Stunning oasis in a concrete jungle 🌿🏙️🌸
Lianhuashan Park.
This is my favourite spot in Shenzhen, a beautiful park with stunning views of the city. Easily accessible by metro station (Children’s palace & Lianhuacan station) plenty of bus routes and a bridge over from Upperhills mall.
The park features a statue to Chinese Leader Deng Xiaoping who helped create the special economic zone that has helped Shenzhen propel itself onto the world stage. As one of the fastest growing cities in history this is the perfect place to take in the view of the city, it spreads out as far as the eye can see and all the cities landmarks are in view.
If you come up in the evening you can see the city lit up and if you're very lucky or plan well you can watch one of the cities famous light shows from the park.
There are plenty of toilets, vending machines and shade for picnics - but on weekends and public holidays the park can become very very busy so best to visit weekend mornings or weekdays if you can.
If you’re only in Shenzhen for a few days this is a must see, trying to take this city in on foot is hard - but seeing it from this vantage point is something you’ll never forget.

The most refreshing hiking experience
The Ziyun Mountain hiking experience was incredible. We made it up to the top. Even though it’s summer now, I felt cool because the trees provided enough shade for the trail. The whole experience was exciting; the sound of water flowing, the beauty of nature, and the fresh air. If you visit Ziyun, you may want to carry your bug spray and wear long pants. Small little park in Shenzhen ♥

Hello everyone, today I want to tell you about my wonderful visit to the Shenzhen Lilin Park, a peaceful and charming park in Shenzhen.
The Shenzhen Lilin Park is located in the Nanshan District, near the Nanshan Metro Station. It covers an area of 16 hectares and has a history of over 300 years.
The park is named after the lilin trees that grow in the park. You can see many lilin trees, as well as other plants and flowers. You can also see some birds, such as ducks, geese, and swans.
The park has a small reservoir, which is the main attraction of the park. You can see the water and the reflections of the trees and the sky. You can also rent a boat or a pedal boat and enjoy the water.
The park is full of quiet and relaxing spots, where you can sit on a bench or a pavilion and enjoy the nature and the fresh air.
The Shenzhen Lilin Park is open from 6 am to 10 pm and has no admission fee, I recommend you to go in the afternoon so you don't get blsssed by the sun ☀
The Shenzhen Lilin Park is a great place to visit for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. It’s a place where you can escape from the noise and stress of the city and enjoy some harmony and serenity.

A natural oasis in the heart of Shenzhen!
This park was on my checklist for such a long time. Finally, I made it. The full name of this park is Shenzhen International Garden and Flower Expo Park.
Located in the heart of Shenzhen between Nanshan and Futian districts. Probably not as popular as others, this park is not as crowded as typical urban parks in Shenzhen. This park covered a large area and it's very nice to walk and enjoy beautiful nature sound everywhere you go. What surprised me there is are so many interesting and mixed sculptures. The park offers a lot of opportunities for good photos. There are not so many stairs which I prefer except when you need to reach the big pagoda at the top. There is also some nice scenery when you climb up. This park is not the most beautiful in Shenzhen, but it's worth visiting. Offers at least something interesting for everyone. Also, very convenient for transportation, if you come by car or by subway.

Dutch vibes in the park! 🇳🇱
As a Shenzhen ex-pat who enjoys exploration and travel. I traveled to several wonderful locations in Shenzhen. However, I was somewhat taken surprised when I learned about this obscure park in the Nanshan neighborhood.
The fact that this park has intriguingly European feelings and was designed with a lot of Dutch influence caught my eye. One of the first things you'll notice is the abundance of flower shops. Of course, there are a lot of people who sell tulips and other flowers.
In the middle of the park, there is a single large tower. The park is one of my favorites because it is not overrun with restaurants and people. Therefore, even if you visit on the weekends, you won't notice a large crowd here.
My favorite site there is a wide-open hill where you can view the windmill from the top. If you travel a little way down, though, you'll find a garden along with some intriguing tales and sculptures. It was very wonderful to learn about that famous Tulip mythology.
There is also a lake nearby, along with a few benches where you may relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. This park is unique because it stands out among Shenzhen's other parks by being exceedingly white.
Considering that the majority of visitors are those looking to purchase flowers. I also enjoy how this garden is in a different location from where the flower stores are. For everyone who likes European fashion designers, fland owers, or just someone like me who enjoys exploring and discovering new aspects of this city's beauty. You should check it on your own and gain experience doing it that way, in my opinion.

Most PHOTOGENIC place in Shenzhen😆
The Splendid China Folk Village in Shenzhen is often considered the world's largest and most comprehensive miniature park, reproducing nearly 100 famous tourist attractions in China and 25 full-scale ethnic villages.
I spent an entire day there, from sunrise to sunset, learning about the 5,000+ years of Chinese history and appreciating stunning architecture and attractions from all over the country.
Aside from the miniature sculptures, there is also a wonderful folk performance in the evening, showcasing the diverse ethnic culture dances of China. The night view of the buildings are also stunning and great for photos!
Overall, I would suggest spending the whole day here, as the park is very big and there is endless places to explore! Definitely a very good experience and a place I’d recommend!

Stunning beach sunrise in Shenzhen, China😍
I woke up at 4 am to watch the sun rise at Dameisha beach in Shenzhen, and I do not regret it one bit.
Dameisha beach is one of the largest beaches in Shenzhen, China. It is located on the northern shore of Mirs Bay along the Yantian District coastline and is considered Shenzhen’s longest (length of 1.1 miles) beach.
When I arrived in the morning, it was such an idyllic view: no people or noise (I was so happy to have the whole beach to myself, I started dancing!) Just me and the ocean and the sound of crashing waves. I dug my feet into the sand and waited patiently for the sun to rise. The water was clean, and after the sun came up, I went in for a swim.
I do recommend coming earlier to this beach, as it fills up very quickly with tourists after 8 am. If you struggle with early rising, you can also stay at one of the hotels with private access to the beach! Either way, it is such a stunning view that everyone must see!

Amazing cliff in Dapeng, Shenzhen
Yangmeikeng
The cliff. I have actually been here in 2018 and at that time there was no one there at all. But I guess this place has been discovered now and is a major hotspot. Although I came on a Friday morning there was a good amount of people there. To go there from the tourist entrance I was approached by a boat ticket lady and was tempted to take the boat out although it is actually supposed to be a beautiful walk to get there as well. The boat ride was pleasant and let us off by a small beach. From there I found Alypay electrical bike to take to to the hot spot itself that was another kilometer away maybe.. the cliff is amazing and well worth a trip. The water was clear and they sky a bit mystical but it was a sunny day. To go back I took the golf car that was less than half of the price of the boat.
After the cliff I went to one of the instagram friendly coffee shops and had lunch on the rooftop. It was a beautiful day and even though I was wearing sun lotion I got a bit burned on the places that I had missed.
There were a few more coffeeshops nearby and lots of seafood restaurants that is perfect for lunch or dinner if you plan to go here from downtown Shenzhen#awesomepic #2023travelwish #shenzhen #Yangmeikeng #dapeng
