Dive trip in Japan, Tokashiki island in Okinawa.
This island has been designated as a national park due to its pristine and gorgeous underwater world.
I’ve been diving loads of diving spots worldwide as a professional scuba diver but l believe this place has the most relaxing marine world and crystal clear water, where l could even stay forever.

Tokashiki Island, one day is simply not enough to enjoy it all!
Actually, you can also enjoy the beautiful seascape of Okinawa's northern glass sea right in Naha by island hopping!
We chose the well-developed Tokashiki Island, which is about 2km away from Tomari Port and International Street.
✅【Ferry Terminal】
⭕️Tomari Port is an important port connecting the main island of Okinawa and several small islands nearby;
⭕️The ferry terminal is not large, and inside there are a few windows marked with different island names (Zamami Village, Kume Island, Tokashiki Island, etc.);
⭕️The Tokashiki Island window only accepts cash and credit card payments, electronic payments are not accepted. Next to it, Zamami Village can use online payment methods;
⭕️You must reserve the ferry from Tomari Port in advance on the official website;
⭕️The fast ferry takes 40 minutes, and the slow ferry takes 70 minutes. We booked the slow ferry for the whole journey, which costs 3310 Japanese yen, including a 100 yen environmental tax;
⭕️The slow ferry is quite stable, with a flat layer on 1F, which is highly recommended for friends who get seasick easily to sleep on the flat layer. There are indoor and outdoor rest areas on 2F and 3F;
✅【Tokashiki Island】
⭕️The island is located in the eastern part of the Kerama Islands, which is a famous diving spot with many spectacular canyons and caves waiting for diving enthusiasts to explore;
⭕️The waters near the island are home to many types of hard corals, sea fans, etc.;
⭕️There are three beaches on the island, namely Tokashiki, Aharen, and Tokashiku, among which Aharen Beach is more famous. Here you can swim and snorkel;
⭕️After arriving at Tokashiki Island, you can take a shuttle bus from the snorkeling shop/inn you booked, or head straight to the only two buses on the island. The bus station is right next to the port, and the bus fare is 400 Japanese yen per person, one way, paid in cash;
⭕️The commercial atmosphere on the island is not strong, it was said that all consumption on the island must be in cash, but surprisingly, a restaurant was found to accept WeChat and Alipay;
⭕️From the port to Aharen Beach, over a hill, along the way, you will occasionally see the glass sea, the light blue blending with the white sand beach creates a very beautiful vacation painting;
⭕️The bus ride takes about 10 minutes, and when you get off, you can see a circle of small shops, including snorkeling shops, as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals;
✅Main Activities:
⭕️The shop has instructors who can take you to an uninhabited island for snorkeling, where the water is clearer and deeper, and there are more fish and corals;
⭕️The equipment rented from the shop can still be used for snorkeling by the beach after you return from the uninhabited island, and of course, it's also okay if you bring your own equipment;
⭕️If you like to relax, you can rent an umbrella on the beach, buy an iced drink, and laze around for a day, sunbathing, enjoying the breeze, and daydreaming;
⭕️There are not many water entertainment projects here, but there are banana boats;
⚠️Notes:
⭕️We arrived at the beach at 11:30 and left at 15:00 (for the 16:00 ferry), which was a relatively short time!
⭕️Even if you take the 9:00 fast ferry, it still feels a bit short. It is recommended that you stay on the island for one night;
⭕️Only after personal experience did I understand that an action camera is really necessary. I couldn't take clear pictures or do anything with my iPhone after getting in the water.
The backyard of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai - 【Okinawa】
Since joining the company, I started the weekend special forces plan for workers
I found that people from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai haven't flocked to Okinawa yet, so taking advantage of the depreciation of the yen, here's my self-made guide ⬇️
DAY1 Airport-Hotel-Karin Seafood Market-Senaga Island Sunset-Hotel
DAY2 Glass Sea Snorkeling-Tokashiki Island-Naha Port
DAY3 International Street-Tsuboya Street
Day1
✈️14:00 Land at Naha, local time 15:00
🏨 Drop off luggage and head from International Street➡️Senaga Island (30min)
🐟 Seafood market🙌 Although the stalls are small, the fish is fresh and cheap, and the sunset on Senaga Island is beautiful
Good stores: Oyaji no Maguro (freshly caught tuna rice bowl, cash only), SunRoom Sweets SENAGAJIMA (Shisa lion small cake)
Day2
🧜♀️Wake up at 9, there's a boat to Tokashiki Island from the dock at 10:00 (just over an hour)
🤿 Find a local snorkeling package, won't exceed 400rmb and includes lunch
🚌 Leave at 9, prepare to head back around 16:00
🚢 Return to Naha for a meal, then relax at the hotel
Wearing a life jacket, snorkeling is perfect for someone like me who wants to be in touch with the sea but is concerned about safety
I actually want to go to Miyako Island, Ishigaki Island, but considering time and proximity, Tokashiki Island has the best value for money
Day3
✈️Flight at 15:00, still time to visit a spot in the morning
🌴 Stroll and eat along International Street
🍲 Longing for the black-haired Wagyu beef + sea grapes🙌 (Ton Hormon I Naha Yakiniku Restaurant)
📍 After the meal, head to Tsuboya Street (Tsuboya Yachimun Street), find beautiful pottery along the alleys, then it's time to head back to Naha Airport

Nagannu Island Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Jun)
Secluded Island 🏝️
If I were to own an island, this tour was what it would feel like. Best secluded island I've been to. While a few other people were around, it was just that, only a few. It was very open and beautiful. There was plenty of free seating right next to the water. The water was sea through with great views from every direction. There were even activities like parasailing, water activities and snorkeling. We will definitely be going back.
Okinawa Travel | Embarking on an uninhabited island to experience the underwater walk
Nagannu Island is called an uninhabited island, the so-called uninhabited island, because the number of people on the island limit, only a certain number of guests per day, on the island and the island All of them are heads of people who cannot stay overnight on the island and cannot go on their own.
Generally speaking, the island is only open from April to November, with one daily round trip and seven to nine round trips from July to September. When the ship arrived, it will leave. It will take about 20 minutes to arrive. It is quite convenient from the urban area!
Undersea walk this project, there will be a coach with everyone taking a boat to the shore of the sea some distance, about 10 meters deep. I can't swim, I am afraid of water. . Everyone has comforted me: this does not need to swim, just walk in the sea with an oxygen mask! I listened to it very reasonably and added some courage.
The coach on the boat taught us some simple gestures, and you can't talk in the sea by gestures. Then one by one, the sea is in order, and there are ladders on the bottom of the ship. After walking step by step, until the sea reaches the shoulder, there is a staff member who puts the oxygen hood on your shoulder. (Because this oxygen hood is very heavy, this project has requirements for shoulder width. We have a primary school student with a shoulder and a small number of shoulders, so we can't participate.) The water at the end of April is a bit cold, and the wetsuit is good. Thick, slowly get used to the temperature.
Chureito Pagoda Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Jun)
Iconic Pagoda with Unbeatable View
Make a guess, how many flight of stairs did we climb to catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji? 400! It is an arduous journey (to those who don't climb stairs very much) vertically up but the panoramic view from the top is worth every step. Alternatively, you can go up the Pagoda by car if you don't want to climb but I suggest to enjoy the view of Mt.Fuji while going up the stone steps if you can.
Chureito Pagoda is a very popular tourist destination, especially during the cherry blossom season and autumn. It is spectacular (even without the view of Mount Fuji) and every shot you take is Instagrammable. Historically, it is built in 1963 as a peace memorial to commemorate the people of Fujiyoshida who died in wars and gradually become a popular spot for photographers and tourists.
This is a must-visit if you are in Tokyo!
Getting There - From Tokyo, you can take a train to get to the Pagoda. It takes about 3 hours and costs 2500 yen (SGD$25). You can also travel by car and there is free parking lot near the Pagoda.
Entrance Fee - Free
Attractions - Mount Fuji, Chureito Pagoda, Arakura Sengen Shrine, Torii Gate
Address - 2-chome-4-1 Asama, Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi 403-0011, Japan

Beautiful view and tiring at the same time.
The Red Pagoda that everyone must visit when you come to Fuji. When you arrive, you still have to walk up for almost half an hour. and a slight slope from cold air After you start sweating. The time I visited was when the cherry blossoms were still blooming. Causing a lot of people to come even if it's not a holiday The queue waiting to go upstairs will have a number of staff to help call in order to avoid too much.
I didn't queue up to take photos at the top. But along the way, I got some nice pictures. From every step up I'm so glad.
You can come at times that don't match other people. This place seems to be open most of the day. Don't forget to come here if you have time.#chureitopagoda #japan
Iha Central Park Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Jun)
Iha Central Park
#okinawatrip
This is a great park. There is a lot to do... the large playground, an open area to play ball, picnic area, walking/biking path around it, etc. The parking can be tricky as well if the park is busy. It has a walking trail and plenty of parking around it. The slide is a nice, long one and fun for all ages. The playground is quite large and can keep kids busy for a long time. Also large grassy fields for soccer or flying a kite. Conveniently located off 329 👍🏻
