The lone white door in the midst of the sunflowers reminds me of a Japanese anime movie and attracted some of the visitors including myself to take photos. There are also a lot of other flowers blooming in the 160 hectares park. Tachikawa Showa Kinen Park is also where you can enjoy the fireworks in summer. There are lots of people who came early to get a spot in the spacious open field to view the fireworks. The fireworks is really very pretty 😍 and overall a very good experience.

There are 30 varieties of cherry blossoms and 1,500 different cherry trees planted, so you can enjoy not only Somei Yoshino but also various cherry blossoms. At Keiryu Square, you can enjoy the collaboration of tulips and cherry blossoms with a composition that makes use of curves and seems like anyone can take a good photo. There are food trucks, restaurants, and places to pitch tents. #thingstodo Beautiful shrine. I only have visited on an ordinary weekend, but I am looking forward to their next event once coronavirus has finally left us. Very clean and a good amount of parking. I will definitely be back to visit again. Overall experience was so good. Just 10 min walk from tachikawa station..car parking is also available… must visit shrine in Tachikawa.

#thingstodo New, clean and beautiful. We went for MIKA concert here. The sound was great. The stage design allowed MIKA to go off easily to sing among the audiences, which made the night even more special. Lots of concerts and fanmeeting events are held here, stage is closer to the audience than other concert halls so you’ll feel close to your performers. Want to go again.

#thingstodo It's full of nature and perfect for a weekend walk. A nice place with a seasonal feel. The stream remains in its natural form and can be enjoyed from the path next to it. There are some private houses, but they are hidden by trees and are inconspicuous, creating a nice atmosphere. I'm happy to be able to enjoy the beauty of nature without opening any stalls!
