Just a few steps away, you can jump into the sea for snorkeling, watching schools of fish swim by. The 360-degree panoramic ocean view is simply paradise! More private and romantic than the Beach Villa, the overwater lifestyle is incredibly chill. Morning sunlight streams onto the deck, and enjoying a coffee with the ocean view is the perfect way to end your Maldives trip. It was perfect to celebrate your birthday at the ALBA restaurant in St. Regis Maldives Vommuli! This outdoor sea view restaurant has a romantic environment, the sea breeze blows, the candlelight flickers, sit down and immediately feel the luxury of holiday paradise. Started with the beef slider burger and several snack appetizers, slider beef tender and juicy, bite down full of meat flavor, with fresh sauce and crispy fries, is definitely the perfect starter, each snack is exquisite and delicious. For the main meal, we chose curry and naan bread. St. Regis certainly knows how to treat its customers! Knowing it was a birthday, they took the initiative to serve a free birthday cake and a main course gift. Crust & Craft in St. Regis Maldives Vommuli is actually a beach pizza + light snack restaurant, located right by the sea, where you can really have lunch while looking at the lagoon and stepping on the sand, it is completely a resort version of the "fantasy sea view open-air pizza shop" The restaurant takes a casual route, the atmosphere is very chill, and suitable for couples and suitable for families, once seated do not want to leave that. They focus on handmade pizza, with a choice of traditional Italian ingredients, and a little creativity and use of local seafood, as well as burgers, sandwiches, fish & chips, tacos and snacks, belonging to the “beachfront street food” style, easy and wicked. Open from about 12:00 to 5:00 at noon, which is the best time to hea for lunch, many guests say that compared to going to other fine restaurants, Crust & Craft is one of the most comfortable and relaxing lunch options in the resort. Every day from 7am to 10:30am, sitting in an outdoor sea view position, while eating while watching the blue sky and white clouds and the Indian Ocean, the atmosphere is relaxing to the explosion, simply the perfect start to the day. The buffet is plentiful with Western-style omelets, waffles, bread and cheese, fresh fruit piled up; The service is excellent, the staff is very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to help you make Maldivian breakfast plates, the coffee although average but with mimosa remedy. To all the staff at Alba, Orientale, Iridium Spa, Whale Bar, the beach dinner team, the yoga instructors, and the housekeeping and room service staff: though I can't recall everyone's names, I feel so grateful for the warm welcomes and the impeccable service we received. We spent six days at The St. Regis Maldives and were impressed right from the start by the attentive service of Ms. Unoo and Mr. Zayaan during our airport transfer. They accompanied us to the seaplane and even escorted us into the airport upon departure, demonstrating great care. When we arrived at the resort, our butler, Abanoub, warmly welcomed us and skillfully arranged all our dining and activities with undeniable confidence, sincerity, and friendliness, perfectly coordinating every single day. Whenever we needed a buggy, he would arrive within five minutes, and arranged special surprises for our anniversary as well as sweet treats for our daughter, showcasing tremendous attentiveness. We truly felt reluctant to part ways when it was time to say goodbye. Moreover, our villa attendant, Ibrahim, was exceptional. Throughout our stay, our villa was kept spotless, and his turndown service was remarkably considerate—organizing our scattered belongings with a consistently warm and friendly attitude. As for dining, Alba Restaurant was our favorite—the Arabic and Indian dishes were absolutely delicious. The St. Regis Maldives provided us with a flawless and unforgettable vacation, and we genuinely hope to return someday.
