The month of travel 🧳 If the weather had been better, the places we visited in Uljin would have been even more wonderful and we highly recommend them 😄 1️⃣-2️⃣ Jukbyeon Coast Sky Rail 🚩235-12 Jukbyeon Jungang-ro, Jukbyeon-myeon, Uljin-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do ⏰Weekdays: 9:20 a.m. to 5:30 p.m./ Weekends: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. ✔️Tickets can be purchased on-site. 3️⃣ Poong-hwa-sokeuro drama set 🚩120-36, Jukbyeon-ri, Jukbyeon-myeon, Uljin-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do ✔️Located right above the Jukbyeon Coast Sky Rail, let's go together! 4️⃣ Wind Sound Road (Sunrise Park) 🚩661-3 Sanpori, Geunnam-myeon, Uljin-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do ✔️On the way to Mangyangjeong ✔️You can hear the beautiful sound of the wind blowing. 5️⃣-6️⃣ Mangyangjeong 🚩Above Wind Sound Road ✔️A pavilion where you can see the blue sea of the East at a glance 👀 7️⃣-8️⃣ Gatbawi (Deokgi Mountain Sky Walk) 🚩141-21, Huffori, Huffo-myeon, Uljin-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do ✔️Located where the Deokgi Mountain Sky Walk begins (The Sky Walk was closed last year and only Gatbawi was visited due to bad weather this year🥹) Other places worth visiting: 📌Uljin-Seongryugul, Wangpicheon Park, Wangpicheon Cable Car, Deokgi Mountain Park, and Hwanggeum Crab Park.

This cafe is located by the sea with a view of the Uljin Monorail. The cafe is called Emotional Coffee Uljin Bongsoohang Branch, and the address is 113 Jukbyeon 4-gil, Jukbyeon-myeon, Uljin-gun, Gyeongbuk. The cafe has plenty of seating both inside and outside, and you can enjoy the sea view from any seat. The menu is diverse, making it a great value cafe for large family visits during holidays or trips. 😊 In addition to coffee (including decaf), they offer a variety of drinks such as misutgaru, milk tea, fresh strawberry milk, cherry coke, various ades, milkshakes, and frappes. They also have a wide range of desserts like salt bread/black salt bread, delimanju, croffles, macarons, and various slices of cake, making it a place with plenty of food options for both adults and children! Most cafes with a sea view are quite expensive, but this cafe offers a great view, has a beautiful interior and exterior space, and is reasonably priced, which I really liked. 😀

The Hot Spot in Uljin Where You Can Get Chicken Delivered: Gwangpum Valley!

Gwangpum Valley Gwangpum Valley wasn't well-known because it was a local hotspot, but it became incredibly famous after being featured on several broadcasts and by influencers! On weekends when it gets crowded, they help with traffic control, and there's a public restroom near the deepest part of the valley, making it a convenient place to relax! Especially since the valley is a bit far from the parking area, it was inconvenient to carry a lot of stuff down, but when I saw that chicken delivery was available, I ordered right away and enjoyed it. Having a drink right in front of the valley was truly the best! The weather was great, and the valley is clearly divided into shallow and deep areas, making it a great place to visit with kids. I highly recommend Gwangpum Valley!

Recommended Budget Accommodation in Uljin

🔸Angel Motel ✔️Location: 2248-16, Uljinbuk-ro, Buk-myeon, Uljin-gun, Gyeongbuk ✔️Check-in: 16:00~ Check-out: ~12:00 If you're looking for a cost-effective place to stay in Uljin, I recommend Angel Motel. Given that it's the peak summer vacation season, prices are high everywhere, but this place offers reasonable rates with clean and spacious rooms, making it a great value. Although you need a car to get there, it's conveniently located near tourist spots around Uljin Jukbyeon Port. It's an unmanned accommodation, so parking is easy. If you're planning a trip to Uljin, keep this in mind!

Beautiful Ocean View Summer Travel Destination

🔸Uljin Storm Drama Set ✔️Location: 120-36, Jukbyeon-ri, Jukbyeon-myeon, Uljin-gun, Gyeongbuk This is the Storm Drama Set, a beautiful ocean view travel destination in Korea. In the past, there were only the set and the surrounding scenery, but now you can also enjoy the view of the monorail going back and forth since the Sky Monorail was built. You can also enjoy water activities at the beach below, making it a perfect summer travel destination. It's a great place to take a walk and take photos with the scenery as a backdrop.

Domestic Valley Snorkeling Hotspot

🔸Uljin Gwangpum Valley ✔️Location: Gwangpum-ri, Onjeong-myeon, Uljin-gun, Gyeongbuk Gwangpum Valley is a popular summer vacation spot in Korea, which you can find by searching for Naegwangpumgyo. It offers camping and cooking facilities, as well as restrooms and parking spaces, but please note that there are no changing rooms or showers. The water is clear, making it perfect for snorkeling, and it's a popular spot for water activities. For the best spots, it's recommended to visit early. The area in front of the waterfall is deep, while the rest is suitable for children to play.
