We climbed the Petra Kruzica stairway towards the castle - the climb is over 500 steps, so prepare for a workout. The castle dates back to the 13th century and looks 138-meters over the city of Rijeka on a hill, and we climbed the Roman tower to get a panoramic view. If you want to visit both the upper and lower lake areas, it is recommended to purchase a two-day ticket) We first took the shuttle bus to the classic photo area, and then walked to the largest waterfall area to take pictures (the largest waterfall is located at the bottom of Plitvice Lakes National Park) If you arrive early, you can take pictures of the shadow of the mountain, so if you are a photography enthusiast, it is recommended to set off early. The Great Falls is 78 meters high and is the largest and most spectacular waterfall in the entire park! After leaving the largest waterfall area, we came to the boat station to take the boat In addition to the souvenir shop, there is also a toilet at the boarding point.
