I just returned from a small town in Yichun, Jiangxi Province, and I was incredibly impressed! The whole town has a slow-paced atmosphere, the locals are incredibly kind, and the surrounding nature is stunningly unspoiled. It's charming because: It's an authentic ancient town and village, with stories and biographies of famous people, and beautiful mountain and water views. The local food is unique, and it's not crowded, so you can take photos without breaking the bank.
