Hibi is the business of mat_thagoras, who runs the lamb Genghis Khan restaurant Yasunoya and Yasunoya Jiro.
This restaurant is introducing a new noodle dish genre called 'Soup Curry Noodle' by developing the Sapporo-style soup curry that was enjoyed as a side menu at Yasunoya.
Of course, it has a rich and rich soup curry taste.
The rye flavor of the noodles made from rye, which was first tried in Korea, at Hanamokoshi is harmonious with the firmness in the mouth.
Toppings such as lamb sirloin and large intestines enhance the taste of the soup curry.
The point is to put the vegetables and skewers to one side and eat the noodles and soup first.
There are two different soup bases: the regular one is a lighter soup and has haejanggak (haejanggak). The play is based on 100% Tori Paitan broth, and is literally Boyang-gak, which seems to be 10 times more condensed than regular Samgyetang broth.

The Jokhang Temple is the most splendid existing building from the Tubo period in Tibet, and it is also the earliest civil-structured building in Tibet. It initiated the Tibetan-style temple layout known as 'flatland style'. Circling the central Buddha Hall of Jokhang Temple is known as 'Nangkor', while circling the outer wall of the temple is called 'Barkhor'. The streets radiating from the Jokhang Temple are known as 'Barkhor Street', or 'Octagon Street'. Centered around the Jokhang Temple, a large circuit that includes the Potala Palace, Medicine King Mountain, and the Lesser Jokhang Temple is known as 'Linkor'. These three concentric circles, from inside to outside, are the routes for the Tibetan people's ritual of circumambulation. Devout pilgrims come from all directions to perform this ritual, with the most devout ones taking long prostrations at every step, their entire bodies touching the earth, allowing their hearts to sense the profound depth of the land.

Main dishes include eel pot rice, eel stew, and fish porridge.
For pot rice, you can choose between red pepper paste and soy sauce.
The soft sea eel goes very well with the salty sauce.
I think soy sauce suits my taste better.
It's been a long time since I've had sashimi called snowflake eel.
It's so delicious to eat cabbage wrapped with soybean powder and vinegar.
I used to eat it often, but it's become harder to see these days.

Garak-dong Ohyangga
Go beyond Garak-dong with the amazing combination of pig's feet and Chinese food
Ohyangga is being reborn as a national restaurant.
The cold vegetable pig's feet, which sell out quickly, are made with fresh jellyfish and cucumbers.
And the sour sauce goes really well.
The main menu item, Five-Hyang Jokbal, is soft and very delicious.
Chinese menu items include mapo tofu and sweet and sour pork, which are at the top level in Korea.
All of the menu items are great to snack on, including the thick spicy spicy pork jjamppong.
So much so that I've never left my acquaintances unsatisfied.
This is a house I recommend.
Be sure to try the mapo tofu. You will experience a completely different taste.
There is some pressure from waiting.
I recommend visiting at least once.

A friend invited me to meet at Old Lan, but as someone who doesn't drink much, I found this Chicago Skewer Bar that offers a variety of grilled skewers to eat. Here, they have everything from seafood, pork, beef, lamb, to vegetables, perfect for eating while drinking and chatting.
Chicago Logo Beer $93
A friend ordered a signature beer from here, topped with a slice of dried pineapple. The beer had a malty taste with a hint of pineapple, not bitter at all, and very smooth.

We ordered two skewers; the eel was plump and tender, boneless, with a crispy skin.

The shishamo came in a serving of four, each grilled to a crispy perfection, very flavorful.

The abalones were not very large but were fresh, with a sweet taste and a bouncy texture, and had a delicious buttery flavor.

The hotel is located opposite the StarWorld Hotel on the Macau Peninsula, just a three-minute walk to Wynn, which is very convenient.😍 This is our first stay and they upgraded us to a Business Executive King Room. The room is spacious, and although it's not particularly new, it's very clean.
🛏️ The double bed is big enough, but the mattress is not very soft. There are two types of pillows with different firmness.🛁 The bathroom has a bathtub with sufficient water pressure, and the amenities are very complete, including conditioner and body lotion.👍🏻 There is also a hairdryer, an electric kettle, and a mini-fridge.
The buffet breakfast is served on the first floor at the Emperor Court. The dining area is spacious but the variety of food is not extensive and is rather average. I would not recommend adding it on.

Chicken feet is not too oily and I like its combination with taro. The rice with pork and salted sausage is ok to eat. The rice cake is very yummy and it is good for sharing with friends.

【Tokyo Recommendations】Try the Midori flagship store to see if it can be better than the Hong Kong branch.
As far as chain sushi restaurants go, Midori👆🏻 is probably one of the more famous ones, aside from the Tuna Belly King, and it's really good😋. There are several branches in Hong Kong~~ When I came to Tokyo🗼, I made up my mind with my boss to go to the flagship store to see if it's as good as the branch, or if the flagship store's halo😇 always makes it taste better?🤣
As soon as we arrived, OK, we had to queue🤦🏻. Actually, it was just after opening, 📣‼️ I suggest everyone arrive 15 to 20 minutes before opening to queue at the door, so you should be able to get in on the first round.‼️📣
Once inside, the chefs👨🏻🍳 were already very enthusiastic in welcoming us in Japanese, and the waiters were also very attentive in explaining to us that ‼️the black plate in front is for the chef's use, and for the sushi🍣 ordered à la carte, the chef will place each piece on the long black plate for us to eat,‼️ reminding us not to mess with the plate, otherwise the chef would be unhappy.🤣‼️

As for the crab meat and crab paste salad🥗, shellfish🐚 Combo, and tuna🐟 Combo, Hong Kong really can't compare. It's not that Hong Kong isn't delicious, it's already very good, but the flagship store is on a higher🆙🆙 level of deliciousness.
While eating, the boss, being naughty, tried to move the tuna from the wooden plate to the long black plate to make it easier for himself to pick up, and immediately the chef looked at him👀, creating a lot of pressure. Remember, the long black plate is not for our convenience in eating sushi🍱, it's a kind of persistence by the Japanese chefs✊, and as guests, we should respect the Japanese culture.🛎️
A Splendid Feast After Work
After work, I felt like having some sashimi. Unfortunately, all the Taikoo branches in the Kowloon area were full, but luckily, there was a spot available at the Causeway Bay branch for the 7:45 pm seating!
My friend arrived early to secure a spot, order food, and wait for me. The price was just $298. When I got there, the place was packed. Taikoo is truly deserving of being counted among Hong Kong's successful restaurants, as every branch is filled with customers during dinner time. Plus, the restaurant recently updated its menu, offering a wider selection of food, which surely attracts more patrons!
The buffet area includes a salad bar, fruit bar, dessert cabinet, beverage cabinet, and a selection of hot and cold drinks, including sake. The seafood section features mussels, large clams, big prawns, and there are also hot soups and sweet desserts!
The sashimi is thickly sliced, with must-try items like salmon, yellowtail, tuna, scallops, and sweet shrimp—all fresh and succulent. The thinly sliced kingfish is also a must-eat. Sashimi is always the highlight of the all-you-can-eat menu, and you'll definitely want to go for at least two rounds. There are also toro and sea urchin hand rolls, small but packed with flavor.
I tried the sushi this time and was surprised by the high quality. The 'Love of Flowers', scallops, sea urchin toro, and sweet shrimp salad are all small and easy to eat.
For grilled items, the grilled oysters are a must-try. I ordered half a dozen and particularly enjoyed the fried garlic on top—very flavorful. The oysters are large and juicy. The grilled beef tongue is refreshing, the grilled eel is rich, and the tempura is crispy. The flower mushroom and abalone with Chinese wine are dishes that make the meal worth the price, not to be missed! Stir-fried eel with spring onions, grilled flounder with Saikyo miso, grilled pineapple, and chicken cartilage are all my favorites.
The grilled durian was a pleasant surprise, large and sweetly creamy, even better than buying durian to eat on my own. I had a few pieces to satisfy my craving for durian.
Finally, I had two rounds of crab meat with pea shoots to aid digestion. Topping it off with bird's nest egg white ice cream, I was thoroughly satisfied. I still think that for a price of just over $300, getting to eat so much is a real bargain. At this price, you might not get full at a Japanese restaurant.

Longhua Station Affordable Convenience Hotel | Yaxi Hotel.
Although it's not very close to Longhua Metro Station, a straight road leads to One City Shopping Mall, and there are several affordable eateries downstairs that offer late-night snacks👍🏻. The hotel's average cost per person is around $150, which is reasonable for the price.
The decoration of the hotel lobby and corridors is average, but the room decor is relatively clean and tidy. The soundproofing is not very good🛌. The beds are large and comfortable🚿. The shower pressure is sufficient. The usual bathroom amenities and slippers are provided🧴. There's no conditioner, but a hairdryer, kettle, and two bottles of water are available🫗. The hotel has wifi.
