oh no, I'm falling in love
#seoul
Seoul city is the “soul” of South-Korea. The first impressions of Seoul I got were how huge the city is and how clean (even the subways) it is. Also, from the first moment I felt very safe in this big city and indeed Seoul is a relatively crime-free city. At night the city comes to life with music lights, and you feel the dynamic of a major city. There are very few homeless, the streets are clean and safe, and you can walk the various shopping districts, night and day in comfort. The shopping is amazing, foods in restaurants is very reasonably priced. The people of Seoul are very friendly towards the tourist and there are many tourist information centre to help us. They will walk to you if you look confused and help you in everyway. The public transportation is so amazing and convenient. There are hundreds of subway stations in and around Seoul. Bus system is awesome as well! So convenient ! And i love walking at the streets here. Feel so peaceful, calm, the ambience, the vibe and the atmosphere is so different and amazing that i feel like I'm experiencing the feels in kdrama. This is absolutely one of the best trips I've ever had. I fall in love with this lovely city. Seoul definitely save my soul.

Discovered Ikseondong when I was browsing through Instagram, so I decided to pay it a visit during our trip to Seoul. Ikseon-Dong is a district slightly east of Insadong. It’s a neighborhood with the cutest little alleys with many Hanoks, trendy boutiques, amazing cafes and great restaurants. Some call Ikseon-Dong the hipster place of Seoul. It is certainly one of the trendiest and most up and coming neighbourhoods in Seoul. The atmosphere in the middle of these alleys with all these Hanoks is just fantastic! The connecting alleys which makes you feel like you are in a maze but there's something good waiting for you at every turn. It is also an incredible place for your instagram photos. There are so many great angles from which you can take stunning shots. The cool thing about the neighborhood is that the alleys are really small, so you feel like you’re walking around a complete different part of Seoul. Quaint little shops and cafes converted from ancient imarchitectures filled up the streets, displaying a perfect blend of modern and history in the heart of Seoul. We tried several of them, but beware there's a long waiting line in front of the popular spots. It seems touristy, but the majority are locals and it was really nice to visit this area for a couple of hours.
Although it was pretty packed the day we went, the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful and we really enjoyed seeing the Hanok being transformed into cafes and other shops.
Tip: My advice is to go early - when they open to avoid line ups.

Day Trip to Yangzhou
We took a field trip to GaoYou County in Yangzhou City. This area is called GaoYou HuShang HuaHai 高邮湖上花海 and it is filled with the most beautiful yellow flowers. These flowers can be found in many cities in China and can be both used for decoration like this tourist area or for oil.
You can take the scenic train and a boat ride in this area because walking all the way through would be quite exhausting and take a lot of time.

Zhongshe Flower Market, Taichung
We had lotsa fun in the flower market! Weather was sunny at the end of Mar! Flowers were blooming beautifully and with the mountain view behind, the scenery was really breathtaking!
It’s a great place for family as kids can run around this huge space! There’s also a strawberry farm where you get to do your own strawberries picking ! People are friendly :)
We would definitely visit again ! #flowerlover #spring2023 #taichung

Pink and white blooms in Malaysia 🌸 🫶
Sharing with all of you Malaysia own taste of spring ☺️ These photos captured by me about two months ago (April 2023)
Seeing eye catching Tecoma trees blooming along the road while driving home 🏡 and without further ado immediately stop my car by the road side to snap this awesome scenery.
Tecoma trees. Also called trumpet trees or “tissue paper” trees, they are characterised by frail, paper-thin flowers that often bloom and fall from their branches.
What a way to release stress when you saw this after a day of tiredness at work.
