Ambiance/Facilities - Beautiful decorated room with standard resort features, nothing fancy. It has received a renovation seems. Room size is reasonable. I am at the top floor in an ocean view/ pool view room with balcony. Great for people watching and sit back and relax. Because the limitations of the app posting. I will post pool walkthrough and hotel walk through in a separate video.

The Shalimar Boutique Hotel
The staff at the The Shalimar Boutique Hotel in downtown Jawa Timur were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful, and always available. The bed was super comfy. I will always stay at this location when traveling to or through Jawa Timur.
The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.
They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.
Walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room and bar. We didn’t eat so I can’t rate the food, although others looked like they were enjoying it! We will come again!

Unlike some of the posts I’ve read in other places, I found the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi to be clean, inviting and downright classic! The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely stay there when I come back!

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation.
Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset.
