Aside from the well-manicured gardens and sleek architecture, the hotel’s service was first-class. Outside of the hotel, inquiring about any reservation or detail was a seamless experience, while any internal activity was taken care of immediately and without any hassle. Separately, we truly enjoyed the food and beverage of il Sereno. Bartenders created old-school drinks with a new-school twist, and the restaurant, managed by Mateo, was fantastic. While the restaurant management was new during the time of our stay, it was clear that the waiters, waitresses, and chefs all worked together to create a wonderful experience for its diners. The meals tasted and looked lovely - it’s evident that the chefs truly care about their food and it shows in the presentation and freshness of the food. I could not recommend this hotel and restaurant enough!
