SAN PEDRO BELL: COMING HOME AFTER 115 YEARS
Made of copper, gold and silver weighing 883 pounds, the San Pedro Bells finds its way back home to Bauang, La Union in the Parish of Saints Peter and Paul, its real "Home". With the efforts of Fr. Chan and UST professors research and the former Navy Officers Wright and Mckinnon campaigned for the bell to be returned from the Most Holy Trinity Chapel in New York, USA to the Philippines. Visiting Bauang now is to see this historical marker, San Pedro Bell, to see the witness of the earliest Christian faith in 1586 in the Philippines. I was mesmerized of this historical account that made me valued this piece of articraft. I hope someday I can hear it ringing..#mytripvlog#tripblazers#bell#celebratewithtrip
