At the end of the beach is a pier and seaside cafes. This year was a very lucky and joyful year to be able to travel to Italy. The sun doesn't set until 8 PM in Italy, which means plenty of time for photos! 👍👍👍 Be aware of the temperature fluctuations: it's hot midday and afternoon, and a bit cooler at night. There's a famous gelato shop in Siena that's so delicious, customers line up endlessly! 🎉 I was so moved when I finally got my ice cream! 😋🤤 We went crazy and bought a second cup! 🍨🍦 I can definitely... You said Once you've had Italian gelato, you can't go back 😂😂😂 The local pistachio flavor is the most recommended 🍦 and it's authentic (highly recommended 👍). We ordered two, each for 6.50 euros, for a total of 13 euros. But it didn't disappoint at all, it was incredibly delicious ❗️❗️❗️ I love Siena's Cathedral. Its magnificent golden facades and circular blue mirrors, along with its Gothic architecture, show traces of Catholicism everywhere. I took so many photos of different cathedrals in this scene. This is my favorite spot in Siena❗️ It's worth mentioning that there's a small Roman Colosseum-like spot here where you can take photos. It's so beautiful 🩷😍😍 I've seen people wearing roses, wearing lucky bracelets, and feeding the pigeons, but there's a fee. Italy is a world-renowned tourist destination, but you still have to be wary of pickpockets❗️❗️ However, Italians don't think feeding the pigeons is a big deal and are quite willing to buy from those selling them. Italy is packed with tourists from all over the world (just look at the photos to see how crowded they are 🤣🤣). Please remember to carry all valuables inside your jacket 👍 and avoid traveling alone. #Overseas Travel In the medieval city of Siena in Tuscany in central Italy, we stayed at the small hotel Albergo Bernini. As soon as I stepped into the small hotel, I didn't expect that it would bring me endless surprises! The hotel is located in an old house built in the 13th century. It is full of old European style and is decorated with nostalgic furniture from the past. Go up to the balcony on the top floor of the hotel and you can have a panoramic view of the medieval city of Siena! This is arguably the most beautiful spot to take a closer look at charming Siena. Plus the price is affordable and the location is convenient, it feels great! Sitting on top of a big butte of volcanic tuff, Orvieto retains large signs of its Etrurian past, so much so that the first thing that stood out to me was the light brown tones across its alleys and its roads. The Duomo cathedral is the main attraction. The church was built in the 14th century and is dedicated to the Ascending of the Virgin Mary. Aesthetically it might remind you of the more famous Cathedral of Siena, obviously because of its roman-gothic style! This one in Orvieto is one of the most significant in Italy. Don’t miss a visit to another landmark of note, like Torre del Moro for a sunset view of the town and the surrounding hills, Pozzo di San Patrizio and Fortezza Albornoz!
