It is not only the starting point of the "First Boat Crossing the Yangtze River" but also rich in literary and artistic heritage, making it a hidden gem full of unique charm. Itinerary Day 1: In the morning, visit the Mi Gong Ancestral Hall to explore the former residence of Mi Fu, a Northern Song Dynasty calligrapher. West Jiuhua Scenic Area is truly beautiful! The scenery here is stunning! The lake water is clear, ancient buildings are reflected in the water, surrounded by trees and small bridges, making it perfect for a stroll. Especially this ancient pagoda, reflected in the calm lake water, it’s really breathtaking! There is also a traditional building here with a clear reflection, surrounded by red maple trees, making it especially great for photos. Plus, the coffee here is quite good; sitting by the lake and enjoying a coffee is really relaxing! It’s also beautiful at night! An ancient-style building is illuminated by lights, with a modern city skyline in the background and the moon hanging high in the sky. This place is really perfect for a date! Tips: It’s recommended to visit here during the day. The pavilion by the lake is also especially good for taking photos!

It was the season when lotus flowers were in full bloom and the plants were lush. The antique atmosphere made me feel like I had traveled back in time. I remember entering from a construction site next to Mi Fu Square. Xijiuhua is located on Dudu Mountain in Kaicheng Town, Wuwei City, Wuhu City, Anhui Province. Stepping into Xijiuhua is like entering a pure land of Buddhism outside the world. The ancient temple is solemn and quiet, with red walls and black tiles exuding tranquility and harmony in the precipitation of time. The morning bell and evening drum echo in the valley, as if telling the Buddhist Zen rhyme of thousands of years. The temple is built on a cliff, and the nine-foot stone on the cliff is like a loyal guard, witnessing the rise and fall of the temple. The surrounding forest is lush, with green trees providing shade. The sunlight shines through the gaps in the branches and leaves, like golden threads, weaving a dreamlike picture of light and shadow. During the temple fair, pilgrims gather, praying and wishing with pious hearts in the curling incense smoke. The sincere faith and the sacred atmosphere of this holy land blend together, adding a mysterious and solemn color to Xijiuhua.

Sangong Mountain, located at the junction of Wuwei, Lujiang, and Zongyang counties, is a picturesque mountain climbing resort. Departing from Tongling, follow the navigation to Mingxin Temple, and then continue for about an hour to reach the foot of the mountain. Stop and go along the way, enjoy the scenery, chat and communicate, and you can reach the waist viewing platform in about 40 minutes. And to climb to the top of the mountain, it takes about an hour in total. Sangong Mountain is known as the flat version of Wugong Mountain. The scenery on the top of the mountain is beautiful, the view is wide, and the photo effect is excellent. And no tickets are required. For friends who don't have time to go to Wugong Mountain, take advantage of the green grass and choose a good weather to climb Sangong Mountain, which is undoubtedly an excellent choice. However, on the way to Sangong Mountain, we also encountered some problems, so we share with you: ‼️tips: 1. Sangong Mountain is only suitable for self-driving tours, and there is no public transportation available. The mountain road is long, and some sections have large slopes and steep slopes, making it difficult to meet cars. The daytime sight is okay, but be sure to pay attention to safety when driving at night. 2. There are small shops and toilets at the foot of the mountain, but visitors who drive should not park their vehicles nearby to avoid affecting traffic. It is recommended to drive a little further, there is a dedicated parking lot for parking, which is convenient and does not affect the meeting. 3. There is no toilet facility on the top of the mountain, only toilets are provided at the foot and waist of the mountain. Visitors need to solve the toilet problem in advance. 4. The wind on the mountain is strong, especially in the top area. Therefore, it is recommended that visitors wear more clothes to resist the cold wind. Friends who have recently climbed at night to watch the sunrise even said that wearing down jackets is not too much😂. About night climbing: Although I have thought about setting off in the middle of the night before, watching the sunrise on the top of the mountain, but for various reasons, I have not been able to make it. This time I went during the day, and I was glad that I didn't impulsively. The scenic area lacks supporting facilities, there is no street light at midnight, and the mountain road is long and steep, and one person may feel helpless if he goes rashly. In addition, whether it is carpooling or traveling together, safety must be the first priority!

The Golden Pagoda is located on the east bank of the Xixi River in Fenghe Village, Wucheng Town, Wuwei City, Wuhu City, Anhui Province. It was first built in the first year of Xianping in the Northern Song Dynasty (998) and has been repaired many times since the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The Golden Pagoda is a hexagonal plane with a width of 3.4 meters and a height of 37 meters. It has 9 floors. The first and second floors and the second and third floors are double-layered eaves. The eaves are all mandarin ducks. The lower half of the lower floor is a Buddha niche room. The east, south, and north sides of the second floor are each equipped with a Buddha niche seat, and the top has a wooden caisson. There were originally some pagoda inscriptions in the tower, but they were all lost. The Golden Pagoda is one of the known existing Buddhist pagoda buildings in Anhui Province. It has the typical characteristics of the Song Dynasty's imitation wooden tower-style tower. It is an important physical example for studying the history of Chinese Buddhist architecture. The exhibition planning in the museum adopts the form of combining the vertical line of historical development with several special topics. Today I came to Wuhu Wuwei.
