Singapore Changi airport is often voted the best airport in the world and their crowning glory is the Jewel complex that is linked to all terminals. If you have any form of social media you would have seen this modern marvel, Singapore is a huge airport for connections and this entertainment and shopping Mecca is amazing for killing time. It has coffee shops and restaurants and amazing shopping options with designer goods all the way to high street icons such as muji and Uniqlo. The most famous feature is the world’s largest indoor waterfall, it’s honestly stunning and takes a while to fully appreciate it. There are various viewing platforms on all levels and also a canopy walk above, if you’re lucky you will catch the terminal people mover taking the bridge through the fountain. The Jewel will take time to fully explore so plan extra time to make it here, there are likes to all terminals. Some airlines offer an early check in option, look for early check in desks at each terminal. I checked in an hour early, dumped my luggage and explored!
