Get off the beaten track and enjoy fall 🍂 🍁
The road up was challenging and be sure that your car is in good condition and full of petrol as you are literally off the road. As the road is narrow when driving up, we had to stop at each parking lots to wait but we could enjoy the view at the same time. The road is narrow but safe if you drive carefully and took your time.
We didn’t drive to the top of the viewing point but the journey along the way is all worth it. Definitely need to plan more time as you have to give way for car coming from the opposite side yo go through. Be careful when driving down as some sections are pretty steep. If have more time, you can also plan some hike.

Vermont Fall Is Something Everyone Should Experience At Least Once
Vermont, the second smallest state in the U.S., is renowned for its picturesque landscapes, outdoor recreation, and strong sense of community. Nestled in the Green Mountain Range, it is a haven for nature lovers, offering stunning vistas, forests, lakes, and rivers. The state’s natural beauty is especially striking in the fall, when its forests are transformed into a vibrant tapestry of red, orange, and yellow foliage. Popular destinations like Stowe, Burlington, and Montpelier provide a mix of charming small-town ambiance and easy access to outdoor adventures.
Vermont is also famous for its commitment to sustainable agriculture and local food. The state is a leader in organic farming, with numerous farmers’ markets offering fresh produce, artisanal cheeses, and the famous Vermont maple syrup. The state’s dairy farms produce some of the world’s best cheese, including the renowned Cabot cheddar.
Vermont’s rich history and cultural heritage are evident in its colonial architecture, museums, and vibrant arts scene. The state’s relatively small population is known for its independent spirit and political activism, and Vermont is the first state to abolish slavery and establish universal healthcare.
Whether hiking through the Green Mountains, skiing at one of its top resorts, or exploring its quaint villages, Vermont is a tranquil, scenic state that offers something for everyone.
