You can get here by train from Kyoto or Osaka and get off at JR Yasu or Omi-Takashima Station, then take a bus or taxi for a short distance. The highlight of Ryuo Shrine is the "sacred mountain water" that flows through the shrine all year round. It is believed to have the power of purification and blessing.
