🧏🏻♀️ Revisiting the past to learn new things
It is said that in the late Middle Ages, there was a large market in Paris that specialized in selling old clothes discarded by kings and nobles. However, the old clothes were full of fleas, ticks and other insects, which caused a flea plague. Later, the second-hand dealers moved to Saint-Ouen in the north of Paris to continue selling their goods, and since then it has been called the Flea Market.
💁🏻♀️ Visiting Tips
Flea markets are mostly cash transactions, so it is best to bring small amounts of cash with you to control the cost of laundering and to make it easier for the vendors to give you change.

Nature Walk Vibes🌱
Newcastle, taking train to Whitley Bay. Having a sea side walking with great natural to Tynemouth. In the middle of Cullercoast and St.George church, trying ice cream in the winter. Quite a special feeling

Day trip to Tynemouth
Tynemouth is just a 30-minute metro ride from Monument station in Newcastle. You arrive at a small, pleasant station with a few bars — already setting a relaxed mood. Step outside, walk for about five minutes, and you’re on Front Street, leading straight to Tynemouth Priory and Castle. The street is lined with cafés and pubs, but nothing feels rushed or overcrowded.
What I really liked was the slow, unhurried atmosphere. There weren’t many people, and most of them were drawn to the seafront. From the shore, the views of the North Sea are simply stunning. If you explore the area a bit, you’ll find plenty of viewpoints with beautiful coastal scenery.
Not far away is Northumberland Park — and I was lucky to see it in winter. Snow-dusted trees, kids sledging, and a quiet, almost storybook landscape. From the park, I decided to walk towards Cullercoats Arch (not my best idea, as the day was getting colder and windier). Along the way, I passed small but elegant local houses, palm trees, and cosy little places to stop by. Overall, the town felt calm, welcoming, and safe. #travel #uk #castle #daytrip #seasideuk

Newcastle Tynemouth was a nice trip :)
This trip was booked through Trip.com a new all in one app for my leisure that I have recently discovered and I am really enjoying it. Newcastle City was my first time traveling northern the UK and hopefully it won't be the last. The weather was nice not wet or cold. The people there were more friendly than South which is the first thing I could notice during my stay. #travel #solouk #solo

The sea in this small town of Newcastle is really great
Newcastle Tynemouth is a small town. It's great. You can take the subway from the city to buy a day ticket for zone 1+zone 2+zone 3 for just over 5 pounds. It takes half an hour to get to Tynemouth. This is a very beautiful town. When we went there, it was about to sunset. This sunset was really one of the most beautiful sunsets I have seen since I came to the UK. In addition, the town also has a well-known fish and chips restaurant. Although the price of 11 pounds is not cheap, the quantity is large and affordable.

Trip to Tynemouth
My favourite place in the north east! Had a nice winter trip to the beach with surprisingly good weather. Walked from Tynemouth to Whitley bay leisurely, stopping periodically to admire the views. Despite visiting between Storms Isha and Jocelyn we had a lovely time.

Sunbathing at Castle Beach in Tynemouth, UK
Summers in the UK have been getting hotter in recent years
There was also a mini heat wave🥵 when I visited the UK in May this year
Many people take the opportunity to go to the beach to play
Located in Tynemouth, northeast of England
There is very little sand on the beach 🏝️
The coastline is long
Many people take advantage of the heat
Drive specifically to enjoy the beach bath
However for me from the subtropics
Still feel the water is cold🥶
Tynemouth also has a Castle🏰
It used to be used to defend against foreign enemies
It has now become a monument
