Warner Robins travel guide and discussion

#tripaway Such a great place! The first picture is us outside, the middle is us in a helicopter. The last is me about to go on a kamikaze mission. Hope I don’t find any carriers ;)! I learned so much. If your in the area, stop In and learn something new. I enjoyed it and you will to if you love museums. #tripaway

If you’re bouncing around Panglao and need a break from the beach hustle, here’s a spot you absolutely can’t miss: Dauis Church (aka the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption). This place is pure hidden gem energy— one of Bohol’s most beautiful locations, and not just another old building! It’s giving major “wow” vibes from the moment you walk in. Here’s why Dauis Church needs to be on your itinerary: Miraculous Well Magic 🪄 The showstopper here is the legendary Miraculous Well, right by the altar. 📖 Story time: back in the day, pirates trapped the townsfolk inside, and suddenly, a fresh water well bubbled up—miracle status unlocked! The water is sweet, fresh (seriously, it’s just steps from the saltwater sea!), and super famous for its healing powers. You gotta see this for yourself. Epic Art & Heavenly Acoustics 🎶 Step inside and look up— the ceiling murals by Ray Francia are jaw-dropping, total Insta material! If you stroll in during choir practice, just pause and soak in the crazy good acoustics. It feels like a live concert in a cathedral, with echoes that make every note magical. Next-Level Architecture 💒 Dauis Church brings together Neo-Gothic and Neo-Classical styles in a seriously cool mashup. Peek the intricate Byzantine arches out front and check the spire— you’ll spot it across the bay in Tagbilaran. The interior is packed with religious statues and murals that look sooo good up close. The Chill Vibe by the Water 🌊 Compared to Panglao’s busier churches, this one is pure peaceful zone. It’s perched right near the water, with a quiet jetty out back where you can reflect, catch the breeze, or snap major photo ops with the scenic outdoor landscape. If you’re looking for a spiritual reset, this is it. Earthquake Comeback Story 💪 After getting rocked by the 2013 earthquake, Dauis Church came back stronger— thanks to an epic restoration by the National Historical Commission. It’s a true symbol of resilience and local pride. Blogger Cheat Code ✨ Weekdays are the best move if you want the place mostly to yourself (no crowds for your solo photo shoot!). Grab a snack from the friendly vendors outside and just vibe— with the sea breeze, insane architecture, and centuries of awesome stories surrounding you. 📍 Visitor Basics · Location: Dauis Church, Bingag, Dauis, Panglao Island, Bohol, Philippines · Opening Hours: 8am–5pm daily · Entry: Free donation appreciated Trust me, add Dauis Church to your Panglao plans and thank me later! ~ 🩵 #catholic #panglao #philippines #travel #thingstodo #familytravel #myitinerary #citydaytours #afternoonteatime #church #pray #LFAngel

I stayed here this weekend with other family as we had a family reunion here. The rooms and facilities are clean and I am happy that the air conditioner worked well. The location is great because it is near various strip malls where one can get groceries and food. The flower trees around the hotel are a delight to the eyes. It is a pity that there was no breakfast included with our stay. That would have been nice. I would suggest that they fix the floor in the one elevator. It is creaky and seems the tile is a little broken. Otherwise, the stay was fantastic and the staff were courteous and friendly. #warnerrobins #familyreunion #georgia #comfortable
