I visited Verona, a city registered as a UNESCO World Heritage site! I've traveled to various cities in Italy, but Verona was my favorite! The city along the Adige River is incredibly beautiful and just walking around is enjoyable! Since it's along the river, taking photos on the bridge is also a recommended spot! I was able to see historical buildings like the Lamberti Tower and the Monument to the Partisan. As the sun began to set, the sky turned completely pink and it was very beautiful! You should definitely visit!

When you go to Old Town and walk down the streets you will see a lot of shops. On the square there was a market where you can buy a lot of handmade goodies. There are churches, houses and palazzo lined up along the riverbank. Looking far away, you can see low hills interspersed with trees and residential buildings at intervals, worth seeing. There are many bridges connecting the two banks of this river. I chose to enter the Ponte Aleardo Aleardi bridge, which is next to Juliet's Tomb, along the river to another bridge called Ponte delle Navi, which is nearby, to cross back to the original bank, which is where the Catholic church Chiesa di San Fermo, whose spires can be seen in the distance. ... After walking for a short while, I returned to the bus station to take a bus to Verona Airport, waiting for my flight to Naples and Roma. Even though it was only a short day, I was able to visit Verona worthwhile. The weather was quite hot because the sun was good in the afternoon. Anyone who comes to Verona and walks around this riverside city in the evening will probably have a great atmosphere and be very romantic.

The arena might not be as famous as the Colosseo but it is actually a really stunning piece of architecture! In fact is was build even before the colosseo and it also has been place for traditional games and shows in ancient times. For sure it is worth a tour when visiting the beautiful city of Verona. the ticket is 10 euro and it is free on the first Sunday of every month. tip: if you can choose the date of your visit, make sure you don't go when there are shows scheduled for the night (arena is also a theathre now) because they will cover the whole court with stage and seats and you will stay pay full ticket price. #history #urbanexplorer #tripblazers

If you are visiting Verona you cannot miss this stop! And I highly reccommend you get there by sunset 🌅 Seriously, even though it is gonna be a bit crowded it is the best moment to catch on camera. After a walk uphill (about 10mins) you will get to the top and from there you will be able to see the whole town from above, so magical! ✨ Many people gather there to listen to music at sunset or to take nice and romantic shots, you won't be disappointed. #sunset #tripblazers #urbanexplorer

I have visited Verona several times but how could I not know about this spot before! I was enchanted by the medieval atmosphere in this place. The bridge, together with the castle it is very nice to see. We had a romantic walk around it and even got to step on the higher columns from where we could admire the view of the river. Don't forget to look carefully through the little windows that face on the water..you can get a cute glimpse of the city!! #tripblazers #urbanexplorer #verona
