Colours of Spring in Hangzhou 💐
Blessed with the warm spring days lately, but also the beautiful blossoms popping up in parks across the city. It was my first time catching the colours of the spring blossoms at Linping Park & it was lovely 🌹🌷🌸✨ The park has a nursery as you walk up with different variety of flowers, each colourful & gorgeous.
It’s the perfect spring picture spot 📸 I’d highly recommend arriving very early. This part of the park is where most people flock for pictures 🙈 It’s extremely packed there on the weekends especially in the afternoon 🫣 Go very early and you won’t have to despair for a picture spot 😉

Getting There - I took the didi from the Nanjing South Railway Station and it took less than half hour, maybe 15 minutes.
Attractions - Take a walk around the lake. Sit at the waterfront and have a picnic.
Hotels - Novotel Hotel along with a few other Western names were nearby.
Food & Restaurants - So many options for good food, both Chinese and Western.
Shopping - The malls are very conveniently located for easy shopping.

A Calm and Peaceful Hike In Hangzhou
The Running Tiger Spring (Hupao Spring) is ranked third in China. It is a truly peaceful park that allows an escape from the busy streets and transports you to an exquisite nature paradise.
We spent about 90 minutes hiking to the top of the park and passed some beautiful statues along the way. Many of the name plates are in both Chinese and English. They explain the history of the spring and why the water that comes from it has gained high praises.
Once you reach the top of the hike, you can enjoy a cup of Longjing Tea made from the spring water or take a closer look at the stunning, classical architecture that surrounds the area and blends so well into the serene atmosphere of the park.

Getting there: Take a DiDi or Bus from Hongqiao Railway Station.

Spring flowers at the Baitang garden Suzhou🌸
As spring fully rolls in I was finally able to go out for some spring photography!! the one place that I was able to go was the famous baitang garden or the baitang park in Suzhou. this awesome place is located at the Nanshi street in Suzhou. a friend of mine mentioned that that would be great spot for some spring photography and white that I set off. and one thing was for sure and that was the fact that it was not only beautiful, but it exceeded my expectations. there was a whole area dedicated to the Sakura flowers 🌸 and that really gives a dreamy vibe and atmosphere. hopefully these photos can encourage people to step out this spring and get some beautiful photos #flowerlover #urbanexplorer #naturalwonders #springholiday #springblossoms #springtime

Flying over the Beautiful Jinji lake 🌅
Here we’re have the Jinji lake from a less common view.
usually when I visit a new location I always try to know if I’m able to fly a drone and this is one thing that I really like when I visit. and for those who don’t know yet, the Jinji lake is the beautiful man made lake in the center of Suzhou.
surrounding the lake has so many dope attractions such as the Suzhou center mall, the Times Square , many parks and much more. one other great thing you can do is to take a boat cruise on the lake.
it’s not too common these days but definitely taking a cruise on this lake would be an amazing experience. so definitely check it out if you’re in the area!

al Żigànt - the Giant with a secret
The Fontana del Nettuno (Fountain of Neptune) has been nicknamed “al Żigànt” in dialect ("the Giant") by the Bolognese because of the size of the statue of Neptune.
The fountain made of marble and bronze, was built between 1563 and 1566 by the Flemish sculptor Giambologna on a project by the Italian Tommaso Laureti. It is a symbol of the power of the Pope who ruled the world like Neptune ruled the seas. At the feet of the statue, in fact, lie four little angels, representing Gange, the Nile, the Amazon and Danube, i.e. the rivers of the continents known at the time.
The trident of the Neptune's statue inspired and it was used by Maserati brothers as emblem for their first car, the Maserati Tipo 26. The logo was realized in 1920 by one of the brothers, Mario Maserati, at the suggestion of a family friend, Marquis Diego de Sterlich. This is still today the logo of the Maserati car company.
The fountain and its sculpture are one of the most iconic symbols of the city and references to them can be found in many symbols, commercials and logos. This includes the historical students' fraternity (Goliardia) "Excelsa Neptuni Balla", on whose emblem figure two tridents.
The Bolognese anecdote also tells of a particular expedient implemented by Giambologna, who intended to find a way to make Neptune with realistic genitals, without being discovered and admonished by the Church. The sculptor designed the statue in such a way that from a particular angle the thumb of Neptune's outstretched hand seems to emerge directly from the lower abdomen, making him suggest the (erect) genital; as proof of the same, in the pavement of the square there is a black stone, also called "of shame" placed in a very specific point in piazza del Nettuno (to be precise at the foot of the entrance stairway to the Salaborsa library) which facilitates its vision.

The Hanshan temple is a really huge tourist location, it’s located towards the western part of Suzhou, this location is one that I found was really good for photography. you can see many different spots around the area that are highly photogenic.
I Definitely recommend that you visit this place during the spring time, a time which I feel you would experience this temple at its finest.
I visited this spot with my photography buddy and walked around and got these awesome shots.
One thing is that this spot can get pretty crowded. so many tourists and locals come to visit this spot which sometimes makes it really crowded so you have to find the right time to come if you mind having random tourists walk into your shot. #scenicspotguide #travelinspiration #momentsmission #unforgettableexperiences #springholiday

Seoul is accessible through many ways depending on where you come from. Flights, bus, train…ships!
For first timers, would recommend staying in the city for 4/5 days to not rush things and fully experience what it has to offer.
Good areas to stay: Hongdae or Itaewon. Hongdae is more recommended as there is the airport subway that connects you directly and cheaper than taking an airport bus. Has loads of restaurants, cafes and nightlife as well. For more nightlife, Itaewon is great as well and with more international cuisine.

Mount Fuji 🗻
Getting There - from Tokyo airport, took a direct bus to Fujiyoshida.
Attractions - Fujiyoshida is home to one of the most famous streets to admire this giant volcano and Chureito Pagoda. As well as Kawaguchiko Lake where is possible to see Fuji with unobstructed views.
Hotels - plenty of cheap hostels and capsule hotels for fellow budget travelers (as Japan can be incredibly expensive) are available in Fujiyoshida and all around Kawaguchiko Lake.
Highly recommend renting a bicycle when around Kawaguchiko Lake to explore more of the area as a very convenient and cheap way to travel around.

The Iconic Tree of Lake Wanaka
Said to be the most photographed tree in New Zealand, I am not surprised about this statement because once you are there, you will see a huge crowd of people with their cameras trying to take photo of this tree!
Even so, I would still recommend everyone to visit the place because the scenery here is really really beautiful! It might be touristy, but don’t ever let them stop you from coming because you’re gonna lose out on an opportunity to see something amazing!
This is also one of the few spots of New Zealand where you do not have to hike a lot to reach the main view point of the location. The tree is merely a few minutes walk away from the carpark, making it easily accessible to everyone of all ages!
Apart from the tree, the scenery around here are all really good spots to take some wonderful photos to bring home as memories too.

Craving for some sweets?
The first come in mind is a cheese cake, then we decided to have dinner and go at Cheese cake factory to ate their delicious cheese cake again at Sands Cotai Macau.
As always, the food was delicious, presentable and great. Each portion are quite big that’s good for sharing!
There is always a complimentary bread while we’re waiting for the food and it’s really fresh and delicious.
Overall service was good, the waitresses are so welcoming and approachable.
Their all professional. We really love to comeback here and it’s highly recommended.

The food was delicious and great , it’s served Continental style, Mediterranean food. The cocktails taste really good too!

Here is the aerial view of this rather unique university campus. this campus is one of three campuses of the Suzhou university. This particular campus is the oldest campus and its rich with culture and beauty.
What makes this campus standout from most campuses in the world is the fact that, just walking around in the campus, weather to go for classes or to go to the library, you feel like you’re walking through a scenic garden.
This designs and architecture mix Chinese aesthetic with a bit of old European style to give something you have never seen before.
I would definitely recommend checking this place about if you can!

The Hidden House: A True Hidden Gem
On the 14th floor of a residential building you'll find 'The Hidden House'. A boutique hotel with incredible service, beautiful views, and a lovely zen aesthetic. In Chinese it's called Yinqitang Hotel.
The hotel is reasonably priced, especially during off-season. Do yourself a favor and get the breakfast included. It's cheap and simple but flavorful and satisfying. I loved the dan dan mian!
The best part of this hotel is it's location. Located along the Jin River, it is a perfect place to start a walking tour of Chengdu. While it would be a relatively far walk (10 minute cab ride), it's worth getting a pair of comfy shoes and heading to People's Park.
The hotel itself also offers a roof top bar at night with stunning views of the river and city. After a couple of cocktails you can head down to Lan Kwai Fong which is directly adjacent to the hotel. Here you'll find the best bars, lounges and clubs in the city. If you're a foreigner I particularly recommend Orangutan, Revolucion, or Tiki Boom for the music and dance floor.
The bed is comfortable, the bedding was changed daily, and the towels were soft. I especially loved the little tea nook where they provided us loose leaf tea to enjoy on a chilly day. It was great to enjoy some tea before an afternoon nap.
Overall, this hotel has much to offer some one who is staying for a couple of days and doesn't want amenities like a pool, sauna, or gym.

Ragusa Italian Ice cream
This afternoon it's good to eat ice cream so it doesn't get hot easily. Finally got to eat at this legendary place. For the menu itself, I ordered Spaghetti Ice Cream. At first I thought this menu contained ordinary spaghetti mixed with ice cream. After ordering directly, it turns out that the ice cream resembles the shape of spaghetti and is added with toppings such as chocolate, nuts, etc. In terms of taste, it doesn't match my taste, which is a bit creamy for the vanilla ice cream. After mixing it with the toppings, I like it. For the portion is quite a lot, suitable to be eaten together with a partner. But this time I spent it alone. But it's okay, the important thing is satisfied 😂 The price itself is standard. In accordance with the service and experience when buying at the place directly with a classic atmosphere like the old days. I guess I have to come here again to try the Banana Split. Who knows the rating will be five stars.

Ulanqab - 10/10 a scroll-stopping destination
Ulanqabu is a small city a short train ride east of Hohhot - Inner Mongolia’s capital. Safe to say, it’s not the most interesting of places - but it is the gateway to one.
Rent a car and drive a couple of hours north and you’ll be faced with a national park full of volcanoes you can climb around on and horses to run around and observe - the perfect spot for an outdoor adventure.
10/10 recommend the early wake up call to be here at sunrise - the place lights up and there’s very little better.
That said, wrap up warm as it can get more than a wee bit chilly during the winter months and it can snow all the way up to May.
