#Travelwithme I went to Ubud for a private tour and visited the area 🌳 There are Japanese tours, but this time I chose the English private tour because it was cheaper! The guide was very friendly and I enjoyed sightseeing ✨ The ATV ride started immediately after arriving at the venue, when I got on the ATV and learned how to start the engine. I was very nervous as a beginner, but with the help of the instructor I was able to enjoy it safely 🚗 You can also take photos, but there is an additional fee. (It was about 3600 yen) After lunch, I tried out the big swing that is famous in Ubud, drank jack cat coffee, and visited the rice terraces. I returned to the hotel at 3 o'clock, took a short rest, and then headed to the center of Ubud 🚗 The center of Ubud was crowded with tourists in the evening. #Bali #Ubud #atv

With a private pool, a bathtub, and clean rooms, this is a recommended space for those who want to relax in a hotel. There were carp swimming in the small pond next to the room 🐟 There are rice fields around the hotel, and at night you can hear the frogs croaking! Looking up at the sky from the chair outside the room, you can see many stars 🌟 The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious!! Strolling this market of Ubud, we see lots of dresses, bags, jewelry, little souvenirs and temples along the way. And it consists of vegetables. The price is 3,300 won. It tasted a little spicy, but it wasn't too bad! ✨Fried rice nasi goreng is really highly recommended. 3,000 won of happiness.. Third time to Bali but first to Ubud. Very touristy area with lots of shopping, restaurants, spa, and hotels. Most impressive is the Kempinski hotel the view was jaw dropping. I like the nice restaurants but they aren’t cheap. Enjoy going for message and spa whenever I could. Surprisingly the weather is not as hot as Singapore and it’s even a bit chilly at night ! It a work from abroad trip and a little too short to explore everything . Coming back soon !

Tegalalang rice terrace and Tegenungan waterfall are really a must see attraction when in Ubud. Both were great places for beautiful, breathtaking instagrammable photos! Just keep in mind that there are plenty of stairs to climb up/down. Well, no pain no gain. Gotta work off all the extra calories from the yummy Balinese cuisines too!

We all like taking walks, so after returning to Ubud after playing ATV in the afternoon, we rested for a while and then went out for a walk. The purpose of this time is to find a comfortable SPA to enjoy myself after climbing the mountain so hard early in the morning! As we were walking, we passed a small path on the main street. From a distance, it felt like a holiday, and it also felt like the sea was at the end (but Ubud is an inland area), so we decided to go in and take a look. This path feels completely different from the main street, there are fewer people and cars, and it is more comfortable to walk on. As you walk into the alley, you will see villas that seem to be larger in size, and next to them are some beautiful check-in restaurants and massage parlors. When we were tired of walking, we started looking for a SPA. There were quite a few small shops, like the ones in Thailand where you could see a row of leg massage chairs inside from the outside (according to the driver we talked to a few days later, the quality of these shops was not that good). As a person who cares about appearance, I finally chose two SPAs with nicer decorations. However, since I saw a lot of customers waiting in the first one, I decided to go to the second one where there was no queue. After visiting many SPA shops, I feel that except for hotels, the prices of other shops are similar. The lowest price is around HK$50-60 on average. This time we chose hot stone massage, which, as the name suggests, involves using heated stones for massage. Indonesia is a relatively conservative country. I didn't expect that the store would arrange for the two of us to stay in the same room as soon as we arrived. This made us feel more at ease (?). I give full marks for the comfort environment. I felt that the massage was okay (although we can count the number of massage experiences on 5 fingers, but there is no particular one that has a deep impression). I tried the Balinese massage, which was different from the previous ones. It turned out that the Balinese massage was mainly acupressure (I wondered if this would make the masseur very tired). It was a very special experience. The massage parlor we went to this time is the following one: 📍Beauty Salon & Spa Jl. Bisma No.63x, Ubud, Kecamatan Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali 📸 4 Nov, 2023 About 6 minutes walk from the massage parlor, there is a small restaurant with a nice and comfortable decoration. Because the location is relatively remote, there are not many people. The proprietress also revealed that it is indeed difficult to operate in that location, and she also hopes that customers who have eaten there and like it will help promote it. No matter how many times I come, I still feel like this place is really cute. The coffee & dessert are delicious 🥰 Even though the cafe here is vegetarian, it still suits my palate, who is not a vegetable follower. There is no space available for car parking yet. A traditional flower bath is a must experience to have on your trip to Bali. There are many places to take these flower baths. We chose Puri Gangga Resort and we had an incredible experience there. The bath took around one hour and they offered us complementary smoothies. There was a private bathroom in the room too where we could take a shower and wash off the flower petals. The Tropical Ants Ubud Incredible setting in between rice fields with a well-out together, affordable menu. The food was great and so well priced, one of the cheapest places in Ubud. The staff were also friendly and attentive. You should try the Yellow Rice with Balinese reciepe. I do love it! and pasta also good.

Also known as Bali Swing. You can find these huge swings set up all aroundbthe rice terraces at The Tegallalang Rice Terrace in Ubud, Bali. The entrance fee alone was roughly 10k-25k. The swing itself averaged 150k-500k ($10-35) depending on the swing location and dresses. As the seasons switch, each plot does as well. Plots belong to several owners and they all work together to keep the paddies nice. It takes approximately 2-3 months for rice to fully mature for the picking. Here, you'll see some of the most beautiful plots of rice, strategically placed along the steep hills of Tegallalang. During Covid, this place was pretty deserted and now, they are doing their best to revamp it. Gardens are being grown on the side of the swings and little local resturants are starting to reopen. To get to the lush green paddies, go down to the bottom of the hill and cross over. You'll have to buy a bottle of water for 10k (.50 cents). There are many temples in Bali. Among them, the most beautiful is the Saraswati Temple, which appears to be floating on water. It is also called the Ubud Water Palace in English. When viewed from the front, the temple is surrounded by water except for the middle road leading to the temple, and the floating lotus leaves and the temple reflected on the water were beautiful. When I went there around 8am, there were hardly any people and it was very quiet. It was nice to be able to enjoy the scenery at my own pace. It is located in the center of Ubud, so it is a good place to visit while enjoying shopping and sightseeing.
