Any budget can find peace in Zanzibar island ; we had a great time visiting prison island and meet the giant tortoise 🐢🐢. I highly recommend to visit this island as African first place to visit if your from western part 😉

Beautiful Shelled Creatures

During one of the day tours in zanzibar, we took a boat over to prison Island. The boat ride was really nice and relaxing and on the way back we had the lovely sunset to appreciate. Our tour guide told us the history about the island which was very insightful and then took us in to see the tortoise, gosh they're huge! We were able to get up close and touch and feed them which was a great experience too. #zanzibar

Freddie Mercury Museum

Stone Town, Zanzibar is the birth place of music icon Freddie Mercury and the house that he was born in has been turned into a museum. Located in the centre of Stone Town, it costs 10 USD to enter and you can pay by card as well as cash. The museum documents his rise to fame including his links to Zanzibar and some of the great music that he performed as part of the band Queen! The whole attraction will take about 30 minutes #urbanexplorer #mytripvlog
