Set on the beautiful paradise island of Samui, this yoga retreat/school is impressively well-managed, professional, and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. While some rooms are separated from the restaurant and other facilities by steep steps, a free shuttle buggy is available (mine was conveniently located a short, level walk along the road). It offers great value for money—not the cheapest option, but the high-quality accommodation, food, and yoga instruction make it worthwhile.

Luuma Spa and wellness centre is located in the resort of Lamai on Soi Hat Road. It is open from 10am - 10pm and has a swimming pool, ice pools, sauna and a steam room. There are multiple places to relax and they offer meals and drinks. The entrance price is 400 Thai baht and they give you a towel and free water. They ambiance is very relaxed and chilled. There is soft music in the background and it is a perfect place to relax the day away. If you are visiting Samui, it is worth a visit. The food and rink options are all healthy orientated too which is helpful to those on a fitness retreat, which is popular in the area.

The most beautiful golden moment is given by Conrad's sunset restaurant. The public areas are almost empty, perfect for an INFJ to roam freely! Although the facilities are a bit older, the overall comfort is still sufficient. The butler service is also very attentive. When I injured my foot, the hotel did not shirk responsibility but first comforted me, immediately arranged for medical staff to disinfect and treat the injury, and asked about the location of the injury to make relevant adjustments. The next day, they sent a message to check on my wound and gave me a small comforting gift. There was no unnecessary disturbance throughout the process, and the handling was very thorough. This is what I am most satisfied with about this hotel. At checkout, they gave me a small sea turtle, the same as the one from the Maldives. Next up: Siraavadee Hotel.

It is a place to visit to understand the cultural influences in this area with the Soviet occupation. The onion-shaped domes are typical of Orthodox cathedrals. There is a large courtyard which opens to the cathedral. Women generally wear head coverings, and dress is modest. There is no charge to enter. The faithful continue to gesticulate in front of the building and inside. There is a large iconostasis inside which is currently being renovated. There are benches to sit down in the courtyard next to the entry to the school dedicated to Vladimir, but of course there are none inside the cathedral. Please talk quietly while visiting so as not to disturb worshipers, and only come during worship services if you plan to worship. There is lots of public transportation to get you there.
