Canning Dimsum is finally in Sibu! I've always wanted to try dimsum but in Sibu, it is difficult to find halal ones. So when i heard Canning Dimsum is opening an outlet in Sibu, im super happy to hear that. Ive heard so many good reviews on their dimsum so i ordered their blackpepper dimsum, the one with fish egg and some other type of dimsum and they are actually so good! My favourite is the blackpepper dimsum. Their salted egg bun is very delicious if you eat it while its still hot. I can still taste the oozing salted egg custard inside. If you love cakes and pastries like me, it is a must for you to give this aesthetic and adorable cafe in Sibu a try! There are various pastries from croissant to brownies and banana cake! They also have heavy dishes like pizza, donburi rice, and pastas! I ordered their pepperoni pizza and it is so softt and lots of cheese and pepperoni. My sistee ordered their chicken roll and the portion are hugee! Just nice to be shared for 3 person. My favourite os definitely their souffle pancake that comes with cream and apple syrup! Super softt. I love the decoration of the cafe. Upon entrance, you will see a coffee machine displayed at the entrance of the cafe along woth various different type of coffee beans. Flos Cafe is the first floral cafe in Sibu, Sarawak where it is a cafe and also selling flowers at the same time. They sell various beverages and dessert like cakes, toasts, caneles and many more. We ordered their ice matcha latte, salted caramel latte as well as their ferrero cake. Their salted caramel latte is very nice and perfect balance of caramel and coffee while their matcha latte on the other hand tasted okay but nothing special. Their ferrero cake is very nice and not too sweet so if you're looking for something less sweet, you can order the ferrero cake. We wanted to try their famous canele since we have been craving for it since forever but it was sold out. The environment of this cafe is very relaxing and calming, perfect for you to chill out and have coffee with your friends. The decoration is very very beautiful and aesthetic with so many beautiful flowers and plants. They have both indoor and outdoor tables and both are super breathtaking. Nica is a cafe that sells various type of food including western and local food, as well as gelatos and bingsu! I ordered their mango bingsu and that is one of the best bingsu I have ever tasted!! The mango is sweet which is perfect with the milk flavored ice. Their chocolate croffle is to die for and their salted egg squid is superrr delicious! The mango gelato is very refreshing, give it a try! The staff is very helpful in helping us choose the bingsu and gelato flavour!
