Located near Patong in Phuket, Tri Trang Beach hides an incredibly cozy bay sheltered from the waves. It's a great place to swim at any time of the year, no matter the season. But another secret it holds is an amazing elephant farm 🐘. For 1,000 baht, you can not only pet the elephants but also snap some awesome photos with both adorable calves and adults. The photo bay is situated separately among local houses, ensuring it doesn't disturb anyone or dirty the main beach area🫶. Right from the main road, you'll spot signs for "Elephant Swims @Lucky Beach." Just follow them, and the staff will set everything up for you for 1,000 baht. If you chip in an extra 500–1,000 baht, they'll capture your moments with a professional camera. My pictures were taken by the staff using my phone, and they turned out so warm and beautiful. I went during the off-season in June, which was a brilliant idea because I had the place all to myself. It probably gets super crowded during peak season. I highly recommend checking this spot out! The food was delicious in every dish. Let's take a look! 📍Restaurant: Tua Puan, Trang Province 📞 Phone: 0820689305 🕝Hours: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM daily 🚗Getting there: Tua Puan is near Trang Kindergarten/Siribun Department Store. You can follow the pin on the map or call a Grab taxi for convenience. It's located on Phatthalung Road, Thap Thiang Subdistrict, Mueang District, Trang Province. 🍴Menu: They have both savory and sweet dishes. The savory dishes include many kinds of Southern Thai curries or international cuisine. There are also many dessert options. It's a cafe and restaurant combined. ⭐️Atmosphere: Great. The restaurant is very clean and new. The food is prepared quickly; you don't have to wait long. Everything I tried was delicious. They sell both individual dishes and sets. If you're coming with a group, I think ordering a set is much more cost-effective. Set menus range from 900-1,200 baht and include about 7-8 dishes. The restaurant is cute and has cool air conditioning. (It gets crowded in the evenings. They don't accept reservations; you have to walk in or call ahead.) If you're visiting Trang province, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit for delicious savory and sweet dishes.
