For this 3-day, 2-night group trip, we invited everyone to experience some serious thrills all the way over in Laos! 🇱🇦 We traveled quite a distance to burn off some energy and scream our lungs out. Our journey started by crossing the border from Nakhon Phanom to Thakhek, hitting up various sightseeing spots along the way. Day 1 was pretty chill energy-wise because the attractions were far apart, so most of our day was spent on the road. ⛰️ We only managed to visit Nang Aen Cave and Tham Pha Seum before checking into our accommodation near Kong Lor. We were surrounded by tobacco fields and a symphony of frogs, cows, and ducks, but we slept right through it. First thing on the morning of Day 2, we rushed straight to Kong Lor Cave. This cave is absolutely stunning—a definite must-visit! 🙌🏻 After that, we headed to the highlight of our trip: the Zipline at Phou Pha Marn. We went all out with a half-day package that literally had our bodies begging for mercy. It was a crazy mix of fun, exhaustion, and adrenaline from start to finish. If you just want a taste of the thrill, I'd highly recommend the 2-hour option—that’s plenty of excitement on its own! When night fell, we wrapped things up with a Chim Chum (hot pot) party and plenty of Beerlao. 🍻🥓 We slept even better than the first night, completely knocked out from the sun and all the intense activities. When we woke up, our bodies were definitely protesting—everything ached! Hahaha. On our final day, before heading back, we stopped by a temple to pay our respects and chilled at a cafe before crossing the border back into Thailand. That wrapped up our action-packed group trip. Everyone on this trip was incredibly tough. It felt like we fought for our lives, and life fought right back! 😂😂 It was so great meeting everyone. 🌳🌳🌳 Hello, I had the opportunity to visit Thakhek, Khammouan Province, Lao PDR. The main purpose of the trip was to conquer the Thakhek Loop and relax, find a place to stay with a beautiful view and clear water, which is "Tha Frang Wang Si Kham". Let me tell you, the air here is the best. The real nature, the water is very clear, there are fish swimming in the water everywhere. There is also a food raft here to sit and eat. As for the accommodation, there are two zones: the raft zone and the zone on the shore. I chose to stay in the raft zone, priced at 520,000 kip or about 800 baht, plus there is an activity to go kayaking 🏊♀️. As for the food here, it tastes good 🍻 There are many menus to choose from. The Mekong River is the mother river of Laos, nurturing the Lao people! When traveling in southern Laos, you can witness the sunrise and sunset over the Mekong River every day. 🏡 This is a nice little town with many old French buildings and a night market. If you're heading south, it's a good place to stay for a night. The riverside is also a great place to stroll and have dinner in the evening. 💖 The French killed many people to occupy this place, and the buildings in the last two pictures commemorate this. 😰

Tha Frang Wang Si Kham, Laos 🚤 Travel Start from Nakhon Phanom Province by buying tickets at the ferry pier. It takes only 30 minutes to reach the Laos side. 🚐 Then when arriving in Laos, wait for the car from the hotel you have contacted to pick you up. 🛖 Accommodation for the group We stayed in a large house that can sleep 4-6 people. It has 2 floors and beds for everyone (the electricity goes out often. The water doesn't flow very well. The bathroom door can't be closed 😭) ⛰️ The atmosphere around the accommodation is beautiful. The mountains are very close. It's quite hot during the day, but there is a raft service by the river. You can play in the water as you please. Overall, it's quite difficult to travel, stay, and eat. If you're a bit hot, I don't recommend it. Every menu is delicious. You get a lot. Lao beer is delicious and very cheap. Hinboun river flow through the limestone year around and eventually flow into the Mekong River. The cave itself has a measure almost 7.5km long tunel, wide about 30m and 30 to 100m in height. It was a great experience taking a boat going through the inside of Kong Lor lime Stone Mountain, the limestone inside the Kong Lor Cave is really amazing, untouched and in many kind of shapes too, really beautiful and attractive.
