Stranda Municipality travel guide and discussion

🇩🇰 Denmark — Nyhavn, Copenhagen Colourful 17th-century houses, old wooden ships, and canals you can still explore by boat. Hans Christian Andersen once lived here — and this is where the fairytale begins. One of the world's most recognisable canals, listed by National Geographic as a must-visit. 🇸🇪 Sweden — Gamla Stan (Old Town), Stockholm One of Europe's best-preserved medieval cities. Narrow cobblestone streets, yellow and red townhouses, the Royal Palace, and St. Nicholas Cathedral. Get lost for a few hours and find the city's oldest restaurant — Den Gyldene Freden, open since 1722. 🇳🇴 Norway — Geirangerfjord A UNESCO World Heritage site. This 20-kilometre fjord is surrounded by sheer cliffs, waterfalls, and emerald-green water. The Ørnesvingen viewpoint offers the best panorama, and from July to August, you can spot cruise ships sailing through the fjord. 🌍 Note: Each of these countries is a world of its own. But if you only have a few days, these three places will help you feel the spirit of Scandinavia: Danish cosiness, Swedish elegance, and the raw power of Norwegian nature. #travel2026 #nordictravel

#slowtraveling Flydalsjuvet is the famous Geiranger viewpoint—but everyone stops at the top platform. I walked 200 m down the unmarked path to the lower ledge (free, no sign, just a worn mossy groove) and had the fjord fjord-side, not photo-side. The moss here is Atlantic moss (Polytrichum), springy, 10 cm deep, growing on gneiss that drops 300 m to the water. Geiranger itself: cruise ships land 3–4 days/week May–Sept. I arrived by bus from Åndalsnes (FRAM bus 250, NOK 179, 2h10m, card ok) and slept at a guesthouse 3 km up the Flydalsjuvet road (NOK 690/night, card). Walked to the viewpoint at 5:30 am—no buses, no ships, just a heron and the moss. Mistake: I wore a rain shell but no hat—wind whips up the gorge, ears froze by 6:15. Beanies in summer, seriously. Kindness: a Norwegian photographer setting up his tripod shared his thermos and said “the fjord is the cliff’s mirror, the moss is its frame.” Parking at the top platform is NOK 50 (honor box, coins or Vipps). The lower ledge has no facilities—pack out. Best light: 4:30–5:30 am June, or 7–8 pm Sept when the cruise horns stop. Is a viewpoint still a viewpoint when the best frame is off the railing?

If you ask which European country is the ultimate road trip destination, most people would say Norway. Every mile you drive reveals soaring mountains, epic waterfalls, crystal-blue lakes, and massive fjords carved out by nature millions of years ago. A 6-day, 5-night itinerary is the sweet spot—you get to hit world-famous landmarks and drive on world-class routes without feeling rushed. ⸻ 🌊 Day 1 | Bergen: The Gateway to the Fjords Kick off your trip in Bergen, a historic coastal city famous for the colorful wooden houses of Bryggen, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Stroll along the waterfront, swing by the bustling fish market, and catch the Fløibanen funicular for sweeping panoramic views of the city. We guarantee you'll fall head over heels for Norway on day one! ⸻ 🚢 Day 2 | Nærøyfjord & Flåm Today is an absolute highlight. Take a scenic cruise through Nærøyfjord, one of the narrowest and most breathtaking fjords on earth. It's flanked by towering cliffs and cascading waterfalls along the way. The vibe is so tranquil, it feels like nature itself is telling you a story. In the afternoon, make a pit stop at Flåm, a quaint fjord-side village famous for the Flåm Railway—hands down one of the most scenic train rides in the world. ⸻ 🚗 Day 3 | Stegastein & Loen Hit the road to the Stegastein Viewpoint, a stunning platform that hangs 650 meters above the fjord. You'll get sweeping views of mountains and waters stretching as far as the eye can see. Every angle here is picture-perfect. From there, head to Loen, a cozy village nestled between mountains and a lake. The serene atmosphere makes it the ultimate spot to kick back and unwind. ⸻ 🚠 Day 4 | Loen Skylift & Briksdal Glacier Hop on the Loen Skylift, which whisks you up to a mountain peak over 1,000 meters high in just a matter of minutes. At the summit, you'll find a restaurant, viewing platforms, and hiking trails offering epic panoramic fjord views. In the afternoon, check out the Briksdal Glacier, a colossal blue icecap hidden within the valley. It's a short, easy walk to get up close and personal with this massive wonder of nature. ⸻ 🏔 Day 5 | Geirangerfjord & Ørnesvingen Get ready for another major Norwegian highlight. Drive into Geirangerfjord, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The route is packed with mind-blowing twists and turns, the iconic Seven Sisters waterfall, and non-stop majestic mountain views. Whatever you do, don't skip the Ørnesvingen (Eagle Road) viewpoint—it offers arguably the most breathtaking vantage point over Geirangerfjord. ⸻ 🌅 Day 6 | Trollstigen & Heading Home Wrap up your epic journey at Trollstigen, the legendary mountain pass known for its hairpin bends. Surrounded by steep cliffs, waterfalls, and raw nature, it elevates your drive into an unforgettable adventure. Before heading home, pull over at a tiny roadside cafe. Sip on some hot coffee while soaking in the mountain views for a slow, proper farewell to Norway. You'll quickly understand why so many people are dying to come back here. ⸻ 💡 Tips 🚗 Renting a car is the absolute best way to explore since the spots are pretty spread out, and the stunning roadside views are half the magic of the trip. ☀️ The sweet spot to visit is between June and September. All the scenic routes are open, the weather is crisp and comfortable, and the long daylight hours let you maximize your itinerary. 🧥 Pack windbreakers, raincoats, and sturdy hiking shoes. The weather is wildly unpredictable, even in the dead of summer. Norway is a destination that doesn't need over-the-top activities to blow you away. Just cruising down the road, playing some chill tunes, gazing at the mountains, listening to the waterfalls, and breathing in the crisp air is enough to fill every single day with pure, simple joy. It's definitely a bucket-list trip you'll be itching to do all over again. ❤️

When I traveled to Geiranger, I expected beautiful fjord scenery, but seeing it in person was completely different from seeing photographs. The mountains felt enormous, and the water created a peaceful contrast with the rugged landscape. I spent time exploring the village and stopping at different viewpoints, but I never felt like I had enough time to take everything in. I also enjoyed watching the weather change across the fjord because it made familiar views look completely different. That is why Geiranger became a repeat-destination idea for me: there was enough scenery to make another visit feel fresh. #repeatdestination #repeatdestination

Only had half a day in Geiranger, so I tried to make the most of it! 💦 Waterfall Walk Spent around 1 hour walking to the waterfall and back. A short but refreshing walk, with beautiful scenery along the way. 🚌 Geiranger Skywalk Then joined a 2-hour bus tour up to the famous Skywalk. The views from the top were absolutely stunning — mountains, fjords and waterfalls all in one view! 🤯 ⚠️ My biggest regret: I missed Flydalsjuvet and Eagle Road! 😭 If you're only spending a few hours in Geiranger, make sure you plan your route carefully. There are so many incredible viewpoints around the fjord, and it's easy to miss some when you're short on time. 📌 My tip: If you have limited time, prioritise the viewpoints you really want to see before booking your transport/tour. Don't make the same mistake as me! 😂 #Geiranger #Norway #NorwayTravel #Geirangerfjord #GeirangerSkywalk #Flydalsjuvet #EagleRoad #NorwayTrip #TravelTips #UnderratedSpots #TripMoments

Norway is amazing, but I won’t go back✨ heartfelt reflections from a trip hidden in the aurora fjords Norway is definitely the most breathtaking natural landscape I’ve ever seen. Snow-capped mountains, deep blue fjords, the northern lights, and red fishing villages create a unique Nordic fairyland. After traveling the loop for more than ten days, I know one trip is enough for a lifetime. It’s not that it’s bad, it’s just too special😭 First, its irreplaceable healing romance The entire country is sculpted by glaciers and the sea. The United Nations World Heritage fjords layer upon layer, emerald lakes reflecting endless snowy mountains, boats cruising through the mountains, mist drifting over waterfalls—every scene is wallpaper-worthy. The Lofoten Islands’ red fishing cabins scattered by the sea, white sandy beaches paired with sharp peaks, morning mist floating over the sea, so quiet you can only hear the waves—pure healing. In winter, heading to Tromsø, the northern lights ripple and flow across the night sky, green glows covering the sea. Seeing it with my own eyes brought tears to my eyes. It’s the ultimate romance etched in my heart. Summer’s midnight sun is even more special. At 2 AM, it’s still a soft golden dusk. No need to rush for sunset—you can catch gentle light anytime. The cities are clean and tidy, locals are kind and polite, and outdoor activities are abundant. Hiking, boat tours, glacier trekking—all offer unforgettable experiences. The whole trip had no unpleasant moments. The environment, safety, and scenery were flawless. The only reason I won’t revisit is the realistic fit for an average traveler. Sharing honestly without complaints: ▫️ The itinerary covers a huge area, and traveling consumes too much energy Attractions are very spread out. Oslo, Bergen, Lofoten, and Tromsø are thousands of kilometers apart. You either drive long mountain roads or take planes plus ferries with multiple transfers. Half the day is spent on the road, and long travel times are exhausting. Mountain roads are narrow and winding, so driving requires constant focus. Those who dislike long trips will find the itinerary tiring. ▫️ Prices are high, putting pressure on the travel budget Norway is one of the world’s most expensive places. Even simple meals, bottled water, and coffee cost more. Short taxi rides can easily cost hundreds of yuan. During peak season, fjord town guesthouses and hotels have heavy markups. Popular accommodations must be booked 3–6 months in advance. Last-minute trips often find no available rooms. Budget-friendly leisure travel is not very suitable. ▫️ Weather is unpredictable, limiting travel flexibility The climate is unstable year-round. Fjords often have rain and strong winds. Even in summer, you need windproof and waterproof jackets. Winter has extreme polar day and night. Daylight is very short in winter, greatly reducing outdoor activity time. Cloudy days mean no northern lights, so the itinerary has little room for error. ▫️ Atmosphere is cool and quiet, lacking lively street life The beauty here is grand, peaceful, and natural. Cities and towns are slow and quiet, with few bustling streets or local food markets. It’s mostly wilderness, lakes, and snowy mountains. Travelers who prefer lively city strolls and shopping may find it too quiet after a while. ▫️ Scenic variety is limited, freshness fades after the first visit The main highlights are fjords, snowy mountains, northern lights, and coastal fishing villages. The first time is stunning, but the overall scenery is quite similar. A second visit rarely surprises. It’s better suited for a deep, one-time experience rather than repeated trips. I’m glad I gathered the courage to visit Norway once I’ve seen the midnight sun, chased the dancing northern lights, cruised through layered fjords, and quietly watched the sunset by red fishing cabins. This pure, vast natural beauty is enough to treasure for a lifetime. Here’s a beginner-friendly Norway essentials guide. Copy it for your first trip✅ Must-visit healing spots ▪️ Sognefjord (Norway in a nutshell route): the world’s longest fjord, boat and mountain train in one trip, perfect for beginners ▪️ Lofoten Islands: iconic red fishing cabins, white sandy beaches, the ultimate summer midnight sun photo spot ▪️ Tromsø (gateway to the Arctic): winter northern lights, reindeer experiences, a romantic Arctic town ▪️ Geirangerfjord: surrounded by waterfalls and mountains, stunning self-drive routes like Eagle Road and Trollstigen ▪️ Bergen: colorful wooden old town, seafood market at the harbor, a representative Norwegian artsy city ▪️ Oslo: Munch Museum, Vigeland Sculpture Park, experience Nordic culture and art Super practical travel tips 1. Universal packing formula: waterproof windbreaker + slip-resistant hiking shoes year-round. Bring a light down jacket even in summer. Mountain areas have big temperature differences. 2. Budget advice: start at about 18,000–25,000 yuan per person. Buying simple meals at supermarkets saves a lot on food. 3. Transportation: drive if traveling with others; if alone or afraid of mountain roads, choose short flights plus local day tours to avoid long ferries. 4. Accommodation: book fjord and Lofoten peak season stays at least six months in advance. Seaside cabins have stunning views. 5. Northern lights tips: best from September to March. Stay away from city lights and check aurora forecasts in advance. 6. Always carry rain gear, a thermos, and sunglasses. Mountain weather changes quickly. Best travel seasons 🌞 Summer (June–August): midnight sun, comfortable temperatures, ideal for fjord hiking and island photography ❄️ Winter (February–March): plenty of snow, high northern lights chances, perfect for snow and aurora lovers Some sights are only for first-time wonder. Norway’s mountains, sea, and northern lights—once seen, unforgettable for life✨

#kindnessontheroad #KindnessOnTheRoad #Norway #FjordHiking #WildForaging #Geiranger #SlowTravel The trail along the Geirangerfjord, specifically the Storseterfossen waterfall path, is magical but steep. I’d veered off the main track onto a quieter spur, seeking solitude among the birch and pine. The air smelled of damp earth and pine resin. It was there, in a mossy clearing dappled with weak Nordic sunlight, that I encountered an old Norwegian man. He wore sturdy, well-worn rubber boots (støvler) and carried a small, woven basket. He was bent low, hands moving with practiced precision among the low-lying shrubs. He glanced up as I passed, nodded a silent greeting, and then pointed to the ground. "Blåbær," he murmured, the Norwegian word for blueberries. I knelt beside him. The berries weren't the large, cultivated kind; they were tiny, dark jewels, bursting with intense, tart-sweet flavor. He motioned for me to taste them. Then, with a gnarled finger, he showed me how to brush the berries gently into my palm rather than picking them individually—a technique that preserved the delicate plants. He spoke little English, but through gestures and a few words, I understood: only take what you need, leave the leaves and stems intact, and never strip a patch bare. It’s part of allemannsretten—the Norwegian right to roam—which comes with the responsibility to care for nature. He shared a handful with me, cool and perfect, straight from the plant. Before I left, he pointed to a cluster of bright red berries (tyttebær—lingonberries) nearby, cautioning with a smile that they were much tarter. That brief, silent exchange taught me more about sustainable foraging and respecting wild spaces than any guidebook. In Norway, the forests aren't just scenery; they're a living pantry tended by those who know them. If you forage in Scandinavia, please learn the basic rules: identify positively, don't disturb roots, and harvest modestly. And always carry a small container—you never know when a local will share the secrets of the land. What’s the most memorable wild food you’ve discovered while traveling?

Been to Norway 6 times, and every time I’m breathless from its fjords, northern lights, and pure natural beauty! As a developed country, the visa is indeed hard to get and the costs are relatively high, but trust me, this is definitely a dream trip worth investing in! 🇳🇴✨ ✨Highlights: an overwhelming number of stunning sights! Oslo: see the variety of life at Vigeland Sculpture Park, capture great shots of the modern Oslo Opera House, and experience history at the Viking Ship Museum. 🏛️ Bergen: the colorful wooden houses at Bryggen Pier are so charming, take the Fløibanen funicular for panoramic views, perfect for a slow-paced visit. 🌈 Sognefjord: a microcosm of Norway, cruise between cliffs and waterfalls like stepping into a fairy tale! 🚢 Geirangerfjord: UNESCO World Heritage site, the Seven Sisters waterfall is spectacular, beautiful whether hiking or cruising. 💧 Tromsø: the gateway to the Arctic, very high chances to see the northern lights in winter, and the midnight sun in summer is magical. 🌌 Lofoten Islands: a photographer’s paradise, red fishing villages and snowy mountain reflections look unreal! 🏔️ 📅Itinerary suggestion: 7–10 days for an in-depth trip! Day 1–3: explore Oslo city, visit museums and parks. Day 4–6: take the train to Bergen, tour the fjords (Sognefjord or Geirangerfjord). Day 7–10: fly to Tromsø to chase the northern lights or go hiking in the Lofoten Islands. Flexible adjustments are possible. Norway’s main transport is by train, cruise, and plane. Booking in advance is more cost-effective! 🚂✈️ 🎒Essentials and tips to avoid pitfalls! Visa: Schengen visa must be applied for 3 months in advance with complete documents. The rejection rate is high, so it’s recommended to use a reliable agency. 🛂 Currency: Norwegian krone, credit cards are widely accepted, but carry some cash for emergencies. Clothing: Norway’s weather is changeable. Waterproof jackets, warm layers, and hiking shoes are essential. Bring a light down jacket even in summer! 🧥 Pitfalls: peak season (June–August) is crowded and expensive, try to travel off-peak; buy attraction tickets online for cheaper prices; avoid self-driving if unfamiliar with roads, mountain areas have poor signal. ⚠️ 📸Photo spots + outfit tips! Oslo Opera House roof: shoot city panoramas, wear simple styles. 👗 Bergen Bryggen Pier: colorful backgrounds make photos pop, wear bright clothes. 🌈 Fjord cruise: window seats for mountain and water views, dress comfortably for outdoors. 🚢 Tromsø northern lights: night shots require a tripod, wear warm down jackets and hats. 🌌 Outfit tip: Nordic style is practical, mix in bright accessories to enhance photo quality! 💫 💰Budget breakdown (per person reference): Flights: round trip about CNY 8,000–12,000, booking early saves money. ✈️ Accommodation: mid-range hotels 800–1,500 CNY per night, hostels are cheaper. 🏨 Meals: 150–300 CNY per meal, cooking with supermarket ingredients saves money. 🍽️ Transport: train + cruise combo about 2,000 CNY, internal flights extra. 🚆 Activities: fjord cruises start at 500 CNY, northern lights tours from 800 CNY. 🎟️ Total: about 15,000–20,000 CNY for 7 days, higher in peak season. 💸 🌞Best travel times: Summer (June–August): mild weather, great for outdoor and fjord tours. ☀️ Winter (November–March): best for northern lights, but cold with short daylight. ❄️ Spring and autumn: fewer crowds and better prices, but some attractions may be closed. 🍂 🍴Food recommendations in brief: Fresh and rich salmon, try local flavors, brunost brown cheese is unique, seafood soup is warming and excellent! 🍲 Cooking with supermarket ingredients is more economical. 🚗Transport tips: International flights to Oslo or Bergen, Schengen visa covers both. Norway’s internal trains (Vy company) offer scenic views, fjord cruises are a must, buses and car rentals are convenient but expensive. Download transport apps in advance for planning. 🗺️ 💡Travel notes: English is widely spoken in Norway, but learning some Norwegian greetings is friendlier. Strong environmental awareness, practice waste sorting. Stay safe during outdoor activities and buy travel insurance. 📋 Been to Norway 6 times, from fjords to northern lights, always discovering something new! The hometown of Haaland is not only strong in football but also stunning in scenery. Although visa costs are a barrier, this Nordic paradise will definitely leave you wanting more! 🌟

After a 28-year absence from the World Cup, Norway is finally back. And they were carried by one man: Erling Haaland — the 6-foot-5 (195 cm) striker who netted 16 goals in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers. But this isn't just about soccer. Norway is literally the homeland of the Vikings. A thousand years ago, their ancestors crossed the oceans in wooden longships, invaded England, and reached America long before Columbus was even born. And now? Haaland is leading a modern-day invasion — right on the pitch. Which got me thinking: if one guy can make the whole world turn its eyes to Norway, why don't we go straight to the source? Here's why Norway absolutely needs to be on your 2026 bucket list: 🛶 LOFOTEN — Home to the longest reconstructed Viking longhouse in the world (83 meters). You can step inside, feast at wooden tables, and listen to tales from the "chieftain." And at night? The Aurora Borealis dancing right above your head. 🏔️ FJORDS (Nærøyfjord & Geirangerfjord) — A UNESCO World Heritage site. Think 1,700-meter cliffs, calm and deep blue waters, and tiny fairytale villages. It's the kind of scenery that will max out your phone's camera roll in a single day. ⚽ BRYNE — The small town of 12,000 people where Haaland was born. You won't find it in typical tourist brochures, and that's exactly its charm. 🚢 OSLO — The Viking Ship Museum, featuring authentic 9th-century vessels. These are the actual ships that crossed the seas, now on display for you to see up close. 7-DAY ITINERARY (save this): Day 1–2: Oslo Day 3: Bryne Day 4: Stavanger (hike Preikestolen) Day 5–6: Bergen → Flåm Day 7: Lofoten Best time to go: May–September for the fjords, or October–March for the Northern Lights. Start saving up now. 2026 World Cup = peak Haaland hype = flights to Norway will skyrocket. Get there before the rest of the world catches on.

💦💙 This is absolutely one of the most stunning places I've ever visited in Norway! ✨ The Seven Sisters Waterfall is located in the Geirangerfjord, a world-renowned UNESCO World Heritage site. 🌍 The absolute highlight for me was taking a scenic fjord cruise. 🚢 Along the way, you'll see massive waterfalls cascading down towering cliffs, surrounded by lush green mountains and incredibly pristine nature. ⛰️💚 The town of Geiranger itself is a charming and peaceful little village. 🏡🌸 It's the perfect spot for a leisurely stroll, breathing in the crisp, fresh air, and simply sitting back to soak in the breathtaking views. Another must-do highlight is hiking up to visit the ancient mountain farms. 🥾🌿 In the past, locals used these high-altitude cliffs for living and farming. It's a fascinating reflection of the incredible resilience and hard work of the people from the past. 📸 Stunning photo spots at every turn 🚢 The boat cruise is an absolute dream ⛰️ Million-dollar views all along the way 🏡 A charming and cozy little town 💙 Nature so beautiful you won't want to leave If you ever get the chance to visit Norway, I highly recommend adding Geiranger and the Seven Sisters Waterfall to your bucket list. Fjord roads are mostly mountainous with ferries; check ferry schedules in advance (booking recommended in peak season), watch speed limits and roadside cattle and sheep. · Public transport: Use Skyss.no to check buses and ferries in western Norway. Services are limited, so buy tickets in advance during peak season. 2. Hiking · For hikes like Trolltunga and Preikestolen, wear anti-slip hiking shoes, bring enough water and snacks, and carry a raincoat even in summer (mountain weather is changeable). · Beginners are not advised to attempt difficult routes alone; join local hiking tours where guides provide equipment and route guidance. 3. Prices · Norway is very expensive; a cup of coffee costs about 50 NOK (≈35 CNY), a simple meal about 200 NOK (≈140 CNY). It’s recommended to buy snacks and bottled water in advance. · Accommodation prices double in peak season (July-August), so book 2-3 months ahead. Small town guesthouses offer better value. 4. Other Tips · Bring an international credit card; most small towns do not accept cash. · Bring a thick jacket even in summer; fjords have large temperature differences between morning and evening, and mountain temperatures are even lower.

A fjord cruise at the Geirangerfjord will get you close to waterfalls and imposing mountains from the comfort of your boat. On the trip, you will get to experience the Knivsflåfoss waterfalls, better known as the "Seven Sisters". The name of the waterfalls originates from the water cascading down the mountainside, which is reminiscent of the hair of seven women. On the other side of the fjord, you will find the waterfall known as "Friaren", or the suitor in english. The name of this waterfall comes from a legend about a suitor who repeatedly proposed to the Seven Sisters, but was rejected every time. #cruisetrip Just got back from the most incredible cruise through Norway's Geiranger Fjord, and WOW, what an experience! 🛳️ This place is a true natural wonder, and it’s easy to see why it’s a UNESCO World Heritage site. The cruise was reasonably priced, around $50 for a two-hour tour, which I think is totally worth it considering the stunning views. The fjord is surrounded by towering cliffs and lush green mountains, with waterfalls cascading down everywhere you look. The most famous ones are the Seven Sisters and the Suitor waterfalls, which we got super close to! 🌊 I spent most of the time on the deck, just soaking in the scenery and taking a million photos. The water is this deep blue-green color, and it’s so clear that you can see all the way to the bottom in some places. 🏞️ The cruise guide was really informative, sharing legends and stories about the fjord, like how the Seven Sisters got their name. If you’re lucky, you might even spot some seals or porpoises swimming alongside the boat! After the cruise, I explored the charming village of Geiranger. I highly recommend checking out the Norwegian Fjord Centre for a bit of history on the area and some interactive exhibits. There’s also a hike up to Flydalsjuvet viewpoint for a breathtaking panorama of the fjord – the perfect spot for those iconic Norway pics! 📸 #trip #geirangerfjord #norwaycruise #fjordadventures #natureescape #unescoworldheritage

Norway is a country world-famous for its ice fjords. It is a blessing for everyone to have this legacy of nature. The Geirangerfjord was formed during the Quaternary Ice Age 1.6 million years ago and is about 16 kilometers long. Its pristine fjord landscape features steep cliffs on both sides standing on the calm sea, with an altitude of 1,400 meters and extending down to more than 500 meters below the sea. Due to its magnificent and pristine glacial fjord scenery, Geirangerfjord and the Nærøyfjord, a branch of the Sognefjord, Norway's largest fjord, were listed as a World Natural Heritage Site in 2005. On this Golden Road, the driver let us get off the car and overlook Norway's most famous landscape, the Geirangerfjord. The magnificent beauty of the landscape is beyond words. The beautiful and magnificent scenery shocks every visitor from the bottom of their hearts. Take a ferry cruise on the Geirangerfjord and admire the green mountains and high waterfalls on both sides from the sea. You can also feel the shock of Geiranger. This is a must-do itinerary when visiting the Geirangerfjord. We also stayed in the fjord area for one night. We strolled along the road beside the fjord at night. The sky was as if it was evening.
