As I headed to the gate and waited for my turn, I took lots of pictures of the AirAsia aircraft. I like planes, and I've only ever flown with Peach among LCCs, but Peach's Bink aircraft are cute, and AirAsia's aircraft are also red and white, so I was very happy. The cabin was still small, but that wasn't a problem, and the female AirAsia flight attendants didn't have their hair tied up in a bun, so they had long hair and looked pretty and cool. The male flight attendants were tall and very handsome. There was a wide variety of food, and I was surprised at how delicious the tapioca milk tea was. They had typical Thai food menus and sandwiches, and it was cheap. Snacks and drinks are also available. However, you can't watch movies or anything like that, so it might be a good idea to download them to your computer or smartphone first. After a little less than five hours, I finally arrived in Bangkok. Just like Peach, I got off the stairs and boarded the bus...and took a picture before that. I arrived at Bangkok International Airport. AirAsia's aircraft were cute, with the company logo in round letters. The service on board was polite and very pleasant. I'll be flying on them again on my way back, but for my next trip, I think that for short distances like Thailand, an LCC would be totally fine. Now, I'm off to enjoy sightseeing in Bangkok for the first time in a while.

The journey to boarding "JAL" at Kansai Airport Domestic Terminal 1

This is an introduction to Kansai Airport Domestic Terminal 1. I used JAL, so I followed the rules for JAL domestic flights. You must pass through security 20 minutes before departure. During busy periods at certain airports, there was a 1-hour wait at this security checkpoint. After passing through security, please arrive at the boarding gate 10 minutes before departure. At Kansai Airport, after passing security, there is the fifth corridor in the photo, so if you are too close, you will have to dash. It's important to have plenty of time!! #celebratewithtrip We need a quick meal before boarding, this is the place to be. The attraction was the fresh wasabi. This restaurant serves Soba with a freshly grounded wasabi. We have to grind the wasabi ourselves on a small grinder. Something fun to play with. The price is affordable, the food is good and plenty, great service. Beautiful and Comfortable Airport Hotel

The hotel is located within Kansai Airport, making it extremely convenient! Especially when you're tired at the end of your trip and don't want to rush to catch a flight, an airport hotel is a great choice. Although the hotel has a bit of a historical feel, it is well-maintained and clean. The hotel kindly upgraded me to the highest-level room, which included a complimentary mini bar. There is a massage chair next to the bed, allowing you to relax. The hairdryer is a Dyson brand, with sufficient power and a stylish appearance. What impressed me the most was the view from the window in the morning. The natural scenery was as beautiful as a painting, deeply captivating. The hotel's buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the staff were very polite. The dining tables were also adorned with cute Halloween decorations. After breakfast, it was the perfect way to end the trip.

Convenient location! Just cross a bridge to get to the airport.

Since it was a late flight this time, I arrived at Kansai Airport at 11 pm, and basically, there were no trains to the city center. Luckily, I had booked this hotel, which is in T1. After getting off the plane, I just crossed a sky bridge to reach the hotel. There's also a convenience store downstairs, which makes it very easy to resupply ❤️ The price is higher compared to other hotels, but it's worth it for the proximity and convenience. The hotel is large, with complete facilities. They provide facial cleanser, lotion, and even lotion, as well as water. There are USB ports for charging, and one more plus 💯 is that the check-out time is at 12 pm, which is quite late compared to other hotels! There are 4 restaurants in the hotel, and you can also have a buffet breakfast in the morning. There's a wide selection, so if you're also catching a late flight, you might choose to stay here! 🤣

Rapi:t Express Train from KIX to Namba

The fastest way to get to the Namba from KIX Airport is via the Limited Express Rapi:t Train from the station in the Airport itself. Though a little more pricey than the local Nankai trains, you get reserved seating, more comfortable seating, luggage storage areas and a super cool ride to the city. The train is an attraction in itself as it is decked out in a royal blue with round windows and looks like it came straight out from an anime. I bought the tickets and went to the ticket counter to exchange for the physical tickets. The train ride was fast and in only about 30-40 minutes we got to the city. Tip: if you can, exchange your tickets early and choose your preferred train time slot as the queues can get pretty long. The tickets could be sold out quickly for certain timings too. #newyearadventure
