Dunham Massey in Altrincham near Manchester City offers the opportunity to see deer up close, just like Nara in Japan. In comparison, the deer here are relatively gentle, and everyone just needs to be careful not to enter their habitat (there will be signposts in the park). I thought the only things to see here were deer, but it turns out the mansion tour included in the ticket is also worth seeing. It is said that there are more than 100 rooms inside the mansion, including the cheese-making room, servants' and butlers' studios, etc., which are open to everyone for visits. The mansion also preserves a large number of treasured paintings left by previous owners. The staff inside are all very friendly. If you are curious about something, you may as well ask! first of all I want to say Thankyou for the customer service team at Manchester United..I brought my partner the tour and a meal as a Christmas present through virgin experience when we rang to book our tour they give you time slot to be there for need to arrive at least 20 mins before so you can be booked in ect. well we travelled from home it is about 2 hour journey in the car. unfortunately we hit traffic on M6 which ment we wouldn't of made it in time 11.30am was our slot I rang and explained and lucky enough they managed to get us on a later your 1.10pm. this experience for us was unreal you get to see what happens behind the scenes from changing rooms to comfrince room. our tour guider was absolutely amazing and full off interesting facts about the club.
