studio' doesn't have amusement rides. Pack your Wands and Cloaks and enjoy the Tour
#visittokyo Spellbound! I have the greatest time at the #harrypotterstudiotour Tokyo! I am never so thankful that I bought two tickets to visit it twice over the same weekend during my short stay in Tokyo. The studio is enormous with plenty of artefacts, replicas of movie set (life sized) for great photo opportunities! Love the food presentation, I ate a most delicious chicken fillet and Mandrake! Visiting it two days gave me ample time to explore it more and immerse myself in the richness of the fascinating elements of the making of the Harry Potter films. It also provided more time to allow enjoyment of the various interactive experiences. The Quidditch match and the Broom Riding experiences are just not to be missed! Fans of the Wizarding world, film making fanatics and muggles would be able to enjoy it differently, it is a tour suitable for all. For witches and wizards wannabes and Hogwarts alumni, pack your wands and cloaks, you will feel right at home!

The making of the Harry Potter theme park, officially known as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, involved extensive planning, design, and construction processes to create an immersive experience that captures the magic of J.K. Rowling's beloved series. Here’s an overview of how the theme park was developed.
The experience was great, where you can spend more than 3 hours exploring the place. Beside the making if harry porter, there're also highlights of scenes from fantastic beast as well.

Tokyo Harry Potter Studio Tour
Located about a 3-minute walk from Toshimaen Station.
I bought my ticket on Trip and chose the 2:30 PM entry. When I arrived a little after 2 PM, I was already allowed to enter. Bags are checked upon entry, and outside food is not allowed inside. Although I didn't dine at the restaurants inside, I still spent over 4 hours exploring.
The whole experience felt like truly stepping into the world of Harry Potter, becoming a part of the magical world. The attractions are roughly categorized into: 1. Movie Scenes, 2. Behind-the-Scenes Secrets, 3. Interactive Facilities, 4. Dining and Shopping. As a fan who has watched the movies and read the books, I felt particularly excited and moved during the visit. The interactive facilities are fun and amusing; you can join a Quidditch match as a student spectator or record a video to become a character in a castle portrait. Staff will guide you to create an account and QR code upon entry, and you have 30 days to download these clips.
The behind-the-scenes section is very detailed, showcasing many aspects of the production process. It gives you a deep appreciation for the hard work behind the scenes and surprises you with how different the creation of many scenes, objects, and props is from what you might have imagined. This place is truly worth visiting, not just for the fun of taking photos with movie scenes but also for the knowledge and dedication it embodies.

Harry Potter Experience at the Warner Brothers Tour in Tokyo!
Incredible experience located just 5 minutes away from the train station! It was incredibly immersive and epic, even if you are not a Harry Potter fan. You'll get to see lovely sets, props and try fun experiences too! While it was crowded at times, it was really cool to see everything. My favourite was the Hogwarts castle right at the end!
Tips:
1) Book your tickets early! If you walk up, you might not get a good time slot.
2) Book ahead of time and choose the morning slots! The earlier the better, as the place can get quite crowded, both the restaurant and the museum. Getting a good timeslot will be crucial so that you can wait less.
3) The restaurant sells really lovely food, but not the butterbeer! You'll need to purchase butterbeer at a different location (just outside the restaurant).
4) You can keep the souvenir mug when you buy the butterbeer! The staff even give you free wet wipes to clean the mug after you are done drinking.
Hope you enjoy!
